Nice food and coffee... felt very uncomfortable as gang of delivery drivers on mopeds hanging around being loud and being very invasive

The only place in Bournemouth for açai and yogurt! I couldn’t believe the portion sizes and the flavor of it! The toppings were just perfect. Amazing service, beautiful decor and the music is spot on. Definitely found the new in spot in town!

We visited as a group of 7 for a birthday celebration, as were arrived early for lunch we were quickly shown to our table and drinks orders taken. Part of the group arrived a bit later and by this time the restaurant was getting busy - The lady was trying her best, but they were woefully understaffed for a Saturday lunchtime.Drinks were particularly slow arriving, but the food wasn't exactly speedy either. The starters were very nice (I can recommend the Chorizo & Sweet Potato Croquettes, the Banana Blossom Croquettes were nice, but probably not worth the cost (£7) and I wouldn't go for them again). After such good starters the mains were a bit disappointing - I went for the BBQ chicken melt. It was nice, but it wasn't amazing. There are a LOT of possible combinations of food so anyone could find a meal to suit their preferences.I would visit again, but I hope the short staffing was a one-off situation during our visit and not a normal occurrence.

I never thought Wagamama could be this bad. There was only 3 people in the restaurant, but the service was so uncaring that I felt embarrassed for them. I wanted three vegan dishes, but one of them is no longer on the menu and Wagamama doesn’t sell it anymore. Even though it was on the menu in my hands. The tofu rakisuree was the blandest thing I’ve eaten in years. Tofu is one of my favourite foods, so I was disappointed that the dish had zero flavour. If I’m ever in Bournemouth again, I’ll be sure to go somewhere else.
