Vintage Tea Room in Forest Heath

I found this little tea room through TripAdvisor. I went for afternoon tea with a friend after we made a booking. It's early morning and we were the first customer. The place is cute and small. But a little bit cold inside, perhaps it's still too early. Scones are lovely and good size. But we were not too happy with the sandwiches and especially the little cake that come with it. We were disappointed to see that they used tea bags instead of loose leaf tea. Although we still enjoyed the tea and they served in a cute tea pot and tea sets. I'd recommend the place for distance/ area (not many other tea rooms in this area) and for the scones.

Had heard about this place so went late afternoon on my birthday. Had a lovely pot of tea and homemade scones, jam and clotted cream. The scones were warmed. It's decorated in a quaint but modern style of blues, pinks greens - pretty patterns, very Cath Kidson style. Dresser full of different tea pots. pretty cups and saucers and tea plates. The scones were very good, would definitely recommend. Big selection of tea.

Dot de teteras. Una pintoresca teashop con una ecléctica colección de teteras, vajilla y tartas preciosas. Visitamos un sábado cuando estaban ocupados con un bebé grupo ducha. Una gran selección de tés y una buena selección de tartas caseras. Porciones tarta era abundante y delicioso. Bollo recién horneado con fresas, mermelada de fresa y nata, fue una experiencia nueva y muy sabroso. A pesar de estar ocupado el servicio fue rápido y amable. Bien merece una visita. Se sirve té de la tarde eran de nivel 3 con bocadillos, bollos cakestand y pasteles de tamaño bocado. Parecía delicioso y interesante - mi elección en mi próxima visita. Dirección postal es calle Bury edmunds, pero es un par de millas fuera de Mildenhall en la carretera de Ely.
