Vina Grill in Eastbourne

Avoid at any cost. Even 1 star is too generous for that place. Food was disgusting , inedible. Doner tastes like rubber and fish and chips -????- never seen something like this. Absolute joke!!! This people should be banned from serving food.

Food was delivered a little late but was not a problem as it was still hot. I do love their chicken curry and fries.

First, the negatives: the chicken kebab, the chicken was way overdone, tough, dry, and pretty much inedible, which was a rare disappointment from Vina...the rest of the stuff was, as usual, fab, with great fries, doner and a humous kebab, lots of it.

Been a customer for many years here, never been disappointed with the food or service. Highly recommend!

Food definitely not good quality. I wouldn’t recommend. Salads looked old and nasty. Chicken over cooked dry and looks to have been left out for days before being cooked.

Lamb doner kebabs were cold because of that it tasted bland. Ordered fish and chips but they doesn't do the proper fish and chips. The fish was awful, it's a supermarket breaded fish fillet but low/cheap quality.

The usual good grub from Vina, only thing was the salad, it had basically streamed itself in the bag whilst sat atop the kebab stuff, so was a combo of soggy n very wet, the cabbage faired better than the lettuce, which was unpleasant.

The food arrived 30 minutes late, however was still warm. The doner meat wasn't like any other doner we've had before. Very poor quality in terms of what doner meat is actually is anyway. It was grisely and rather mushy. The chips were very soggy and very greasy. Therefore we didnt enjoy our meal abd I wouldn't recommend.

Good prices for generally good food, huge portions, and the best Doner I have had in a while. The chilli sauce was properly hot, the salad was fresh, and lots of it, and the fries were pretty good. I would definitely go back for more.

Worst Fish and Chips in Eastbourne..

one of the worst food i ever try in my life. we order 3 fish and chips it was really bad. fish is not even cooked properly and chips are so smelly. and the owner is really rude. if their are zero star i will love to give them.

The chicken kebabs were nothing like the first ones we had The chicken pieces were orange, they tasted horrible and were dry. Garlic sauce was missing and other kebab had white cabbage instead of tomato. Will never order on a Tuesday again. Very fed up

I went in there a while ago and had their chicken curry & chips. It was lovely. I went in there again tonight and....... I ordered again the chicken curry & chips and the guy behind the counter did not have a clue what I ordered. Obviously he didn't speak English because he had to point at the menu board to see what I was ordering to then take a picture of the board amd send it to his boss to see what it was. And this guy is then going to cook my food? Thank you, but no thank you! We walked out and went to another restaurant. At least make sure your staff know the menu. Never again

they did a good job, nice crisp scampi and good tender lamb fillet char grilled. the fries were frozen, that was the only thing that did not match the quality of Thier cooking. fresh potatoes would enhance the meal and put everything on the same level.

Quick delivery! But changed burger sauce, and also chips was very greasy. Ordered meat cheese and chip wrap through it would also come pre wrapped but was open which made it hard to eat.

First time not had the best experience from Vina. The food was literally dripping in grease, the bag had a pool of grease swimming in the bottom and everything had grease dripping out. Wrap was ordered with the chicken and it was put in with the lamb kebab. The (not kebab) chicken pieces are usually lovely but were tiny in comparison to normal with barely any meat. Chips were nice though! Been a regular user for over 2 years, hope this was a one off - it was Ok but not like usual.

Me and 3 other work colleagues went into before our night shift today. All of us really enjoyed it and we're full up.

Have know the owner of vina for a good few years and have always had nice food from them. Highly recommended.

Nicest lamb donner in Eastbourne

Kebab was amazing as always. Really generous with the sauces, too.

The food overall was very poor we didn’t eat it.

Hour and a half for some donner shavings and 4 chicken cubes. I asked for no salad so I got more meat but got it in a TV dinner tray with salad in it.

the chicken kebab was over cooked the chicken was so dry and the delivery was late had text to say not long now and delivery on way and it arrived 20 mins later

An hour and thirty minutes to arrive and the kebab was bland ,put it out for the seagulls. 😡😡😡 won't be ordering anything else from them.

Cheap and cheerful kebab shop with indoor seating. Not far from main shopping area

I LOVE these guys. Always on time, always piping hot, always tastes amazing and the portions are huuuuge. Vina are our number one go to.

Great value, kebabs were big, came with free extras including a bottle of drink, polite delivery, would use again.

It's a shame you can only order one item of salad to go with burgers, that needs changing. The cheese burger was ok, bit pricey for £5. Generous portion of cheesy chips for £2.50. Pineapple burger was good. Got a separate tub of salad, very nice but why only one for 2 peoples meals?

My fist order from here after moving to Eastbourne and even though it was not the best I've had, it certainly was not the worst either. The food arrived promptly, so well done there, but it could of done with being warmer and the meat in the donor kebabs could of done with being browned/cooked a little more, not that it was under cooked, just a preference. Also the chips seem to be similar to other places i've tried and was not hot or crispy and a little bit chewy. Would i buy/eat from there again, i think so,as they could still improve on things and if i don't find elsewhere to better it, i will be back.

Not up to usual standards. Fried chicken coating almost black but inside slightly undercooked. Nuggets were also overcooked.

The only problem is wen I order was 19.30 and wen I sow they just delivered at 8.40 wen you have kids is not so go have to wait 1 h for the delivery
