Village Spice Ketley Telford in Telford and Wrekin

Shocking!!! I won’t normally mind but the food order was £65!! Ordered food at 8:15pm normally takes an hour called restaurant at 930 they stated food was out for delivery that had left 15 20 mins prior!! Called back at 945 food still had t turned up stated again food was out they found they receipt and then said oh your food is in the kitchen! They lied food was not out for delivery at this point it was 10pm again food would be out for delivery in about 15 20 mins!!! Told them no absolute joke my dad had taken his insulin prior to account for this food!! Now fighting a refund due to the incompetence of this restaurant!! If this isn’t sorted there will be a further action…

Ordered food at 4.30 for delivery at 6.30 still turned up an hour late. Not acceptable. It's happens every time we order, so that is the last chance. Plenty of nice restaurants that deliver on time and don't lie when you call up to ask where your order is.

Ordered though uber, order said dispatched & did not arrive although shop closes at 11pm. Having waited & waited for hours & hours

Delivery driver refused to deliver to my door claiming she was insured (1st floor apartment) more like she was too damn lazy to walk up the stairs. Left my food on the floor outside. Having OCD i will not eat food off the floor. I was disgusted by the overall attitude. Agreed to redeliver the food… as of yet no food has been redelivered! If I could give zero stars I would.

Outstanding food and service best in Telford, ordered for a family dinner was not disappointed , will definitely order again

Very unhygienic place . It’s smelling of bad odour and even the staff smells. The kitchen is similar to a toilet pot. Don’t know how they operate

Has to be the best Indian restaurant in Telford. Fabulous quality food. Freshly prepared And tastes amazing. We often eat here and have take always. Always top quality and great tasting curry. Plenty of chicken breast or king prawns and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend the garlic fried rice and chicken tikka naga.

Food was amazing staff friendly and helpful. We had chicken bailt the spice was just right for us rice ok and naan was good

Village spice is by far the best takeaway Indian food I've ever had. Always arrives quickly, always piping hot and absolutely delicious. I just wish they had a full restaurant, as they're takeaway only

Best amazing food love the spice and cooked to the way I like it the meat just melt in your mouth with lots of flavours and nice hot best so far drives polite and friendly has well so keep up the good work
