We use to come couple of times here. The service always bad, no knowledge about the menu, can not find your reservation, even the restaurant is never busy. Need to improve this points. Food is nice,sushi amazing

Выбор заведения был не наш, британский знакомый предложил для беседы это заведение, и оно не разочаровало. Хотя только пили чай, но атмосферой файф-оклока прониклись) было уютно, умиротворённо. Обстановка приятная.

Elegantes Ambiente in dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt. das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Cocktails sind ausgezeichnet gemixt und der Service schnell. Asiatisches Essen, das wundervoll zubereitet ist und auch für das Auge schön angerichtet wird. Auch wennn man keinen besonders großen Hunger hat, sollte man ein sich zum Cocktail ein paar Kleinigkeiten bestellen, denn so frisch und qualitativ hochwertige Speisen muß man unbedingt genießen.

We had an intimate dinner together. The setting was calm, romantic and beautiful. We did not have any sashimi upon our visit. But the cooked dishes did not disappoint. Lovely!

We like The food. Sushi and sashimi are fresh and well prepared, and main courses well done You can find a table almost at any time, even without reservation, so this is the best backup restaurant when Zuma is packed and you need a quick bite. We do not like Too many bad points noted on more than one visit! The service is absolutely incompetent, slow and uncoordinated. Recurrent issues are: staff cannot find your reservation (even when the reservations on their book can be counted on fingertips), do not know what is on the menu and cannot answer simple questions (such as what is the side dish coming with one of the 8 main courses), do not know what you have ordered (they have to ask to guests as to which dish belongs to whom, and also forget to bring dishes completely), cannot coordinate food and drinks (food usually arrive before drinks, and at different times for different guests). The ambience, too quite, not trendy, too empty The price. Dishes cost as in Nobu, but there is no comparison (also in terms of quantity)

I went there with a group of friends and we paid £30 I think for karaoke and a 2 meal course. The food tasted fine but they changed the menu so less options and most of the people who got the burger it was not well cooked. However, they apologized and cooked again to their liking which is great! The karaoke was fun, I cannot complain in terms of the music selection because most Karaoke places will have the same selection.

Пришли сюда, соскучившись по японской кухне. Роллы оказались очень вкусными и большими, наелись, съев по порции. Интерьер приятный, персонал дружелюбный. В целом, место неплохое.

I had walked in and was greeted with one of most rudest staff members I have ever encountered at a K10! Upon my arrival I had to gesture the woman behind the counter twice to which she looked straight at my face with a disgusting look on her face which made me feel awkward and like I wanted to leave. Now I'm not in customer service, but I'm pretty sure, if you walk in and say "hello" to a staff member you'd expect a polite "hi or hello", what was her response, "what do you want". Ignoring the abrupt behaviour, as soon as I opened my mouth to say my order, she interrupted and said we haven't got that! And then continued to point out everything that they didn't have in such a rude way that I turned on my heels and left the restaurant. I didn't catch the young ladies name, but she was there around 3:45 at the counter with a young man on the 17th February. Dark hair, didn't have a uniform (maybe management). After this experience at K10, it'll definitely be the last!
