It looks like a pub outside where they serve Indian food, but gosh the Indian food they serve is great. We had the chicken Vandaloo which is not on the menu and it was one of the best I ever had. Most colleagues didn’t know the place and now it’s on the where to eat for our LHR visits.

This place cooks authentic Indian Pubjabi food, great location of Cranford, friendly owner is always there in the evening, great bar with lots of local crowd, great selection of beer and drinks.

Don't be fooled by the interior of this restaurant, it appears very spit and sawdust but does a delicious and most importantly entirely fresh curry. We were so impressed. A must-visit if you're in the area and desperate for a curry like we were.

Stayed across the street at the doubletree. Came to VII for dinner. Very welcoming staff, good food. This place is popular with locals and very welcoming to others Had the Paneer appetizer along with the King Prawn Curry appetizer. Both were really flavorful and large portions

Although i put 1 star they dont deserve it. Totally holeless food. Seeing reviews we ordered food last nyt but was newsence. "Special fried rice" had uncooked special bell peppers thats all and to top it no salt at all. Chicken Dopyaza had a full whole onion uncut and tasted like union tomato paste. It was a waste of money. And the day light robbery is tge 0.50 p service charge when they didnt evn provide service as it was deliverd to us. I shall not recommend rather my egg fry at home would be tastier than their food.

Stopped off here with family as we were spending the night while in transit for travel. Stayed at the Doubletree across the street and we were given a few dining options and glad we picked this one! Initially was skeptical as it looked like it was more of a bar and we had kids with us and it was packed for the soccer game. We went in and were just blown away by how friendly the staff was and how awesome the food was!! Would recommend this for anyone staying in this area!

I've rated this "average" as we only paid £30 for a double room. If we'd paid any more it definitely would have been "poor". The beds were comfy though, and the bathroom had hot water. The room itself was fairly clean but there was an old unplugged and dirty fridge just sat in there and we only had one towel and one mug between us, plus no bath mat and the tiles got VERY slippery. The best part was when we arrived and the first room we were given was unlocked and had a sleeping person in. I don't think we disturbed her and were quickly given another room but it was a bit of a shock! We had a late night curry there too after our day out and the food was quite nice. It's more like a pub than a restaurant but overall a pretty good atmosphere.

We arrived early to avoid traffic to be told that they had double booked and he would refund us!!! Great if we hadn’t driven 200 miles to get there. There was no sympathy and litererally told to leave. Luckily for a few pounds more a much cleaner and more pleasant stay at Travelodge. The bar looked dirty and very very basic - so they did us a favour in the end by not letting us have our guaranteed and paid for room.

Actually stayed at the hotel (B&B option) across the road, at short notice on a Friday night, they accommodated a party of approx 20 persons. Its a no frills sort of place, where the locals eat, basic, large TV on the wall, but the food was very good, wasn't overly keen on the onion bhaji (not the best I've eaten) reasonably priced and Cobra on tap, it can't be that bad, my 3rd visit in 2 years..

As a contractor who has to pay for his own hotels , and therefore is just looking for a box to sleep in (No not Slough, or a tent at Marble Arch) , I found this place a much higher standard than most, even better than the Travelodge across the road. This is my second stay here, and the staff are quick and efficient, I would recommend to anyone on a budget and in London.

tried to book directly with this place, spoke with the owner, his manner was vile, i was very upset as he treated me with total disrespect and finally put the phone down on me, his name is sandah I've never been spoken to someone like that in many years, disgraceful behaviour

Nothing special about the place, but the food was very tasty, good value for money, and the service was good.

Very clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable. The staff are warm and friendly. Grate value for money. I will stay again.

This is a strange place - but in a good way! First glance it looks like a cafe with a bar but venture in and the attentive staff will find you a table. Usually the place is full of locals from many cultures and professions. The beer is as cheap as anywhere (cheaper than most) and the food is unfussy but generous and good. Fish tikka starter was fabulous, my chicken dhansak was excellent. Friends Lamb madras did have a little gristle but there was plenty of good meat too. Look at £25 for two courses and two beers - and they take credit cards.

We stayed at the Hilton opposite for a weekend of London sightseeing and I had researched in advance where we could eat on our first night - so I'd seen it was "a pleasantly deceptive Indian Restaurant" etc

Just passing wanted to have early evening dinner. Walking past saw that a lot of customers were sitting inside and outside just having a drink. We were going to walk past and stopped. We went in and were surprised. The service and the food was excellent. A very deceptive place. We will visit again when in the area.

Recientemente nos alojamos en el Hilton enfrente, pero nos apetecía comer algo mejor que la comida de hotel, así que este lugar concurrido buscando era tentadora. Parece un poco como un peligroso boozer de fuera, y por dentro es estéril, pero la comida es estupenda, y bien de precio, servicio rápido, altamente recomendado.

Y yo visitamos aquí colega durante su estancia en la zona, y yo la verdad nos quedamos gratamente sorprendidos por la comida. El lugar estaba lleno y básicas, sin embargo, la comida era muy buena, el tamaño de las porciones eran buenas y el precio razonable.

Guau, qué diferencia hace un día. Este tiene que ser uno de los más agradable que conozco en años. Estupendo Bar, incluso los lugareños lo llaman el local. La comida se deshace en tu boca. (keema ya visita india mejor de Goa) en_suite, TV, menaje para preparar té y café. Un hogar lejos de casa. 10 / 10

A group of us stayed here for a rugby weekend. The welcome was great, the rooms are basic but clean. The hospitality was first class, great prices on the drinks and then there is the food. None of us had a single complaint, eating there Friday night we were so happy with the food the opinion on Saturday was, why go any where else. A great place for a weekend at Twickenham. Thanks for the complimentary round of Rum. See you next year.

Looks can be decieving...from a very brightly lit outside and full of lovely working men chatting away and drinking pints of Fosters inside there's a great little gujurati kitchen. Delicious naans, nice sides and very spicy fresh curry. Lovely service, really smiley!

Visited on recommendation from a client - so I took him there for dinner!Food was okay - very spicy (a little too spice - and I love a bit of spice!). Value was again average - around £9 for a main and non-veg starters at over circa £5.Service was very attentive. All in all, OKAY.

Visited this restaurant (though it's more like a bar) with my dad because it's really close to the Hilton hotel in Hounslow.And the food was great! Also the service.Very nice people :)The menu has lots of varieties, very good for vegetarians.Prices were reasonable for the foos, though every single thing costs separately.Atmosphere wasn't very cozy as it's a sports bar and it's mainly locals having a drink there.But still, plus points for the food!

Only 1 biryani was delivered instead of 2, had to remain hungry. Called restaurant and were told that the chef had left but we can mention this on our next order and it will be added to the order. Food that was delivered was good.

Nos hospedamos por uma noite, devido a proximidade com o aeroporto. Nem todo o pessoal da recepção é simpático, mas a maioria foi. O quarto é bem simples, mas não achamos sujo, estava ok. O problema maior era a localização... não só por ser bem longe dos pontos turísticos, mas porque o bairro não é muito agradável. O anúncio diz que tem wifi no quarto, mas só pegava no restaurante. O chuveiro não funcionava, o que foi um grande problema, já que vimos isso tarde, quando o restaurante já estava fechado e não tinha ninguém pra nos atender. Os problemas do bairro e do chuveiro são a maior causa da nota baixa. Enfim, como hotel, não iria novamente.Já como restaurante: ficamos para jantar no local, e pedimos uma das entradas, a que parecia mais completa. A comida era apimentada, mas saborosa. Preços razoáveis.

Called to ask if did delivery to TW4, guy said will do this time as a bit further out for them. Delivered hot fresh food in the time stated, even the chips were still hot. Mixed grill and Punjabi chicken curry really nice.

A working mans bar and hotel located across the street from the Doubletree by Hilton hotel contains an Indian restaurant. Décor is not fancy, but fine for a beer and meal. The TV is tuned to a Sports channel.The food turned out to be excellent. The Chicken Jalfrezi was really good, as was the accompanying Pilau rice.Service was quick. The waitress was polite and pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Aloo tikki chana was very good and the gajar halwa was out of this world, very very nice. Only 2 complaints: 1 the ice cream (kulfi stick) arrived pretty much melted. it was all flat. Plus we were not asked what flavour, this should have been on the website, it was coconut flavour which is not to our taste, we prefer malai or mango flavour. definitely not coconut or almond or pista which are its other flavours. also the mango lassi was too much on the thin side. it was not thick at all. i think there were too many ice cubes inside which maybe hats why made the lassi thin.

Tried to stay after booking because if beefing parking on site fur van containing high value goods- turned up - no parking- called- told to drive found half an hour and there'd be parking - 2 hours later tired out driver reported still could park. Called hotel , told they wouldn't charge us under the circumstances / asked denial confirmation we have!!!! Got another hotel 30 miles further in - guess what even though got email stating they would charge us they have . Tried yo discuss today on noticing charge from bank taken - told email address they sent cancellation sent from not used by manager for 5 years and he told me my driver lied and there was parking. Why round a genuinely tired out driver lie and why use email address provided if never used and why not honour refund as hotel staff member stated we wouldn't be charged. Not happy , deplorable treatment !!! We'll never use again or recommend

Best tawa chicken and paneer kofta I've had near heathrow. Only one negative thing about it was that the nan was very chewy/rubbery, but I loved both dishes. Will definitely order the same again 😊

If you can look past the no-frills aspect of this pace you will be in for a really good curry experience. me and 3 thirsty, hungry colleagues dined superbly. The menu is comprehensive with lots of choice and attention to detail. I would go as far as to say one of the best Indian meals ever! The staff are lovely, and very attentive. I cany wait to go back.......trust me you wont be disappointed!

Food delivered timing was perfect and curry was nice but butter naan was rubbery and hardly can see any butter on it because it wasnt fresh at all. Potato was cut in very big pieces in papdi chat. felt like i am having just hard boiled big chunks of potatos, also very less yogurt added in it.

This was my first time eating Indian food, and it greatly exceeded every expectation! It was delicious and very flavorful. It was a bit spicy for my tongue, but it is Indian food so this didn't come as a surprise.The restaurant itself has an authentic feel to it. You're dining with the locals (for better or worse). The prices were a bit high given the quality of the neighborhood, but then again it is very close to the airport so this isn't entirely unrealistic.The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, even making the food less spicy for me.

Ideally placed opposite Double Tree Hilton near Heathrow. The service was great but the food exceeded all expectations and the price was they cherry on top!! This is one of the best Indian meals I have ever eaten.I did not stay over night but did feel a bit intamidated by some of the customers who were sat in the bar area because they kept staring at my party. Had I been on my own I would not have entered the restaurant.

It's lovley food from there I always go there n I tel my friends bout it aswell but today I got my curry n asked for 6 poppadoms but they didn't deliver them but I stil payed for them as I didn't cheek before giving the man the money but Iv never in the whole year n half have a had to cheek Coz they so good but I will cheek every time I called them n asked where my poppadoms n all they said was sorry we give it to u next time but I hate eating a curry wit out poppadoms :-( but other then that they are good n lovley food :-)

We have been eating at this place for several years as we stay overnight at the Travelodge nearby prior to long haul flights several times a year. The food is always fresh and tasty and we love it. Yes, it is more of a bar but we enjoy the atmosphere as it's an eclectic mix of friendly working men and women. It's busy and practical. There is now an outdoor area where the smokers can go. For us it's all about the food...we can get fab Indian food and a drink within easy walking distance of the Travelodge and it's a great alternative to hotel food.
