Viet Anh Pho in Lewisham

Food was absolutely amazing! I lived in Saigon for 2 years and this brought me back to my childhood! Thank you all much for the excellent service and I can’t wait to come back !

An absolutely wonderful experience and some really good authentic food. We had the Gỏi Cuốn, Phở and the Bún Huế and they tasted exactly how my mum makes it – but was also vegan too! Have yet to find a Vietnamese restaurant over London and Manchester that reminded me of home but this hit the spot and more. I’m sure the meat options would have been identical to mum’s cooking, but especially having turned vegetarian now, the vegan dishes tasted incredible. The Vietnamese style “ham” in our dishes (Chả lụa) was spot on, the “chicken” pieces were really sweet & tender, and you could tell the “beef” was a very well-done homemade mushroomy seitan – all were so convincing and super yummy alternatives. And a big plus, all the staff were super lovely and friendly and we had a great time!

Not authentic: spring rolls are Chinese and did not even cone with dipping sauce and lettuce + mint. Four other dishes that we ordered were cold, over heated so meat was tough, non flavour, ingredients are compromised. None of them tasted anything like we ate in Vietnam. We won't be back.

Super authentic Vietnamese food. The food was fast and incredibly tasty, the staff and owner are so nice and caring and the atmosphere is just incredible. Absolute must go, loved every second of it!

Great food, and plenty of it, in a friendly atmosphere. Brilliant, friendly staff who are happy to talk you through the menu if you need it.

Enjoyed the Bahn Mi and Pho - super tasty and great value. Having being to Vietnam and tried cuisine it was absolutely on par.

Unfortunately there were hairs in 2 out of the 4 dishes we ordered. We raised it to the staff who were very apologetic. When the bill came they had charged us for the full amount and asked to offer us a free drink. We requested for the dishes to be removed from the bill and they agreed to not charge us for only one of them. Hygiene standards really need improvement asap

Amazing dishes, fresh ingredients, and tasty. Treat to the costumers is really friendly and darling. I even order deliveries at home many times. I recomend this family small restaurant 100%

Me and my boyfriend stopped here a few weeks back to check out the vegan menu as we often find it hard to eat as a vegetarian and vegan who are on low incomes, the people in here are so friendly and accommodating, been back a few times since and tried a few of the different vegan options and we are never disappointed. Always leave full and satisfied and cannot fault this place at all. It’s great value for money, the staff are so kind and friendly and I feel as if our dietary requirements are always accommodated for with an entire menu for vegans! Will be back a million times after this 💞

We got takeaway banh mi- fishcake and vegan mix. They were freshly prepared and the bread was lovely and warm. Both were stuffed full of fresh pickled salad and coriander with a tasty chilli sauce. Perfect takeaway on a freezing day. I can’t wait to go back for more and to try the rest of the menu.

Very good vietnamese restaurant, fresh and tasty food. We went for vegan spring rolls with the steamed noodles and veggies.Highly recommended! We'll order again
