Lots of facilities and easy to get across London from here either with the underground service or bus station directly outside

Busy, but clean, good variety of shops. Stopped and had a G&T at weather spoons, friendly staff. Plenty of screens to see train timetables. Only downside was a huge queue for the ladies toilets.

London Victoria station, a great station to get to from the south. It's mostly clean there and serves many operators, it would be great though to be a larger station, as the central bit - where trains terminate/depart would be larger as it's extremely crowded though, not their fault either way, people just like London Victoria as a station I guess.

A very chaotic and confusing station, unfortunately if you are English and you find yourself here you may struggle to find someone who can communicate with you as not many people speak English. Luckily a cleaner could speak broken English and assisted me, welcome to the capital city.

It's a bit overwhelming if you don't know your way around this station

Busy with a capital B. Many connections available from London Victoria to outer London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. If travelling to Portsmouth (my regular route), be aware that journey times are a lot longer compared to starting from London Waterloo - and you have to deal with Southern as your train operator (my review does not reflect their performance, which would be a lower grade). One positive - the fares tend to be a lot lower (even at peak times). The station itself has very clear departure screens, frequent announcements and well-signposted toilets (which are now free of charge). A variety of eateries/shops are also available - I can recommend the Wetherspoons upstairs. Keep an eye out for pickpockets, as parts of this station become very crowded.

It’s very nice and good station but the staffs very rude and they don’t wanna help plus they trying to fighting with passenger and iv seen it many times and also they stand on your way they wanna give you space to pass by they just standing there laughing at people making fun of people naming peoples This is needs to stop and why 1000 staffs inside the station without getting any help from them even if you ask them they look like a criminal the way standing there and laughing at you Please reduce some staffs waste of money

Massive impressive train station with plenty of services in and out of the station. Well connected to the rest of the city and the country.

Easy access station with train and bus links to all over most of London and outside of London.

This serves as a gateway to southern and southeastern England and was originally built to operate the Brighton and Chatham main lines. The Brighton station opened in 1860, followed by the Chatham station two years later. In 1923, the two stations were merged into one under the management of the Southern Railway (SR) as part of the railway grouping act. The station was named in honor of Queen Victoria, the reigning monarch of the time. It connects London to Brighton, Dover, and Gatwick Airport via the Southern Railway and Gatwick Express services.

It is a very small station compared to others.

Bus station is a death trap. Several fatalities with pedestrians and nothing done

Another example of a completely modernized London train station into a successful travel hub. Sadly I passed through Victoria pretty quickly and took only a couple of pictures. As with any large building it was a bit daunting, particularly as I had to buy the right ticket, having left Gatwick airport previously. A member of staff was very helpful on this occasion. What I saw and experienced was another clean and largely efficient London train station.

Large station where we were able to obtain information. No problem there, you will find your tickets as well as your platforms without problem.

Draughty wait for the bus, but only to be expected as its such a busy place.

Train station with multiple possibilities of connections in terms of transport. Possibilities to make easy and quick purchases inside the station from the point of view of Gifts. The possibility of grocery shopping. Inside the station but also outside it you can have a meal, from a simple pizza or fast food to elevated menus.

The customer service agents for South Eastern are utterly inept and i was travelling on New Years Eve.

For a train station, the facilities and range of shops is pretty great and the layout is easy enough to access. However! The guy in the ticket office yesterday was so so condescending and rude for a simple question when I was struggling with tickets, it almost made me cry! If you don’t want to help people please choose another profession.

Good station but unfortunately came across two staff who were rude - one to an old lady which was heartbreaking.

Great busy main-London hub railway station

An important transport hub in central London. Definitely highly recommended. You come to this train station when you are wanting to visit Buckingham Palace or going to Oxford Circus.

Large hub for ÖVP in London and regional

Most important station in London centre. There are many shops and cafes. Public toilets are clean and for free. Outside the station I am missing bins, I have to usually take my rubbish with me, because there is no bin. Almost every time I am here someone comes and begs for money. It is not nice first experience after arriving to London.

Metro and bus exchange station, from here you can take the train to London Gatwick airport. It usually leaves from platform 19. The station is very organized with monitors that show you all the train timetables, it is large and crowded with many shops, including hi-tech ones.

Another gigantic railway station. It has not managed to maintain the ancient-modern balance as well as others but it is still worth visiting.

Train was on time. the info was on the board with the platform number.

Would've given more photos, but my unsupportive wife was tired and was scared we would miss the train. But we made it with like 2 minutes to spare.so it was fine. Only 4 stars cause don't get wrong it's beautiful and lovely but there is always building or something going on. Piss off everybody and shut it down for a month,fix everything and then open it properly and finished. Give to elon musk he could do it

Honestly definitely recommend going again love that place all rides amazing atmosphere is incredible love the circus love it that's impressed by everyone love the songs and the decorations wow nice ill even get that thumbs up the whole thing absolutely awesome perfect the circus wow I'm speechless love that that for me is 10 /10

A train station with clear signs and plenty of staff to help you out. Your feel safe, places to drink and eat. Police presence and a good ticket office, with plenty of self serve too.

Dirty place, little space, there are no services such as chargers or power outlets, there is only one person who can help you in the entire station. There are only screens on one side of the station, nowhere do they explain where to take the bus, since it leaves you in one part and then you take another place with the same name/ Dirty mixed bathrooms, without the possibility of washing properly.

I always uses Victoria Underground/tube every time I’m in London. Victoria Line is the best for me, from getting around quickly and efficiently on time.

Using the lifts in the tube station is quite a challenge

If there is a connection to the Underground it would be great to list that in the Overview. At least, I saw nothing there. Just a suggestion. It has been a couple of decades, but I was looking for underground access, when there. I wound up walking allot, very healthy and had a great tour bus driver, but there were things farther out I would have liked to see, in my 12 hour London layover. Then it was off to the "Wild West". It was a great trip ! 7 days with a BritRail Pass!

For some reason I couldn't send a compliment form on Network Rail, so I'll post here. Imagine my day starts off with snow, a 2 hour commute, then losing my phone on the train! When I tell you, the staff members at Network Rail at London Victoria station were absolutely brilliant! Not only did they make sure I wasn't alone in my agony but they never gave up looking. I seriously want to thank: Tessa who handed it in, Emmanuel, Rahul & Lady with them and the Lost and Found office on platform 7/8. You have given me life! I'm praising you all to the gods/universe to protect you at all costs! We bantered through the weary search and jumped for joy when we located it. Thank you so much!!!

This is not just a station - there is a railway station, a Metro station, an intercity bus station (opened in 1932 and is the largest in London), and a public transport bus stop! In general, in any direction, to any place! Great! The railway station was opened almost 200 years ago, in 1832! And it still works so smoothly, everything is clean! Well done! And next to the station there is everything you need, everything is within walking distance! It’s easy to navigate around the station; there are boards everywhere with information about your departure. And if something happens, the staff will always help and advise you. It is the second busiest station in the UK, after Waterloo.

Excellent toilets, the only issue is that they are below ground and if you struggle with steps you couldn't use them. The station is clean and easy to navigate. They let you through the barriers as soon as your train is at the platform so there isn't a chaotic rush like at Euston.

Its pretty big but if you get lost or don't know where to go, you can always ask someone!

One of the major termini serving London with this one serving the South and South East of England. (London has a number of terminus stations. each one serving different regions of the UK.) Trains to Gatwick Airport go from here.

The Victoria station serving Gatwick Express is relatively straightforward. You either go straight to the station platforms on time for your train, or you get a ticket and ask your questions at the counter before heading down. Trains are quite frequent (every 20-30 minutes), and starts quite early around 5+ in the morning. So there's no shortage of options to get to the airport.

Victoria station has everything you need to travel, public bathrooms, shops, restaurants and luggage storage.

Chaos on underground as no district line working

Gate closed to disabled passengers from Victoria line to district line West born passengers today, had to open gate even though West born line trains to Earl's Court still running, new Asian member of staff requires training (he's own admission he's only been there 10months) I'm Asian as well so not a racist comment- this could have caused hardship to myself if I'd missed the last train, photo evidence taken.

How long it takes to repair escalator? The station manager needs to be sacked.

Victoria station is 4 stars, only due to the fact at max capacity it gets far to busy and it can be congested and smelly. The station itself is essentially a central point for the circle,district and picadilly lines. The environment can get quite stuffy and is often busy on and off peak times excluding Sunday evenings when it's partially quieter then usual

London Victoria is operated by Southern, Southeastern, Gatwick Express and the London Underground (Victoria, Circle and District lines). There are many eateries to eat in this stations and it provides services to the south and the south east of the country as well as short services to Orpington, Sutton, and Epsom (to name a few). It is a lovely station as well as the departure boards are well detailed and tell you if you can board the train yet. There is also a big bus station here travelling to many places in central London

Terminus and transport interchange, very handy.

A major transport hub with both overland and tube services. There is also a buss terminal outside. It is also right in the middle of the theatre district and close to many attractions.

Station staff quickly and correctly gave info on how to get to my destination quickly as two of my trains were cancelled.

Clean, big enough for lots of travellers to move around without bumping into each other, a great choice of shops, clear signage, helpful staff and a great location. Can’t ask for more of a train station.

I am a Disabled 62 year old Black woman..who regularly has to use the disabled toilets in the station concourse. I have a Radar key ..which I use on those cubicles where it is needed. On numerous occasions..I have been unable to open the door..even though the access light is showing green.. because there Is already someone inside. More often than not it is a uniformed member of staff who chooses to use the disabled facility rather than walk to the provided staff facilities. I have seen at least 3 staff members do this. When I challenge this behaviour..the response is a shrug..or '" I can do what I like" . Today..a uniformed staff member supposedly monitoring the toilets.. actually turned his back on me..and when I told him that it was unacceptable..told me to "get back to your own country". Actually I AM in my own country..and it is this South Asian bespectacled man with a strong foreign accent..who is not. I informed a female member of British Transport Police..who said she had better things to do and walked away.. Customer "service" The Victoria Train Station way..🤨 .

Very easy to navigate considering it is a big station. Toilets are clean (unlike coach station) and there is a food area for if you need a break. Also very convenient as it is easy to get to the tube station.

Gateway to uk and europe for most coaches

Everything is very well indicated at the station, but very crowded as it is one of the main stations in London.

Very easy to get around when changing underground lines to main line trains and you can walk to the coach station.
