Busy place staff in the station are helpful.but bus stops are hard to find because there are too many stops.

London Victoria is operated by Southern, Southeastern, Gatwick Express and the London Underground (Victoria, Circle and District lines). There are many eateries to eat in this stations and it provides services to the south and the south east of the country as well as short services to Orpington, Sutton, and Epsom (to name a few). It is a lovely station as well as the departure boards are well detailed and tell you if you can board the train yet. There is also a big bus station here travelling to many places in central London

Busy as it always is if needing the toilet avoid mid to late afternoon busy as hell best times early to mid morning when it's quieter

Busy place, clean toilets, easy to read information boards for train times, plenty of staff around if help required. Good information boards for directions to various places ie underground etc....

Terminus and transport interchange, very handy.

A major transport hub with both overland and tube services. There is also a buss terminal outside. It is also right in the middle of the theatre district and close to many attractions.

Station staff quickly and correctly gave info on how to get to my destination quickly as two of my trains were cancelled.

Clean, big enough for lots of travellers to move around without bumping into each other, a great choice of shops, clear signage, helpful staff and a great location. Can’t ask for more of a train station.

Time 10.32am 09.08.24 Black lady next to platform 7 is very rude. No please no thank you just go to bla bla bla. If I'm the boss ,she's already fired. Disgusting

I am a Disabled 62 year old Black woman..who regularly has to use the disabled toilets in the station concourse. I have a Radar key ..which I use on those cubicles where it is needed. On numerous occasions..I have been unable to open the door..even though the access light is showing green.. because there Is already someone inside. More often than not it is a uniformed member of staff who chooses to use the disabled facility rather than walk to the provided staff facilities. I have seen at least 3 staff members do this. When I challenge this behaviour..the response is a shrug..or '" I can do what I like" . Today..a uniformed staff member supposedly monitoring the toilets.. actually turned his back on me..and when I told him that it was unacceptable..told me to "get back to your own country". Actually I AM in my own country..and it is this South Asian bespectacled man with a strong foreign accent..who is not. I informed a female member of British Transport Police..who said she had better things to do and walked away.. Customer "service" The Victoria Train Station way..🤨 .

Gateway to uk and europe for most coaches

Very easy to navigate considering it is a big station. Toilets are clean (unlike coach station) and there is a food area for if you need a break. Also very convenient as it is easy to get to the tube station.

Everything is very well indicated at the station, but very crowded as it is one of the main stations in London.

Buzzing with people and lively.

Very easy to get around when changing underground lines to main line trains and you can walk to the coach station.

As good as any major London station

Busy as usual but the staff there is extraordinary! We lost a phone there and one of the staff members, Sohail if I am not wrong, found it and gave us back. I will never thank him enough for that!

Plenty of shops, eating places and toilets. Just a shame about some of the rude staff on ticket barriers.

This is not only a huge station, but it is also a mall and a museum. Because of its huge size, you can find restaurants there that have two branches there, pharmacies, as well as money exchange shops and car rental shops, so much so that I thought I was in an airport and not a very huge railway station. At the same time, it reminded me of Adel Imam Rajab’s film On a Hot Tin, Types of People and Vagabonds. He who plays a musical instrument, and he who is as lost as me, has 5 gates. I remember in 2017, I came from one of the cities to London and spent almost a full hour in this station, but now, praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, I have come to understand trains and the metro. Indeed, the means of transport in London need a documentary from very crazy people, sometimes it reaches you. You will be 50 meters or more underground. The important thing is that if you come to this station in the morning to contemplate, you will find a flood of travelers that does not stop until around 12 midnight. Here the station stops. The station has a huge number of shops and restaurants that are revived only by God Almighty. The station is worth a visit if you In London, because it is truly an unconventional museum, Glory be to God, it occupies a large part of the neighborhood, and it has a special station for buses and underground, and a station for trains leading to the cities of Britain. I hope to God Almighty that I have conveyed some information about it, O God, Amen. Charming, stunning and quite modern, due to the re vamp of the area.

Very large station, lots of shops, bars - the very center of London - close to everything.

It is too hot in the station, especially during long delays when many people are gathered together. It would be worthwhile to use extractors to exchange the air more quickly.

Victoria station is good the structure Some lazy workers there who would care a family with little kids going downro nappy change..the house keeper helped us to get the one opened and do it comfortably some staffs are heroes proactively doing for customers but the same time that asian looking guy standing in uniform was just playing in his phone..a big thank you to the housekeeping man you went beyond his limits to help the passengers.

Access.to trains on one side is OK. Other side is very difficult and in rush hours it can't cope.

Strategic for travelling in London and outside. Plently of shopping, bars and restaurant for take away. Information desk is great. Toilets are available and clean

What a mess due to the renovation. How bad informed,the personnel at the platforms,most of them barely speaking English..If you are tourist on your own advising Google maps ,you will stay at the platforms forever...

The station is having some improvements made, but it did seem clean and tidy even more so than my last visit.

What can be said? A lot of people. It's easy to get somewhere from here . Of course, a lot of food shops ( bit expensive) and of course, the " Holly Pubs " ...

It has everything good from transportation to all parts of London and Europe, restaurants, hotels, in short, it's London has everything ❤

Trains all messed up made a journey using Victoria a nightmare. Being disabled and having a carer and her 6 year old grandson on a day out, i was refused entry onto a platform without going all around the barriers, he could have let me through the gap, with my disabled pass and access card saying why i can't queue for long or walk too far. This then meant the next guard waved the train off knowing we needed it, meaningcan extra half hour wait for an indirect journey home late at night.extremely rude guards and barrier men. Will avoid as much as possible in future. A short journey home turned in eta of almost midnight. Thoroughly disgusted and feel victimised by my disabilities

I'd give zero stars if there was the option. If you need to get a train during the night you'll be left outside in the cold for over an hour with no toilets (toilets are also closed when you go inside which is now illigal!), hundreds of people on top of each other pushing and screaming and arguing to get inside, they only open the gate FIVE minutes before the train leaves, so as soon as the gate opens, everyone crushes into each other, running to get to the platform and older people and disabled people have ZERO chance to get to the platform on time. This is NOT a service we deserve, especially considering how expensive the tickets have become. This is going on for years and nothing has been done still, it's disgusting.

It is a station with a huge head-end platform, and you can transfer to the District Line and Circle Line of the subway. The Gadwick Express departs from and arrives at Gadwick Airport. Victoria Coach Station, where long-distance buses depart, is also nearby.

Big station. Clear signs. Free toilets. McDonalds, Burger King and other shops / bars available. Problem is why are so many closed when I passed by at 11pm? That's not useful. Close when the trains stop!

The tap on-off readers aren't working at the gates for Brighton and Gatwick. Asked a very lovely lady how I could get a ticket for the next train on tap on-off. She said to tap at the ticket machines, but they simply wouldn't take any card or phone in the group. It's cost me £23.00 for a ticket to Gatwick when the advertised tap on-off service is £9.50. Very disappointing way to end a few brilliant days using tfl so easily.

Great station for underground as the normal trains. It's very busy... many people. So take always care of your properties and good reading all the signs. You got lost easely.

Large station that integrates buses and trains. There is an attached shopping mall and many interesting stores, many benches with small tables attached. For me it was a good surprise.

A bit noisy. NEEDS MORE BINS - people are leaving litter everywhere because there are no bins. I understand that they could be a security risk - maybe use those transparent bin bags with just a plastic ring around the top? The litter issue won't go away until you install more bins, so please install them!

Trying to get through barrier to catch train. 3 staff watching and offered no help. When asked one of the staff refused to help and sent me on detour to another gate. By the time had managed to go around the train eas departing.

Busy and hard to work out where the trains are departing from as a southeastern customer

Busy station with good connections between National Rail, Underground trains and a bus station outside. A good selection of shops and cafés on the concourse. A good place for meeting up with people new to London.

I try not to go here if possible, waterloo was not directly available though. Confusing layouts and the most vile toilets. By the looks of it it’s going to be barrier city, they were still wrapped in plastic, although not properly secured as had various bits causing trip hazards.

Train was delayed by 4 mins and yet left three mins early, spoke to south eastern staff member @5:42 on platform 6 to which he ignored me when i asked for help as he was the one who had given the signal early
