A great little find with a delicious selection of sandwiches and toasties . Our experience was totally ruined by a stroppy member of staff , we dared to ask him to wipe the table and he said he was too busy , he then bashed the cups and plates so loud we literally couldn’t hear ourselves think. A real shame as we will never go back , he is definitely in the wrong job .

While exploring Bath we wanted something quick and light for lunch but didn't want the usual cheese baguette that we seemed to keep finding in cafes. We walked into Vero's and immediately saw the brilliant selection of filled croissants and toasties. The options were great. We decided to share a serrano ham and manchego croissant and a brie, chorizo and rocket toastie. Both were lovely and fresh. The staff were very friendly and easy going

We’ve come here lots in the past year and really enjoy the sandwiches and cakes. The location is also really sweet and the hygiene seems great. I would say that the guy who works there is always the most attentive and friendly - he clearly knows what great customer service is and this is really reassuring to see!

Second visit and it was just as good as the first, I think you could pick out anything off the menu here and it would be excellent. Staff really friendly, the restaurant itself is very small which adds to its charm, but at the same time you do not feel crowded in at all. Only real negative would be that drinks are quite expensive (£9 for a pint), however that wouldn’t be enough to stop it getting 5 stars as everything else is brilliant.
