Very great and delicious Italy. Restaurant! We were there at lunchtime, there was hardly anything going on and the food was just so delicious!!! The service was also super friendly. Highly recommended!

Food was decent enough. However… I need to mention the £2 charity donation. I don’t mind paying that.. it’s only £2 and I’m happy to give to charity. However they don’t ask and stealthily put it to into the middle of the main body of your bill. So unless you’re looking out for it you wouldn’t notice it. Also they then put a 12.5% service charge on top of that (including the charity donation) and when I asked the waitress whether the charity get the 25p that they’ve made from the service charge she shrugged her shoulders. To me it’s not the money but the principle here as they put the donation in on the sly and then charge you service on it and the waitress didn’t exactly confirm that that money goes to the charity. Out of principle I asked them to remove the service charge (which I almost never do) and they instantly became very rude. Didn’t even say bye when I said thanks.

Had a lovely pre show meal here. There's a wonderful selection of Italian food with lots of choice, especially for vegetarians. The food came quickly and was really well cooked. The staff were really attentive, and the service was perfect. Definitely recommend booking especially before a performance.

Margo at Verdi was fabulous. So helpful with our choices and friendly. It was such a lovely addition to our day to meet Margo. Thank you so much. We then watched Alegría which was absolutely fantastic. A great day.

Excellent Italian restaurant at Royal Albert Hall. Loved the veg mushroom pizza and garlic bread here, as it was authentic Italian. The tiramisu is a must-have and is extremely scrumptious.

Amazing service from the staff. They seated us last minute and arranged a quick meal before the show. I wish I could say their vegan pizza was enjoyable, however, my partner seemed to enjoy his Prosciutto pizza.

Margo was our waitress in this gorgeous open plan kitchen restaurant. The food was delicious. Would definitely recommend for pre theatre meal.

Perfect for our meal before seeing Cirque du Soleil's Alegria at the RAH. Excellent buttered garlic/rosemary bread, along with a varied, fresh autumnal salad as a starter and a pretty decent pizza as mains. Service was very attentive and pleasant. The only let down was the inadequacy/insufficiency of the toilet facilities. Seemed to be a problem throughout the whole venue though.

The perfect place to have dinner before heading to the cirque du soleil show, with great Italian food and a very cosy atmosphere. Amazing service from Anna, our Italian server, who was very helpful in advising about the dishes and showed a great vibe! I loved the risotto, as well as the pannacotta! Definitely recommended.

Was made to feel very welcome, I find this isn't always the case when you dine alone. Wasn't rushed, all was very relaxed and food was lovely. The perfect pre show treat. A very special thanks to Zin, who took care of me perfectly.

I have visited RAH and Verdi in December with my friends. The show is good but not as much according to my expectations. The food in Verdi is very fresh and delicious. I recommend pizza and pasta because of its traditional Italian taste. The drinks were also great. The staff is very friendly over there. The lady imogen is very lovely and professional lady. She is very knowledgeable, well mannered and well educated. Her professionalism is seems in her high quality of customer service. I was very impressed by her professional attitude and her beautiful smile makes my day grateful.

Pre performance dinner for three on 20th Dec - excellent food and service (Zin and team). Good value too. Have recommended this restaurant to others since.

Busy restaurant with a limited menu but food was of a good standard and arrived in a timely manner. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was there are only two single toilets for a huge restaurant. We had to wait 15 mins to use the facilities which is crazy for a restaurant.

Came on Xmas eve. Zin is a fantastic waiter ! 100% recommend .

Fabulous, friendly service from Zin and Susannah who made sure our party of four were well looked after before the Christmas carol concert. Food was amazing, and the surroundings were fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again anytime.

We expected an adequate meal but nothing special for a large restaurant at the concert venue, but what a great surprise. The food was excellent (papparadelle was to die for) and fresh and served quickly. Zin provided great service. A wonderful and relaxing experience that was every bit as enjoyable as the show at this amazing venue.

Delicious food and excellent service. We were late due to traffic and the staff as well as our waiter Zin did everything they could to make sure we could still enjoy the three course set menu before the show started. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent evening meal at Verdi last Friday night. Eating before our show at RAH (Jools Holland). We had a lovely table for two which along with the restaurant had a lovely cosy autumunal vibe. The food was excellent we choose the 3 course meal option so glad we did! My husband's pizza was "the best I have ever eaten-anywhere!' And for me the tiramisu! Shout out to CHIKE for his attentiveness to all our needs during the evening. We are returning in December to Verdi and we can't wait! Yay! 😍

Food was good the service was a little haphazard but the staff were great. bit more expensive than I would’ve liked for what it was but would recommend.

Our server Storm was absolutely delightful. We had a table for business of 12 ppl and she allowed us to split our check. She was also very sweet in explaining the menu!

We had a two course meal - great value for a central London venue. The food was delicious and our server Zin was knowledgeable about the menu and really did a great job.

Zin was so attentive and always there when we needed him and saved my waterbottle when I foolishly left it behind! The atmosphere was lovely, not to crowded and nicely casual. The food was delicious and service very friendly .

We are regular visitors to the Albert Hall and Verdi restaurant is where we like to go pre-show. Tonight we had a very pleasant waiter (Zin) who looked after us. People like Zin enhance the whole dining experience and we were lucky he waited our table.

This was truly one of the most incredible dining experiences I’ve had. The drinks were good, food was fresh, and the service I received from Yassin and Daniel was top tier. Very caring and accommodating staff. I would recommend this experience to anyone.

I went for dinner in Verdi with my best friend for the Digga D concert. We had the best waiter, Yassin, he came to check on us very frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent, the garlic bread was my favourite. It was the softest garlic bread I’ve ever had & the pizza I had was also stunning. It didn’t hurt that Yassin was very easy on the eyes as well. 10/10 experience.

Citchen was closed at 3 pm although the internet said it was open until 10pm. We take a long walk to come here to eat and at the ground floor you have to check your whole bag. And in the end your are told you get nothing very pitty! A little sign at the ground floor should be possible

Great service and lovely caring staff . Our waiter Zin was lovely and professional and the managements hospitality when an unfortunate accident caused a drink to be spilled on me . They reseated us, gave us our drinks on the house and paid for my item to be dry cleaned. Good was outstanding . Deserts are delish!!! Perfect for before show dining as it’s in the same building as Royal Albert Hall shows

My wife and I were going to a Beethoven concert at the Royal Albert Hall, so the location of the restaurant could not have been any better. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Margo, was exceptional: attentive without being intrusive. It was the perfect start to an unforgettable evening.

Excellent service from Bianca, who calmly and attentively served us through a very busy period. A number of things went wrong, such as many guests' arrival times changing, but she dealt with it professionally and with a 'can-do' attitude. She also spent time splitting the bill so that I could pay drinks in secret when she must have had 100 other things to do. Focussed, attentive and charismatic! Thanks Bianca!

Very over priced for what it is. They advertised a pizza was £15, but this is only when there isn’t a show on, so it was a set menu of £29, they threw the main at us, but then took ages in clearing it away and then we didn’t have time for dessert. We ended up paying £24 for a main meal. Portion sizes weren’t great. I will not be going back.

I have always said if you opt for an Italian meal you will never leave dissatisfied. I will have to make an addition to that statement with unless you dine at Verdi. We were abruptly ushered to the correct communication point in the centre of the restaurant as It was clearly against policy to converse unless in the authorised zone or at your table. The maitre d' was very pleasant but that's where the niceties ended. Our waiter was a little low on the volume given the general hubbub of the busy restaurant. He was also very distracted when taking our order, looking around him whilst we gave our responses to his questions. The staff were quite young and seemed daunted and ran about with little efficiency. We were unlucky enough to be seated in close proximity to the service area, so with annoying frequency we were bombarded with shouts of service to an increasingly annoyed chef if the decree wasn't met with an immediate response. This was a problem that I am sure they could do little about given the restricted space available. Then came the biggest disappointment, the food arrived. It looked as presentable as a bowl of pasta could but that was where any commendation would end. Both our meals were akin to ready meals in texture and in taste. My wife's sorbet was adequate but my tiramisu had a more than liberal sprinkling of Coco powder on top and was reminiscent of attempting the cinnamon challenge. I am aware I can only comment on the two main meals and desserts that we consumed and can't speak for the entirety of the menu but this is somewhere I am not prepared to give the benefit of the doubt. If you must eat here I suggest a pizza as they at least looked appetising. All in all a substandard meal with poor service and a hefty price tag.

Mediocre/poor quality “Italian” food at inflated prices, taking advantage of captive clientele. South Ken offers much better options. Don’t spoil your concert experience next time.

My wife and I come to The Proms every year from San Francisco, pandemic permitting. The highlight of our excellent 5-concert visit in August 2023 was a fabulous pre-concert dinner at Verdi with such good service by Margo that I mention it here.

Hadn't booked but they squeezed us in. Lovely meal and surroundings. Very helpful staff.

Incredibly varied and promising choices on the menu, we could hardly decide what to get! However, there are times in life when you win or lose and times when vegetables are the only option. Peronally, i was taken aback by the sheer joy of this one waiter who cared and took great interest in the food he delivered to each table. Why, never in all my life did I enjoy such care taken in customers dining, and I've lived to be 74! If you think you are not special just wait for God to share his thoughts and help you find your way. Cependant, quand je suis alleé aux toilettes, l'eau etait trop chaud! C'etait terrible! Quel dommage. Mais je vais oublier demain. We were served by Yassin, a man struck down in his pride, but lovingly and graciously served us with the utmost respect. I was heartily pleased by his service and will return in due time. Blessings all.

We had a superb evening at Verdi’s before the Proms performance. Our waiter Yassin Fares was exceptional in serving us and made for a most pleasant dining experience. We will undoubtedly be returning for a meal there on our next trip to London.

Booked Verdis for an early dinner before the Proms Sunday night. The booking process was easy but you do have to pay £10 per person deposit. The service by Jennifer was friendly and efficient. The food was very good, especially the mushroom pizza. One small thing - the knives weren't great for cutting the pizza so pre cut would be good. A few more veggie options on the menu would also be good as you'd run out of options if visiting regularly. All in all though a good pre concert experience.

Food pretty shabby. Chicken Seemed to have hung around before I encountered it. Bread crumbs soft enough to need more cooking. Paid extra for potatoes to make chicken into a meal. Tagliatelle was also poor - smothered in gravy. 20% service charged challenged and they removed it. Circa £5 for a bottle of water. Very poor value.

I ordered the prawn linguine and was rather disappointed. The portion was ok but the taste was just so-so. The prawns were not even warm. Table/chair spacing was too close and every time when a staff walked past my back my chair was bumped into which was very annoying.

Muhammad was excellent. Food was delicious. Efficient and good value.

The atmosphere is delightful the food overcame the expectations and Muhammad was very attentive to our needs.
