Venus Takeaway in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Pizzas are amazing but the driver's attitude could have been better. When someone is ordering online that's the only way they come across how your service is. It was disappointing today.

I try to visit this restaurant every time that I am in Hull. It is a wonderful dining experience. Warm welcome and great service without being in your face. Nothing even approaching pretentious. The quality of the fish and seafood is excellent and it is always cooked to perfection. I have had many different dishes here over the years and it is impossible to single out any one as the best. They cover the whole 'fishy' market from traditional cod and chips to lobster and a seafood platter. Highly recommended.

Was not very impressed with the staff, the lady with the blue hair was not very professional nor friendly. Waited just over an hour for a rice bowl and chicken thighs bites which was below adequate quality.

Very good food always tastes great cooked very nice and great service very friendly staff and the owner John is very friendly and always knows what his regular customers like 100% recommendation

Great menu, great staff and value for money. Been numerous times and never had a bad meal. Great quality food.
