Venezia Pizza in Leeds

This really was the worst food I have ever ordered … the chicken kebab was not fresh chicken pieces it’s pre booked chicken tikka slices like you get from a supermarket for a sandwich I ordered 2 and they both went straight in the bin … I will never again order from here

Will not order again from there ordered at 8 o clock after ringing up at 9.30 food finally arrived at 10.40 it’s a shame food not bad.

Food packaging all damaged upon arrival, also not good quality and tiny portions for the price charged.

Always on time and the food was warm

cold food kebab meat was not off a split probably frozen meat southern fried chicken was awfull pizza was just about ok never again

Pizza topping was mashed to the top of the pizza box. Asked for bolognese pizza and got tiny cube shaped chunks of random meat instead of minced beef. Not what i expected. Chips were soggy. Cheesy chips and chicken tasted screaming hot like a quick microwave before being sent to me, and wasn't great. Don't want to be too harsh as the weather is poor but really not good guys.

Initially told that food would arrive at 20:10 then after 20 mins updated to 20:50, didn’t arrive until 21:10. Didn’t reply to JustEat when I asked for an update, didn’t answer the phone when called. Food arrived stone cold. Disappointed coz ordered from here a few times and food’s pretty good.

That volcano pizza is absolutely top shelf!

Actually I ordered chicken tandoori and pineapple pizza but just got only tandoori. Order was showing delivered already before the actual delivery. Delivery guy showed up after 7 minutes. Taste is good though but it would have been better with pineapple.

Super quick delivery and the pizza was amazing. Easily one of the tastiest pizzas we've had for a long time. Definitely using you guys again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ! Shocking customer service talk over you on the phone when ring when your orders missing don’t even try resolve it rude and just shocking overall service and not to mention the food coming and been flat cold and the baguette was thrown together

I haven’t received my food but yet the app says delivered. Didn’t get a call or message been standing outside the cold for the driver.

Hot pizza but for 9 pounds is crazy for the size will not be ordering again

Not sure why this place has only got 3 stars. Crispy base ✔️ lots of cheese ✔️ oven cooked ✔️ Better than dominos and miles cheaper. Sauce could be punchier. Maybe a few herbs on the margherita pizza. I enjoyed and would order again 😃

sweaty bag,soggy bread. cheesy chips were fine but the burger was too disgusting to eat. not eating here again

Never received my order. Paid for my food online, food says delivered but I never received it. I called the restaurant 5 times but got no answer, I’ve reported this to JustEat

I did order two calzone It was the inside part none of which were roasted Or not ready to eat even the sauce was the same. It was my first time ordering . I'll never go back

Never ever had a problem with Venezia before tonight. Food and delivery times are always consistently good. That said, them sending us cheese slices in the place of our actual Jalapeño slices is ridiculous. Yes, we laughed but it’s fully taking liberties. Won’t bother again.

When a place gives a time it should deliver by that time or state a time it will deliver the food!

Our delivery driver was lovely, I didn’t get his name but the food was delivered really hot and by a very kind man.

Terrible food, the place is run down and far from authentic Italian pizza.

For a 3am pizza it was good. Chips bit greasy tho. Also, ordered a coke and you gave a water ? Could have given a fizzy drink substitute right 😂

The whole point of a delivery is for it to be delivered to the house not me having to walk outside to the car - plus the order being delayed , food was nice , better customer service next time would do

Burgers don't come with cheese.. seriously? Out here grating my own 😭 Also you can't just dump a bunch of paprika on the fries and call it chip spice I was choking with every bite 😭 wouldn't recommend

The food you sent me was dripping wet through could not be eaten I don’t understand how you could send you food out like that I payed £22 for 10 tiny popcorn chicken wet through a flat box of cheese and chips all wet through an also wet through dinner wrap it’s not on at all

My new favourite pizza place and really good price too. We're yet to try anything off the menu we didn't like. The pizza bases are crispy and authentic and the sauce has a delicious natural sweetness to it that goes really well with the thick salty cheese. Hmmm can you tell I'm a bit of a pizzaphile

Ordered pizza, fries and onion rings. The sides were piping hot. The pizza, however, not so much. It was tasty enough and 2/3 being hot isn't terrible. But slipping up on the main course has cost you a better score. Sorry!

I ordered a pizza, chips, samosa and cheesy jalapeno thingys. Chips absolutely top quality, lovely and crispy without being overdone. Samosas pretty good, could do with some more seasoning but they did give me sweet chili sauce for them which was banging. The jalapeno things are brilliant. Pizza was good for the price but nothing special. Really good portion sizes for the price. Overall I'd recommend it if you want a decent takeaway!

After been let down by domino’s at nearly midnight when they cancelled the order, I placed an order here. The food was brilliant, exactly what I asked for and it was made to perfection. Delivery driver was nice and good came on time. Absolutely nothing bad to say. One of the best pizzas. Thankyou so much

Order here almost once a week for 3 years. Collection, ubereats, their website. Always great, one of the nicest pizza. Negative reviewers, come in and watch them make it... dough is stretched by hand, no frozen base. I've had a slight burnt edge (Very slight), crispy under carriage and perfectly cooked base & toppings. Cooks are lovely and welcoming.Deserves more than 3.0 on Google reviews.

Very nice large kebab, the only one I've ever had where the meat was hot as opposed to room temperature. Generous portion and very tasty. My new go to place for kebabs.

I ordered at 12:30 and my order didn’t arrive it said estimated time 1:15 to 1:35 I waited for half an hour I even tried to contact the restaurant and no body picked up the phone

The delivery was perfect, the driver was nice and the food came fast. The cheesy fries were also perfect, bit unfortunate that there was no jalapeños on my pizza like mentioned, as the pizza was called ‘hot pepperoni’. Come on Venezia pizza, u have to up your game in getting orders right as I’m not the only one that got mistakes in the order!!
