The guy on drive through it took him 8 mins to ask our order he had to ask supervisor 3 times if there not trained don't let em operate it either that or he was smoking baccy baccy we ended leaving he was that bad

Fries revolting and went in the bin. Forgot to put some of my order in. Manager slow and wearing the dirtiest shirt I have ever seen. Burgers were okay-ish. Sometimes okay when the female manager is on and all girls serving. The men tend to be piss poor at the job. Sadly from my experience.

Waited 15 minutes in the bay after ordering from drive through, order was wrong had to go into the restaurant to get it changed still waiting for drinks after 25 minutes had to go into the restaurant again to get them myself. Will not go again.

The online app crashed, so I had to go to the counter! 5 minutes, being the only person waiting to get served, I gave up and went to the KFC next door! And I thought it was bad here before the refurb! Never cone to this McDonald's again

Absolutely useless EVERY SINGLE TIME How do you forget to put egg in a bacon and egg muffin ? How do you forget to send burgers in a 2 meal order ? How do you put a sausage muffin in a wrapper with the correct bacon muffin sticker?

Absolutely gone down the pan since the refurb. Every time I’ve been since, something has been missed off the order. I called in this evening and it is clear that delivery takes priority with staff running around for the impatient delivery drivers. Customers were waiting up to 50 minutes for food, when I got my order it was cold. The staff don’t seem too dynamic, I can’t fault them though running around for Just Eat and Uber drivers. This place needs to close to the public if their focus is on delivery, it’s not fair to keep customers waiting so long for fast food.

Half my order didn’t get delivered! No answer when you ring! £17 for 2 burgers which 1 was wrong! 1 small chips!! All freezing! Disgusting!

Cold food from delivery. Missing items from the Happy Meal. Burgers thrown together with little care. Not enough straws for drinks. Second time this has happened. Avoid or at least collect in person and triple check your order. You don't expect much from a McDonald's but you at least expect what you ordered and for it not to be cold. But if you go and collect it yourself when it doesn't turn up the rest of your order can go even colder whilst all the delivery lads get priority...

First of all I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but they overcharged me because it should of been a 3 for £3 meal deal but no they charged me normal prices the food again I don’t expect much but the fries where awful not salted soggy lukewarm thrown together also there where a quite a few unpleasant burnt fries in the mix overall they looked sad limp soggy and just a mess onto to my burgers they were hot but that’s the only good thing 2 out of my 3 cheeseburgers had no pickles and no onions and was just flooded with ketchup 3rd burger was completely burnt in places was flooded again with sauce what a mess not coming back don’t recommend this wasn’t my first bad time at this McDonald’s

Can't order hot drinks with meal deals, only cold ones. Cheeseburgers were cold, and had to wait another 15 minutes for a replacements. No napkins or sauces available on the side.

Convenient because it's close to home

Service is so incredibly slow, even on a Sunday morning when there’s no many customers. Often waiting upwards of 15 minutes for your order.

I wouldn't normally leave a review but make an exception in this case. Food was as normally but what made it so good was the service of Jane. Her customer relations were brilliant and she properly brightened up the morning before the long trip back to Norwich. Credit where credit is due

As Mcdonalds goes. This Is one of the cleaner ones. Food is hot usually. Which you expect for fast good. Girlington is crap. Horrible at atmosphere, cold food. And a bit grubby. Forster square this one is decent.

I don’t expect much from a McDonald’s and I’m not fussy - but the drive-through I got today was garbage. Burger looked very ‘tired’ and was tepid warm at best, as were the fries which were only three-quarters full - it looks like to save time that they make up a big batch beforehand, and then hand them out later when they have deteriorated considerably. Oh, and the ordered sauces were missing too!

Can't believe how amazing this McDonald's is . Seriously you've got to add it to your bucket list you won't regret it

Called in after hospital visit, not been in 6 months. Had a double big Mac and enjoyed it. Fries were excellent.

Done out recently now on hard wooden seats only... Add queueing for ever and food being luke warm and it's really not good and it's not a cheap deal anymore 😔

Arrived at Drive Thru.. Only 1 car in left channel & myself in right channel.. no cars behind.. Left channel car placed order & drove forward.. sat waiting.. another car drove into left channel.. placed order & carried on.. Asked the microphone if they knew we were there & told to wait a minute.. However, after the same thing happening twice more with 2 other cars, I then gave up at this point & drove out by the bin store. Complete farce & waste of time! Why bother having 2 channels when the staff are incapable taking orders from both. Joke of a McD’s.. Avoid at all costs unless you want to sit there doing nothing apart from watch other people get served. Now sat in the Harvester opposite getting served by staff who are trained & knowledgeable in customer service!!!

What a shambles, took 1/2hr to get food, only to send back as it was cold. Waited another 20 mins, food lukewarm. Asked for ketchup only to be told that they didn’t have any out, but he could get some once he’d sorted the orders out. Asked how long that would be and I got a shrug of shoulders. The staff there need training in manners, efficiency and customer service. Fast food, it would have been quicker to go to the Asda and cook it myself

No stars today , I ordered 2 cheese burgers and 4 mc flurries , they gave me the mc flurries then made me park for 15 mins to wait for 2 cheese burgers , only to guess the mc flurries melted what kind of service is going on hear today , stupid behaviour from hear with the service, never gonna come hear again , avoid they have no common sense hear and are very slow at service, this is supposed to be fast food , more like never get ur food and it was flat cold the burgers 🍔 big thumbs down 👎

Absolutely terrible McDonald’s. Every single time we have ordered via the app the food arrives incorrect. They never send straws or sauces when ordered.

Ordered our food and went to wait in a bay as requested, 25 minutes later still no food. Went round the drive though again and they told me to go back to the bay and someone was waiting with our food. As to no surprise nobody was there. Waited a further ten minutes until I called them, their response was ‘we couldn’t find you we are remaking your food’ all in all waited 49 minutes, fast food my arse, sort it out.

Went through drive through told to park and they’d bring order out took 30 minutes when it arrived it was cold had to go in and get replacement totally pointless going through drive through 😡

Totally shocking . Ordered online, food arrived - 1 item missing , 1 wrong item. The only thing they got right was the drink. Bugger looked like it had been thrown together and was cold. Rang the store not bothered.

I Went here at 2am and they said i would have to wait for them to cook the food which is OK but to wait 10 minutes would expect everything to be hot. fries were Stone cold and stall like they had been cooked yesterday and not even reheated. not what I'd expect when paying £6.79 for a meal.

Worst McDonald’s there is in terms of getting your order right. We have just spent £28. They haven’t given us the happy meal, we have a medium milkshake instead of large and the latte had no coffee in???

Ordered from the car but they forgot to bring out any straws, sauces (which I'd specifically ordered as we had nuggets and selects) and they forgot the carrot bag. So I had to trail indoors to ask for all of these things. When I politely said they'd forgotten my carrot bag and sauces there was no apology - just handed them over. McFlurries were much smaller than they usually are and we're unappealing in their cardboard pots - you couldn't see which was which as you couldn't see the sprinkles in them - just half melted white ice cream. I did enjoy my food but the fact I had bits missing and had to run about, not so much.

I have lost count how many times this restaurant has got my order wrong, all because the young staff they employ cannot read a simple order.

You might as well park up if you go around the drive thru you will get parked last 3 times I have been parked once at 8:15pm for 2 mcflurrys nothing else, waited 15 minutes for 2 McFlurrys. Rather than worrying about the customer experience it’s catering to beating the metrics I’d rather wait in a drive thru 5 minutes than parking every time. How can 2 ice creams take 15 minutes.

Every time I order from here, it's either wrong or missing something. Today my mcmuffin had ketchup on it when I asked for no ketchup, and the tag CLEARLY says no ketchup. Hire people who know the meaning of the word no next time, disappointed

Last time I give this store benefit of doubt when craving a maccies. Every time they get my order incorrect missing items. Quality reflects as seen in most of the reviews. Sort your staff out rather poor training or just stupidity.

Every single time I go here I have issues the only reason I go is because there is nowhere else open at the time. Constantly missing items and meals it’s not asif it’s just missing a side or whatever a FULL meal. When they manage to get the full Order it’s a 20 minute wait in the parking spots. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve seen and I go all around the country.

Appalling service, when I complained to the manager she just stared at me! She might , as well as told me to eff off! Being rushed while taking your order, even though you ask them not to it. Anything else repeated even b4 finishing your sentence. I spent almost £30 for cold fries and attitude! They are right I am the idiot! I will never go there again! They refused to give me their head office number.

Ordered table service waited 10 minutes, had to then go ask a member of staff to check for me, absolutely useless waited another 5 minutes for her to find our order which when brought to us was cold.

This McDonald’s is always a let down. Worst one I’ve experienced and unfortunately this is my local one. The chicken wraps were the most poorly put together things I’ve ever seen. Tortillas were broken, ripped and partly burnt. They ALWAYS forget to add the rich tomato dips with a sharebox of cheese bites and eating them without a dip is extremely bland and boring. They completely missed an entire burger off the order, and the the chips were the most insipid and basically raw chips ive ever had at McDonald’s. Feel so put off and wish I wouldn’t have made the mistake of ordering from them again. Avoid at all costs, staff are absolutely incapable of simple tasks.

Don't bother ordering online from here. They cannot seem to put 5 correct things in a bag. Useless. 5 things that they do not have to remember, it's WRITTEN down on a piece of paper! Double useless. Food was cold. Milkshake not even mixed. Triple useless with cheese. Avoid.

Absolutely awful. Fries were stone cold as was the burger. Must have been sat on the shelf for hours. I was charged for 9 chicken nuggets, which is what I asked for but only recieved 6. Food was basically inedible, disgusting and not even what was asked for. Would never use again.

Ordered breakfast at click & serve as Drive-thru was packed. Almost 20 minutes later, breakfast was served. Hash browns were not crisp, almost soggy & chewy. Would have been quicker to go through drive-thru

Had a bacon and egg mcmuffin, with two hash browns, for breakfast and the food was decent. McDonald's isn't my usual place to get breakfast but this was alright for the price.

This Maccies in particular seems to be famous all around the area for serving cold chips. Condolences to everyone getting deliveries. Food is guaranteed cold.

Gave me extra fries and an extra drink was very tasty and filled me up. The chips were the perfect amount of salt and the drink was nice and cold and it made my day 😀😀😀😀😀

By far the worst branch in Leeds. Missing items in my last two orders. Staff excuse is you don’t work here so you don’t know how busy it gets on an evening. Bear in mind it was 1.30am. If you go on an evening vast majority of the time they reheat the fish fillets and chips are always stale. Burgers always look a mess with loads of lettuce and a drop of sauce.

Poor experience the other day. One of my Granddaughter's happy meals came with fries but the chicken nuggets were missing, how does that happen??? They weren't even busy, so can't blame that! All they said was " Sorry, thanks for telling us"!!!

They need to keep the machines running, get more than one person to clean them and stop the regular" the machine is down" excuses.
