McDonald's in Leeds

After today I will never visit this McDonald's any more. Yet again the food stone cold, dry and looks like it's been left for 15-20 minutes before being made up. If you visit any other McDonald's the food seems fresh and its hot unlike this cold dry crap. How hard is it to make sure your food is served hot. The staff are shocking as well.

went through drive through to order a mcflurry. was told by the drive thru attendant that they don’t have any ice cream. drove past the pay-window and saw a worker making mcflurries?? also they forgot my sauce last week… again

Called in with my partner on Sunday the 16th of February around 8 pm and ordered a Big Mac and a plain quarter pounder both with large fries , the fries were barely warm and limp and the big Mac was also not hot but barely warm and filled to the brim with sauce (mayo to the point where it was falling all over the place and falling apart , i took the fries back which were changed but with reservations I then began to eat the burger but then became frustrated at the mess being made and the meal being cold and proceeded to take it back and ask for a replacement, the one in charge said because i had begun to eat it would not replace it and despite explaining that I felt awkward about having to come back the second time and this the reason I had continued to persevere with the meal , still refused to replace the Big Mac which was not acceptable by any standard , we will not be going here again as we both felt insulted by this kind of negative response I felt the one in charge to be stubborn and quietly ignorant sad to say .

Stopped in today, place was spotless, food was hot and delicious, staff were all really friendly. Best mcdonald's experience I've had in probably a decade 10/10

Ordered delivery twice from them months apart, they managed to get the order completely wrong both times

Another day when Killingbeck don't have milkshakes or McFlurry.

Despite ordering a takeaway order it came on a tray and half the chips had fallen out on the tray already, so they didn’t end up in my bag to takeaway. The chips weren’t cooked through and the spicy veg wrap was dismal, the coke tasted of Fanta suggesting the pipes are cleaned thoroughly. The staff didn’t really acknowledge my existence. The store and toilets were immaculate

Got the Philly Cheese Stacker for the first time and it was delicious. Only got to eat about half because I forgot to get my wife something and she scoffed a load of it!

It says 24 hrs but I go there, they told me was shut. The fries from there were never fresh at night.

Recientemente tuve una experiencia decepcionante en el McDonald's cerca de mi hotel. Después de salir una noche, mi familia y yo decidimos tomar algo de comida nocturna. Como habíamos estado bebiendo, elegimos responsablemente caminar en lugar de conducir. Sin embargo, al llegar, nos sorprendió que nos negaran el servicio porque no estábamos en un coche! Esta política parece absurda y peligrosa, ya que esencialmente anima a las personas a conducir más allá del límite legal solo para ser atendidas. El personal era increíblemente grosero y poco servicial, empeorando aún más la situación. Nunca he encontrado una regla tan irrazonable en ningún otro restaurante de comida rápida. Espero que McDonald's reconsidere esta política para priorizar la seguridad y conveniencia del cliente.

We’ve ordered and not got our full order that we’ve paid for, tied ringing but no one answers the phone

Always clean, prompt service and quick to help if anything not right.

Only 2 stars from me, seemed to wait a while until the drive thru, fries were cold and then I get to my hotel to find they haven't put any sauces in the bag - despite asking at the time of ordering.

Ever since the refurb the food quality has dropped and the service is abysmal. They're slow, they bring everything out on a tray regardless of whether it's eat-in or take-out. If you're taking away, they'll slowly try and cram everything into one small bag, looking confused when the sides start to split. If you ask for multiple bags or a large one, you're met with a gormless look and, if you're lucky, a dejected grunt. Seriously guys, what happened to your standards? It's like nobody can be bothered, and they're just there to get a wage. To be fair, the DA staff are the only ones with an ounce of positivity and customer service. The rest of you clearly don't want to be there and management sgould probably think about replacing you with someone who gives a toss.

I paid for my order on the kiosk waited over 10 minutes for my order when I asked how long my order would be they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t find my order after it had been paid for and sat with a table service number.

Cant get an order right. Ordered a burger meal for delivery and forgot the burger! Just sent chips and a drink . Got my refund and ordered again and sent the wrong burger this time! This is a reoccurring problem, never get a full order. How hard is it to read and order receipt?? Absolute joke. Staff need reading lessons

What you'd expect from a macy's

Been a joke of a place ever since they started dealing wuth Deliveroo, Uber eats and Just Eat, they focus on them orders more than the instore ones, waited 20 minutes for two happy meals and 2 mcflurrys, had to get the happy meals changed as they were sat on front for 10 mins. Fast forward 2 years still the same, only order on the board and took 10 minutes whilst the staff were messing about with the delivery and drive through orders, chips were cold and McFlurry had melted, I could understand if it was busy in store but we were the only ones in there.

“I have been a regular customer at this McDonald’s, visiting twice a day. However, many times when I order from the kiosk or drive-thru, I receive the wrong order. On several occasions, I have had to wait 35 to 40 minutes for my order. For example, when I order a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets, they often give me fish fingers instead. Unfortunately, my child has an allergy to fish finger,which has caused issues.

Used to be very good but has gone down hill since the refurbishment staff very slow with orders and never anyone on the front counter.

The drive-thru felt more like a drive and stay. Slowest service ever encountered at a drive-thru restaurant.

Everytime I go to this mcdonalds drive thru you get asked to park up and wait a long time for food to be brought. No sauces or straws brought despite asking. Very dissapointing its not fast food.

Waited 25 minutes on the drive through last night at 11 pm, and there was no communication at all from the staff. Horrible. The food was so cold and not good at all.. I would give that place 0 stars if I could.

To say we are not impressed is an uunderstatement it took 30 minutes for our food to get to us and when it arrived it was flat cold there was only about 6 people in their as well.the tables looked filthy and we ordered a burger and it was burnt and it was so cold that the cheese was not melted a few of out nuggets was pink In the middle and the chips was cold.the manger was doing nothing apart from chatting to one of his staff in front of us nothing about work but about football! Service was terrible the food was horrible never had been to a worse macdonalds in my life absolutely disgusted!

Terrible waiting for 20 mins in bay 2 how hard is it to bring food to a car

Absolutely disgraceful, the lack of respect the lady at the drive thru window was unbelievable. The attitude was appalling and I hope she's taken back into training on customer service. When a comment was made to her she was utterly rude. Sort out her attitude before she works communicating with customers again.

Absolutely shocking again. Wrong order again tried to blame delivery driver for picking up the wrong order. Wouldn't re delivery because they didn't know if they could get a driver and they close at 9pm tonight which i think was the real reason and pointed out to them!!. So 2 family's without food on Christmas eve and the treat has gone out the window for both. Will never use again. The management are shocking too.

Delivery driver made it difficult to give me my order even when I supplied the delivery code and my telephone number, therefore allowing my food to reduce in temperature.

Service Area off the A1/M1 link. Always plenty of space to park. Seating area large & comfortable. Plenty of choice for eating in or take out from Nando to Greggs.

Drink had been spilled in the bag, chips were cold and to top it all of my burger was missing the bottom bun....honestly can't believe how it could be missed

Standard McDonald's shocking service had to wait ages

My fault as i should of checked my mcdonalds bag (they come with a seal on the bag) - i accepted the order from the driver and when i got it in the house i realised the seal was broken - he stole a mcflurry and drink... wont be ordering again

It's very rare I go through the drive through here and have the full order come through. Normally it's stuff like them not bothering to put dips in. Today, not only did they leave us at the drive through order point while 2 cars arrived and went through the other one (I eventually got annoyed enough to change lanes) the completely forgot a double quarter pounder, effectively stealing £6.76. I tried to call up to complain, more than 5 times, but their phone number just rings forever and no one bothers to pick up. Not to mention, half the time their card machines just reject my card. I've been using it for years, but I'm at the end of my tether.

Takes forever to deliver, I finished work at 12 at night needing food before I go to bed ready to work the next day, posting this at half 2 in the morning still no sign of food even coming, personal opinion absolutely useless

I have visit a handful of times since the refurb, on each visit the time taken for the food to reach the table/navigate the drive thru process, has gone up considerably.

Nunca escribo reseñas pero este McDonald's es terrible 😞 es mi local, así que les he dado una oportunidad una y otra vez he tenido comida aplastada, comida fría, comida que me falta Me siento tonto por intentarlo de nuevo, pero ha sido durante un gran período de tiempo. No están organizados y no pueden cumplir con la cantidad de pedidos. No voy a volver aquí de nuevo o pedir en línea que realmente necesitan una revisión completa o para cerrar 👎

Quoted delivery time was 15 minutes when ordering. Food arrived 1.5 hrs later. Cold. Delivery driver didn’t want to know. Shocking service and quality.

Missing items, took far too long

Food was shocking burnt and rock hard buns, no chips with the meals.

no straws missing most of the stuff that was meant to be on the burger chips were Luke warm

Simply the worst McDonalds around!! Ever since they reopened after the extension they have gone to extreme lengths to find the slowest, most unskilled, untrained & incompetent staff ever!! The new layout of the building now hides the kitchen so you can’t see the quite possible only one staff member cooking! It is baffling how long you have to wait for “fast food” and then you will have to deal with the fact that half of it is wrong!! The staff just walk around like zombies!! Avoid at all costs and use another McDonalds somewhere else!! Unless you can wait an hour for fries!! Definitely don’t order delivery as you will have to drive yourself to the “restaurant” to collect the rest of your food!!

I never leave negative reviews on here but wow, my order was just...there was no warmth at all, it was proper cold, like it'd been put in the fridge cold. it was so unpleasant to eat that I had to bin it. not happy :(

The staff were helpful and the place is kept very clean. The food though is not for me, chips that taste like cardboard.

Food barely warm. Chicken mayo and chips including happy meal chips feel and taste like they’ve been sat out for a while. Chips were cold.

Don't go around twelve o'clock at night , they were doing computer back up or something they said and half an hour wait was to be expected if the computer didn't go down. So left and went to eastley road, service no better there , not good advert for macdonalds

Odd to say. But it is spotless here. More so than normal. The staff are all exceptionally polite, professional and friendly. Most of all they appeared happy to be there. I know it's McDonald's but felt pleasantly different

Waited 25 mins in the drive thru then got to the window and had to be parked up. Sat and waited another 10 mins. Our food was brought out in a big bag and dangled over the wall to be given to us. How are you supposed to keep it warm when you can't even close the bag.

Severely understaffed and extremely slow. People have been waiting an hour for a single burger yet deliveroo people are coming in and out periodically. Avoid if you’re hungry, chips were severely undercooked due to them rushing it.

I always get short ordered by this restaurant. If your fries are not cold, then something is missing. This evening you topped yourselves. Cold fries and a missing double qtr. So not only do I have to suffer with poor service they now steal from you too. I'd go to KFC if I were you!
