Very very bad service. I oder butter naan but provide radimade naan. Very very bad food.

Really bad experience order food and told me 20 minutes waited there for 55 food is so so but service is so poor

we ordered today tandori naan he give readymade naan then we ordered he dont tell me the naan is fresh or not the owner is only earn money but not give good service dont order anything from here may be all food sale readymade need practice for cooking

My experience was very bad. Their food is not fresh and very bad quality. My whole family got sick after eating their food

Very poor experience where the first order we made was full of excessive oil and salt, making it unbearable to eat. We lost our meal on the night as the restaurant was not able to send a replacement. Upon further various emails and calss between Uber and the restaurant, they agreed for the replacement, which I had to pick up, spending an hour of my time, but the food replacement was very small portion size, good enough for snack and certainly not meal. I would like to highlight that the meat alternative is again high in salt, so please be mindful if you have any health issues. This is not the right place to go for. Tandoori roti is not a roti but the size of a baby phulka, different sizes and thickness too.

Paneer wrap was nice and fresh. However the paneer pasta tasted bland with not much flavour quiete disappointing after requesting for it to be spicy. Chilli cheese chips defenitly not worth buying could only taste the paotatoe from the chips Shame really thought with the variety of foods they’d be good but I was not right.

Ordered pizza from this place and found a hair on it. Phoned them to make them aware, no responsibility of the mistake taken. If you can’t do your job properly, might as well shut the business.

The food was cold and not enjoyable and edible. Not ordering from here again.

Sent the wrong flavour of ice cream without even asking me if that's okay. Once I opened it the icecream was all freezer burnt and full of ice chunks.

while my family has enjoyed their bits I have had a hot dog which is beyond awful and made out of 1 and half sausage. Thin as three fingers and overpriced. never again sorry.

A tiny portion size for a £10 kebab, salad was purely all lettuce.

Deservs 0 stars lady is rude, tried calling the owner to make him aware the phone may have been intentially engaged as tried calling for 30mins so went to store to order. Not the first time she's rude!

Burger just a frozen one from any supermarket. Nothing authentic and of their own. They have a good location and theme, they can do much better. Will not visit again as can make the same meal at home.

Weird pizza doesn’t match the same pizza I bought before

Disgusting is all I can say. First time I tried it, food tasted okay. Ordered another time and food tasted awful and made me ill which I'm not surprised about after seeing their hygiene rating. Chips tasted more poisonous than anything, had a weird chemical taste. I would avoid at all costs.

First time visit it was fantastic

i ordered a buy one pizza and get 2nd one half off, and i had to ask where my 2nd pizza was, even though it was supposed to come with the order, food was ok but customer service ws js irritating, the workers ignoring me and constantly on their phone. took 50 minutes to order 2 pizzas. job well done!..

When they first opened a few years ago the food was well made and tasty and prices were good but over the last 2 years people making the pizzas are not made properly they alway miss some toppings and mixed grills not cooked properly. Also many times u go to pay by card they ask for cash only. You have to ask them wether the card machine is working or not they keep saying cash is better the standards have dropped to much that’s why we rather go Mr Singhs West Bromwich now.

Food was nice and did not taste like normal vegetarian food , had good texture

The fish and chips came with peri fries instead of chips. The other portion of chips were like fries, not chip shop style chips at all. Seriously disappointed by this as the menu offers chips, wedges or fries. Everything else on the order was ok but in terms of value for money definitely, not worth what it cost.

Has fo be one of my favourite vegetarian food places in West Bromwich! Their southern fried chicken wings are a classic and often a go to when in need. Their service is always on point and they will give good recommendations. Expect to spend between £5 and £10 which is quite fair. They also have a good range of burgers and wraps so be sure to try the southern fried chicken burger and chips. Also ensure you get their peri peri salt on the chips.. on par with Nandos!

Superbbb……. Food was very amazing and also the behaviour of their staff is very polite and suppotive. Please must try their pizzas and paneer tikka burger. Now I believe that vegetarian had a good option.

Food came 90 minutes late! I rang 3 times and the staff lied by telling me it was coming in 10 minutes… staff have no skills to speak politely on phone other starting conversation with “yes”… if driver was unsure of delivery address why not ring and ask for guidance. To the owners of the veggie master, this is an absolute joke! Staff need to be sent in training courses how to speak to customer. Food was returned back with driver as it was cold. If you can’t deal with situations when they go wrong then you clearly don’t know how to run a business at all… will not be ordered food again especially after being lied to on the phone 3 times.

The veggie burgers was out of this world. Excellent, warm and welcoming service 100%. We recommend highly and will return soon. #HouseOFMaroons🇯🇲💜

MUST TRY!!!! .............. Not a fan of veggie foods but let me tell you, something guys one of my friends take me to this shop after trying their food I can say it doesn't taste like veggies foods I love the food and I didn't feel like I was having veggies foods it just tastes so nice and I am not getting paid, etc it my honest opinion that they make one of the tasty 😋 veggies foods so I will recommend anyone who is thinking to try or wanted to go but you felt like it might not taste good because it veggies foods but I will recommend everyone go and have a try you will become a fan of their food like me even I am not a veggie Guy.

Southern fried chicken pieces are so tasty. But only gave three stars because of value for money and presentation of premises.

Food was delivered 1 hour late, despite calling restaurant I was informed they would deliver in 10 mins twice but I actually received food 1 hour after expected delivery time. Food was cold when I received it. Chips inedible.

The food is good as usual. They have expanded in many other locations. I tried Southern fried chicken and tandoori chicken Kebab. Really enjoyed the food.

Asked for vegan cheese (allergy), got normal. Severe reaction - asthma all night unable to sleep, nausea, vomiting and all bowel movements all day next day. Food is gross, whole family hated it, do not want to give this place custom any more.

Great food, excellent service. Arrived here today at 11 opening times are at 11.30. It was definitely worth the wait. Paneer wrap and veggie master special wrap were very nice and a strawberry milkshake to go with it.

What a disappointing meal. I ate here before but didn't realise I accidentally ordered from the same place! (Shame on me) the chilli chips are fries with some vinegar and chilli thrown on which makes them soggy. Pizza is hurrendous and no sticker on the packaging so you don't know the the driver has been licking your food. Save your money and find another vege takeaway

Pizza was ok but the dough was cheap and questionable. We also ordered the southern fried chicken pieces which were delicious! The calzone had too much vegan cheese in it and it wasn't melted so was hard to stomach at times. And we ordered sauce with our meals which they missed out :( ... It definitely served a purpose of making sure we ate something but wouldn't bother again x

It's been about a year since I've been here, I think the taste has improved and the prices have come down significantly! Around 2017/2018 I would have rated it 3 stars. Now this is our new regular takeaway. As a veggie, around here, there's a few eggless veggie takeaway options. At the time of writing this I ordered a collection deal for £12, a large chilli chicken pizza and large meat feast pizza (Vegetarian of course), all for £12. The dough is comparable to dominoes, not as good but good. The flavours you'll taste here are unique, the pizza's have hint of Asian flavour (and spice). Good value 🍕

Ordered my food to arrive at 8:45pm. It arrived after 10:00pm. I kept chasing for my order & was told lies by lady on phone that your order had left restaurant & should arrive in five minutes. It was stone cold & couldn’t be reheated. I have never had this experience from anywhere before . I would never order from here again & recommend to no body. Restaurant like these don’t go very far . If people spent money they want the worth of their money .

We've orded now for about a year and it's slowly been getting worse and worse. We always have a vegan cheese and garlic pizza, yet today when we received our pizza it was completely different to what we normally grt and notice everything about it was different which has now caused a concern that every time we've had the pizza it's not been vegan!!! As the one we had today was very similar to any other vegan pizza we've had yet all the other time it has tastes completely different. And yet again there was no garlic on It at all.

Would have been nice but took so long to come that it was cold and Soggy. Shame

we had a lovely meal from there. The place was spotless. would of been a 5 star, however the man who served us only spoke broken English. Just a suggestion as well could you please substitute the polystyrene boxes for cardboard or even paper for the environment. would definitely recommend it. will be going back. :]

Experience has been ABSOLUTELY amazing. Sukhi served us so well and made the food-garlic bread, bites and pizza fabulously.

Excellent service from Sukhi, what an amazing employee Veggie Master have. I went last Saturday with my friend and Sukhi was the ONLY person working there, absolutely fantastic I thought how one person on her own managed to take my order specifically the way I wanted, make the food and serve it to me so quickly and the food tasted delicious. I was amazed watching Sukhi work on such a busy day, taking orders and delivering the best food she can all in time and keeping every single customer who walked in very happy. I wish Sukhi good luck working for such a disrespectful and unfair company like Veggie Master who do not seem to care for the individuals who work for them and keep their business running and customers happy. Shame on you Veggie Master: 1 star for you. But Well Done Sukhi you are Great: 5 stars for you!👍🏼

Alright not as good as expected

They added hot sauce even when not asked, couldn’t eat the food, there was nothing about hot sauce in description!!!

1 star for food....absolutely rubbish however 5* for the girls always smiling and they do their very best in terms of service. The pizza base tastes like supermarket pre-packaged bases.

No business ethics, send a delivery driver without having appropriate change, don't know which box to deliver. Even does not know how much to pay.

Loved the Southern Fried style nuggets and drumstick . Would recommend highly, but their Pizza need a flavour boost. Keep it up and hopefully it will improve. Would love to try their kebabs. Maybe next time.

Found hair in the pizza the dough is very cheap that they use. I would not recommend this spend the few extra quid and go Mr Singhs
