Veggie Hut Sutton Coldfield in Birmingham

Quite expensive but the food is decent. That is when you can actually get any, the opening hours on Google clearly need changing . Called them on about 10 separate occasions in the past 6 months and they've answered the phone once... Taken a walk round there the past 2 times and they're closed when they're meant to be open.

This is an updated review, I was a regular as I have IBS and I am terminally Ill so this place managed to get my orders right and I enjoyed having one every Friday. Until, I was £1.80 short on my order. I thought that it was nothing compared to the years of takeaways I’ve had almost every week, I honestly expected her to say leave it, but no she insisted I paid it next time. I went to the car and paid it in change as I hate owing anyone anything and I even said I was shocked she wanted the little bit and she just awkwardly laughed. That was nearly a year ago now they’ve lost a lot more than a bit of change! Loyalty doesn’t cost a lot but felt like I was just any other customer!

The best pizza I have had, highly recommend the Tandoori Soya Pizza if you order from here try this one, you wont regret it 😋 We used to order from mr singhs, but we thought we would try veggie hut, which was closer to us and they offered free delivery which was a bonus! The pizza is excellent, I dont know how they make the base but its soft, tastes fresh and has a good crust and not burnt like other places. Its also got the right amount of sauce its not dry at all. We found it a lot better than mr singhs and the best thing of all is its cheaper! Especially with there deal they also give free fries as well. We havent looked back and we always order from here now whenever doing a pizza takeout so great job guys, keep up the good work on the pizzas the tandoori soya with the toppings combination is the best the family have had tastes fresh made and has good amount of toppings👍

I ordered from this company on line and i was very impressed by how much vegetarian and vegan options, that ther is available to choose from. There is something for everyone. So I highly recommend to to give this place a try as you wont be at all disappointed! My meal arrived exactly on time and I was happy with the ingredients that was used. The portion sizes are plentiful, you get a reasonable amount your money . I'd suggest the vegan kebab as it was full of flavour and textures. Also the strawberry milkshake was very nice and refreshing. I'm deffinatly using the veggie hut in the near future.

Ordered online many times, great food, large portions, wide selection of veggie and vegan food. My only criticism is why put fries inside the wraps/pittas? You chose your fillings, but fries are tucked inside too? Not needed, the fillings are delicious and plentiful stop putting fries in!!

Really good 👍 Popped in to try out the vegan meals and we were not disappointed 😁 It does cost a little more than regular high street sandwiches or snacks but everything is made to order and the kebabs are quite generous as well as delicious 😋 There are no seats in the shop and not too much space to wait (15 minutes for our meals) and the almond milk based milkshakes are really really good 👍 Really surprised at the quality of the food and drinks and very friendly service 😁 Recommended 👍

Great options and worth the drive.

Poor quality 2 hours late all food was cold uncooked. Then they wouldnt answer my calls. Delivery driver was upset and fedup and said owner didnt care. Very poorly run business and would not be ordering ever again Mr Singhs is a more sensible option when considering veggie food.

Such good food, came in and the service was amazing. The lady was so polite and guided me through there massive selection of vegetarian and vegan food. My son is GF and he loved the GF burger. So many healthy options aswell the noodles are so nice. Definitely recommend!!!

Nice wraps but a bit too on the spicy side

Our first time ordering from here, so much choice but we went for pizza, the nicest pizza we've had for a long time and there's so many to choose from!

Love the food but unfortunately will no longer order as the fees are very high on just eat app now I was a regular as well it’s like 5£ delivery fee in my area and 15£ minimum order but if your willing to pay you will get an amazing variety of food options

This is my go to place whenever i'm ordering food. It never disappoints, the food is fantastic and you truly feel stuffed afterwards.

I’m a regular customer from this place and usually order once a week. Placed an order 3 days ago and it came really late, I was told the car had broken down which is out of their control. The order eventually came, I ordered two burritos, one with jalapeños and salsa sauce and one without. They labeled them the wrong way round and so when I went to eat my one, it was too spicy. I called them up and told them they had mistakenly put jalapeños and salsa sauce on my food. The woman who answered the phone ensured me this wasn’t the case, so I went into my brother who had eaten half of his burrito already to check what was on his and that’s when we discovered that they had labelled the wrong one. The woman didn’t want to send me another one, and said that they was closing, however I called them at 9:36 and they don’t close until 10. I then said to her, ‘aren’t you going to send me a refund at least on one of the burritos, as I don’t have anything to eat now because of your mistake’ she then told me that she would call me tomorrow and that she had to go, I then had to spend more money to order from else where as I was left with nothing to eat. The next day came and she never bothered to call to resolve this. Considering I’m such a regular customer I’m disgusted with the service and the way they deal with their mistakes. Mistakes happen but it’s the lack of accountability and care they have for regular customers. All my family and friends also order from here as I recommended them. Hopefully we can sort this out, until then me and my family won’t be ordering from here again, you have my number.

Bad attitude by the sales woman. She made a very bad pizza it doesn't seemed to gluten free the pizza was half cooked had to wait 15 min because the oven wasn't on. Definetly not going here again better off getting a white rabbit from Sainsbury. You've lost business me one of worest pizza places I've been to veggie horrible.

Absolutely stunning food. It was me that called to say the food was so good. I'm a cancer patient who had to go to veggie food after having my stomach removed .... Honestly veggie hut reminds me every single time that I'm really not missing much by not eating meat. Thanks guys .... I had the soya mix grille incredible flavours.

I would definitely recommend Veggie Hut Sutton and specially Daljit. The staff were really friendly, professional and polite. The food was truly delicious, specially the vegan pizza, sciracha popcorn soya and soya satay sticks. We will definitely be going again. Thank you for the wonderful service and food.

First time trying this place and I had the vegan burrito with peri soya chunks, it was huge for a regular size and generous filling. Owner was friendly and service was quick, would come here again 😊

Used to be good service, but now over an hour and half, not answering 5 calls to check status, won't be ordering again that's for sure, 2 times on the trot this service, already paid so god only knows if we get refund.

I had the Vegan Veggie Delux Pizza and it was pretty good! Arrived in much less than time than the estimate.

Had the mixed grill and I've got to say it was absolutely brilliant. I feel totally stuffed now. the fiancee had the tandoori soya pizza and veg skewers and she was very impressed too. Definitely going to order from here again. The fries were cooked to perfection and also a good sized portion.

This place is so good. They've got an amazing hygiene rating and you can why if you get a collection: the place is spotless! The staff are friendly and clearly care about animals, the environment and sustainability. The food is so good. I have a popcorn soya wrap every time and the veggies are always cooked so nicely and the vegan meats are some of the best I've had. Would eat this wrap every day if I could.

As a vegetarian it's nice to see a take away that is solely vegetarian so there's an abundance of choice. The premises are spotlessly clean the staff are friendly and the food is delicious. This is our go to takeaway now every Saturday night, my partner who isn't veggy or vegan absolutely loves it too. The mixed grill is delicious and the burritos are amazing. Value for money portion size is generous! I cannot rate this place enough !

Great local vegetarian place with a desi twist. Had the tandoori paneer pizza and a portion of curly fries which was lovely! The green chillies on the pizza were a tad spicy for me but my other half loved the spice. Will definitely be a returning customer 😊

First time I've tried this place, I ordered the tandoori paneer pizza and fries. I had ordered a deep pan pizza but I got a thin crust and the fries were not fully cooked and therefore disappointing. The pizza was simply delicious though and I will definitely be back. I'm sure the fries will be cooked next time!

First time trying here, it didn't disappoint. Awesome vegan takeout pizza, I will definitely be ordering from there again and try other vegan goodies on their menu. My friend ordered gluten free base which was made fresh to order.

Great Burger! I had the ‘World Famous Beast Burger’ and definitely best plant based burger I have had, great texture like meat. The Fries also that I got were great and filling! Great customer service as well! I’ll definitely be back
