I’ve been coming here for 6 years not once have I gotten bored of there food or service I’m in love with there food and hope other people can enjoy the same feeling I’m going through

The food here is delicious! We have tried a wide range of things off the menu and they’ve all been exceptional. The chicken is cooked to perfection and the chips are some of the best we’ve had. We will definitely be coming back.

I ordered a £60 order on Uber eats. For my brothers birthday. The order was incorrect so we got in touch with vegas. The staff were entirely unhelpful and also could not do simple maths. Absolutely disgusting customer service. We have spend hundreds here in the past.

I'm very disappointed. We ordered last week and it was first time, it was spot on, it was frish and quality and I don't care about the money when it comes to quality. BUT TODAY,,,, it was completely different, very dry and not tasty at all, look like from last night and just reheated and delivered, specially the peri peri wings and chicken burger. Never again.

Tried there Spicy and Peri fried burger when they first opened and it was BANGIN however prices have gone up in a stupid way, the double chicken burger to make it a meal was £1.30 extra 6 months ago (Feb 2023) now in aug 2023 there charging £3 how on earth is chips and drink £3 now in 2024 they have increased prices again but cheekily they have reduced prices to make it a meal so it does look stupid but then added the increase to the burger amd wings prices!! 85p gor 1 peri wing is mad !! Worst part is the increase doesnt validate the quality and flavours of the food , the chips are really bad ,they have a burnt taste to them like tge oil is not being replaced and spice level have gone mild ,speed of service is still slow Anyway i have uploaded the latest Menu AGAIN December 2024

They serve one of the best spicy chicken burgers in Manchester that are well priced and have decent size. Taste is fairly consistent as well. I believe they are underrated and deserve more.

Usually one of the best chicken places I've been to. The peri-peri dipped burger is grilled to perfection, with an amazing salad and the peri wings are normally amazing. This time we went the wings were charred and taste burnt. Called to let them know and they said thank you very much and hanged up. REPLY: Yes I ordered on the 15th of September at 4:30 PM, called and collected.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. The food arrived with an unpleasant odor, and the chicken was not in good condition. Additionally, the service from the Just Eat team was poor. The overall experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I won’t be ordering from here again.

This has got to be the worst fast food places I've visited, I ordered and told the staff what I wanted not just once but 3 times and once done he charged me the bill which I happily paid, 10mins later he gives the food but it turns out he got my order wrong but I said no problem and told him my order again....he apologised and I waited another 15mins and finally got my order, myself and my family ate but upon leaving another guy stops me and says I have to pay the bill, I asked what do you mean ive already paid, the staff said the other guy charged you the wrong amount which was £6.40 and now he's asking me to pay £14 o told him unfortunately that's your staff error not mine, I paid the bill what he gave me now if you got it wrong that's down to you, he was trying to explain he was sorry for the error but I still had to pay the £14 it started to get heated and went back and forth, after 10mins another staff member came and said let it got but he was having none of it and the the worst part he said to me OK fine you go and eat your haram money, he must have some nerve speaking to me like that, eventually the manager came and told me, my family and my 2 young kids to get out, literally 0 stars

Ordered the no 11 spicy burger meals, the burgers were not spicy, just plain and they tasted of days old oil. The chips were rock solid.

Very rude and racist staff. Edit: Thank you for the response. It was not a delivery company but rather one of the employees. He shouted at me infront of the other costumers. I'm a frequent visitor to the restaurant and I have noticed multiple times the rude behaviour of him toward a certain race. I had this bad experience before but I let that go as it was one time occasion, however it was repeated more than once hence the review. I like the taste of the food provided and I would like to retain back to eat in that place however I'm not comfortable with that employee serving me.

Thought would check this place out. Looked decent they accept card payments. Went for the peri peri meal. Would be better to include the cheese as in the picture and bump the price rather than extra 50p for a slice cheese. The burger peri sauce was good . The fries were the worse I ever had tasted so bad that I nearly threw em away but I hate wasting food so forcefully finished them. Yesterday I went to this takeaway, and I ordered 3 piece chicken,12 spices wings and they didn't give me my food and was very rude. Customer service here is really bad. The worker was a tall guy, kurd. Then after they refused to serve me, I had to get my order from the Turkish shop Venus near by. I hope the manager talks to the worker, and he learns how to have manners.

I usually visit once the halal reviewers have posted about a eatery so this is mine also I am going to compare to the other manchester drip burger joints. Imo the burgers,wings, chicken pieces(huge) and chips at Vegas were the best I've had.The closest rival would be shake bee but the chicken batter at Vegas was more tastier, more flavour and really fresh. The spice in the huge fillet burger was perfect Customer service was 10/10 and girl on the counter was very helpful. The only dampner was they charge 50p for a slice of cheese on the burger where most places its inclusive. I don't eat gravy so can't leave a review. Chips were standard European fries and they provided a few tubs of sauces aswell. We reheated the left over chicken pieces in the Airfyer the next day and it was like fresh. Overall better than shake bee, miamis, and phillys. A real finger lickin experience.

Their chicken was amazing 😍. I can eat it all day. The burger was nice but not as nice as the chicken. The service was fair. The chicken and the burger came out quickly. No long waiting queue.
