Terrible food terrible customer service. I called to place a food order and my order was being taken by a child, an when I asked to speak to someone older they said no, managed to put my food order in at a total cost of £45 which I was charged twice so in total paid £90.. Which was absolutely disgusting when the food arrive, we had 1 small tiny piece of chicken with no gravy and a portion of rice that could feed 5 people, no veg which is meant to be included. We ordered extra sides Drinks, coleslaw, plantain non of it arrived.

Found out about this place on the last trip advisor customers review. I love trying new places and love Jamaican food. I messaged the takeaway on facebook to find out today’s menu then I popped in later and made my order (you can order on the phone) food took a while but I think it’s because a lot of the food was cooked fresh. There was an option to eat in but I took my food home. Jerk chicken was tasty and full of flavour , the dumplings were cooked to perfection and coleslaw was out of this world. Would defiantly go again I’d love to try goat curry or chicken stew next.

Visited today with a friend who is a wheelchair user. No disabled spaces so had to push up the steep car park before navigating the pot holes at bottom of ramp. No-one who saw us struggling to open the double doors offered to help. We were then sat down by an older man with no pleasantries, just muttered "90 minutes with the table". He then returned a moment later to advise that he'd sat us at the wrong table and we'd need to move with no offer of help or apology. After ordering my food in the app, my friend ordered his and the app advised that the order couldn't be placed and no money would be taken. I went to the bar to pay for his. Moments after getting back to the table with our drinks, two more drinks arrived apparently from the 'failed' app order. In fairness, the lady who dealt with this was very helpful and advised the app order would be refunded in a few days. Food was decent with good portions. Both had burgers which were slightly overdone for our liking but tasty. Upon leaving, we said thank you to the older gentleman on the way out before struggling with the double doors again because no-one offered any help, again. Edit: Manager has since contacted me and dealt with this feedback well. Thank you.
