Disappointing Experience at This Fast Food Shop I recently visited this fast food shop and was extremely disappointed by the overall experience. The staff were unprofessional and inattentive, showing little regard for proper customer service. More concerning was the lack of hygiene the food preparation area appeared unsanitary, and the quality of the food was subpar. It was evident that little effort was made to maintain basic cleanliness standards, which made the meal experience feel both unsafe and unpleasant. I left feeling very dissatisfied and would advise potential customers to consider other options that prioritize hygiene and quality.

I visited this fast food shop recently and left feeling completely betrayed. The unprofessional staff and filthy conditions, with rats scurrying around, made me feel unsafe and disrespected. The poor quality food was the last straw. I was heartbroken by the neglect and can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Food was good customer service is not too good

The worst customer service ever and i’ve been coming here for a while, food is decent but the staff is absolutely rude & careless.. i cant imagine how many customers they must have lost due to this

I order cheese burger meal and etc through Uber eats, there was hair in the cheese burger. I called the restaurant and they were very rude and didn’t wanted to replace the order. I would highly recommend not buy any food from there. My wife got food poisoning due to that.

Food was alright but the hygiene and customer service is terrible bro this guy had a runny nose and he was keep touching his nose and then started putting cheese in the bugette bare hands using no gloves, and then I saw a Uber eats delivery guy come in and he didn’t even speak and this guy started raising his voice at him the Uber guy only wanted to know where a certain shop was. i don’t know who bro thinks he is but he needs to fix that attitude. I do not recommend this place at all. This place is nothing like the Stratford road variety bites

Been going here intermittently for as long as it’s been open with different owners. Time to leave a review. The place isn’t very attractive but personally I’ve never had any issues with the customer service. Some other reviews here are horrendous but my experiences have been mixed. Place is hit and miss. They charge £6 for a doner baguette and yet stuff it with lettuce and very little meat. Their peri peri chicken was very old. Doner meat and fries were lovely. Pasta is expensive but portion size is small. Below you see the jacket potato which is possibly the best menu item. Toppings I ordered were: mince meat, Cajun chicken, cheese and salad. Total came to £7.50 which is kinda insane. It was nice but the chicken is not well flavoured and is dry. Portion size was massive and surprised me. However I give them credit for using chicken breast and not disgusting thigh like Munchies by Saltley Gate.

We asked to make the chicken California pizza creamy but when we opend the box the pizza was done well done and was not creamy

I took chicken pasta from here it cost £6 but the portion size was tiny, I told them to add some green chilly as topping and they charged me extra £1 for that. It's a total rip off, I rather go to the original Bobby's variety bites in Pelham, there portion size is good.

Pizza cooked to perfection, will order again!!! My new spot.

All im going to say is go and collect, the food quality is different when you go on person. Delivery driver was polite and on point was early also. The quality of food was cheap and to be fair I don't think they would eat the food they charge us for.

The dips were placed in the pizza boxes and had spilt all over the pizzas.

These clowns are a joke been coming here for years all the way from work came to today 15 minutes left to closing 1 foot in the door start yelling closed closed talk about loyalty to your regular customers won’t be going back seriously have hard is it to make a tuna baguette

The pizza was fresh and good as always chips were good, however disappointed with mixed grill which was supose to be cajun chicken & kobedi kebab, it was dry tasteless chicken an the kobedi kebab was half if a seekh kebab dry old an awful 😖 usually give variety of sauces today gave chillie sauce that's all no utensils aswel so overall was part satisfying. I have been buying food from here many years today was bad experience usually I only get pizza an chips I would stick to that in future

We ordered chicken baguette, it was decent... bread was perfectly warned up stacked with salad, the only issue is very small portion of chicken was added to the baguette. Fries were nice and crispy with tasty spices on it.

My family has been coming to Bobby's for 15 years now and the restaurant has never disappointed. Not only is the food delicious, comforting, and excellent value for money, the owner ( Bobby) takes pride and passion in his work which shows in the welcoming homey environment in addition to his impeccable food. The place also delivers which is perfect for my parents who work nearby but want a guaranteed good hot lunch without having to leave. Overall Bobby's won't let you down when you need a hearty meal and your spirits lifted :)

A salad doesn't exist of just jalapeños and olives no sauce on kebab I'm left hungry still only good thing about this order was the delivery guy if back in Birmingham again will not order from here

There is no difference between the mild and hot peri flavouring both were extremely hot 🥵 completely inedible for me. Pizza was a’ight.

Great pizza pefrect delivery bless the manners of the delivery driver would tip him but now days its all card payment don't carry change. Only down side was fries was not cooked to perfection it was under cooked maybe they were rushing due to timing of order.

Uncooked jacket potatoe..very poor never going there again

Mexican baguettes were not spicy tasted more like normal chicken rather than there usual ‘Mexican’ ones , chicken pieces were huge and unpresentable. Also I was expecting chips like normal but got fries which were soggy. However, The garlic bread we ordered alongside this order was of good taste. Overall quite disappointed with the service this time.
