Vani's Biryani in Sutton

Encontré a un amigo para el almuerzo en Sutton y probamos Tiempo lounge y All Bar One primero, pero ambos estaban pesados sin mesas disponibles. Supongo que había una razón por la que podríamos conseguir una mesa en Shinner y Sudtone. El pub se sentía frío, así que mantuvimos nuestros abrigos puestos y pedimos el filete plano de hierro. Cuando llegó se veía y sabía bien, pero era muy masticable - hasta un punto en el que tuve que quitar algo de él y dejarlo en el plato, ya que simplemente no podía romperlo. El servidor preguntó cómo nuestra comida, así que mencioné que el bistec era un poco masticable - su respuesta era que es el corte de carne, se obtiene lo que se paga. He tomado muchos filetes planos de hierro, pero nunca uno que no pudiera masticar. Qué vergüenza como solía gustarme aquí.

I recently visited Poppins Cafe in Sutton and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious—fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. The highlight for me was the milkshakes, which were creamy, indulgent, and full of flavor. It’s clear that they put a lot of care into their offerings. If you’re in Sutton, this cafe is a must-visit! Highly recommended for both the great service and the amazing food! Five stars all the way!

Our 3rd visit and yet again we thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. One of our party is Gluten intolerant, and everything we ordered was suitable for her, and we weren’t compromised on our choices. We were blown away by the flavours and value for money. I highly recommend this restaurant it’s a delight!

Booked a table to meet up with friends for a pre-christmas lunch. We were made to feel welcome and the service was quick considering there were a couple of large groups in for their Christmas lunch. Kerri and Drew kept us hydrated - fab team 😁🎄

The guy at the cafe does not know how to cook a sausage. Mine came out very undercooked and when I said I’d like it cooked more he put it in the microwave! Also when I asked for some brown sauce he started lecturing me saying too much of it is not good for me! That’s probably why he just put a pea size amount on my plate. I don’t like being lectured to I can make my mind up if I like more brown sauce thank you! Obviously he’s lost my custom. Bloody cheek. Very uncomfortable experience.
