The food was incredible. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Adam and his team for catering for my son's 1st Birthday Party. Everything was delivered on time and hot and everyone loved the food.

Superb food. Flavour and quality of food is 10/10! We have been back to Up Town Flava 3 times this week, and it hasn’t disappointed on anything. So nice to eat tasty and good quality food. Staff are so friendly and passionate about their business. I have recommended to friends, who have also agreed. Well done guys! So happy you’ve come to Epsom. Highly recommend this establishment.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service and food quality during my recent visit to your Epsom location. This was my first time trying Uptown Flava, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. Upon requesting a particular item, I was informed that it was sold out, and no alternatives were suggested. Additionally, the patty I received was very cold, and when I asked if it could be warmed up, I was told that it was not possible. I also inquired about the Wings Wednesday offer mentioned on your TikTok, but I was given a blunt "no" without any further explanation or information on when the offer would be available again. There was no greeting or welcome, and the interaction felt purely transactional, lacking any personality or warmth. The jerk chicken was excessively salty, and the curry goat was extremely chewy, overly spicy, and not tender at all. Due to the poor customer service and disappointing food experience, I do not plan to return to your restaurant. I had been looking forward to dining at Uptown Flava in Epsom, but I was completely let down. I typically do not leave reviews like this, but I felt compelled to share my experience as it was not satisfactory.

Uptown Flava is amazing food! Hands down the best Carribean food I’ve had. Really delicious, great portion sizes and super tasty. Hats off to the chef Adam !!

Uptown Flava did an outstanding job catering for the funeral of my grandmother. The food was tasty, hot, presented well and overall was a lovely experience from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent and it was smooth sailing from the outset. I would highly recommend their services.

The buffet meal was amazing. The staff exhibited warmth and a willingness to cater to our needs. They maintained effective communication throughout the event, which contributed to the success of our wake reception. We will certainly book again.

We recently used Uptown Flava to cater for our Summer Holiday club. The food was excellent, everyone enjoyed it children and staff alike, Adam was really helpful in arranging menus and making any changes we asked for. The food was delivered piping hot every day. Adam really did go out of his way to do what he could, answering my millions of questions and putting my mind and ease.
