It's taken us a while to find a pizza shop that we like in Bishop. We have been twice now and been impressed both times

If i could give a zero i would, i will not order here again the chips was that hard even a dog couldnt have eaten them the burger was awfull had one bite tasted of pure burnt and to top if off the carton it came in had a hole in it was draver burn or something had chewd on it, how can they even send food out like that pure sick

Used to order a few years ago and it was all good but I'm always having bad experiences with them lately, first of all the food doesn't live up to its price very poor for me. Last time I ordered it took 2 hours to come and I had 2 missing items from my order what luckily got resolved but was about an hour later as it took that long to get through to them, so we ended up waiting 3 hours for ALL our food to arrive. Then I ordered tonight because we wanted to try somewhere else so we ordered from valentinos again and the pizza was wrong, I speciflically said no tomato base as allergic, and it came with it on, by the way I asked them to read the order back to me and make sure my order was correct before sending it out because of the past experience , it just wasn't nice either spent £25 and majority went in the bin, very disappointed and wont be ordering from here again.

We had an small issue and they resolved it no problem. Nice food. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend. 5 stars from me.

Best takeaway in bishop. Having moved over to bishop auckland three months ago and only tried a small number of take aways, due to the quality from them we didn't bother, till this weekend thinking this may be the one nice one. This is the best takeaway I recommend. It's not greasy, dosnt repeat on ur stomach, and is super tasty, well worth every penny 😋.

Lovely donner kebab, big portion of meat with fresh pita breads and salad too. Would definitely order again.

Me and my brother have just had the Donner kebab each which comes with 2 pittas, ​salad, garlic mayo and chillie sauce. Ordered chips as a side aswel as we wasn't sure how much donner meat we would get , which might i add is not overly greasy either .I can not find fault with any of it. It has actually defeated my brother who can eat like a horse and beat me too, making another 2 meals for tomorrow. It all came to £13 which is amazing. I will defo be using this take away again. Gorgeous grub. Thankyou 😋🌮🍟

This was the most disgusting food I have ever seen in my life. The chicken had a grey snot like substance on it and was cold. The burger looked like it had been sitting around for a couple of days and was also cold. The chicken kebab didn't even look like chicken. We also ordered coleslaw which had exploded in the bag. We contacted them which took 30 minutes to get an answer and were told the manager would ring back which we are still waiting for. The whole thing went straight in the bin. A total waste of money.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, took a hour to deliver and it was a ham, chicken and pepperoni pizza, it was cold and burnt on one side, advise to not order from there unless you are drunk

So we were staying out of town and fancied something different to pub grub. We went to valentino's, I was sceptical when first entering the shop as the floor was filthy, an other bits out of place. So we ordered our food, while we waited one of the men came out the back carrying two of the tins, which they keep the pizza toppings in. CARRYING A WHOLE TOMATO IN HIS MOUTH! When he saw me looking at him he dropped it into one of the tins, he then came to the front and started messing with the food. Including the tomato sauce. They then started talking in their own language and laughing, the pizza was absolutely disgusting! Environmental health need to pop in I think. Vile place!

Just had exceptional service from Valentinos, very slight mix up with order but overwhelmed with speed of response to rectify the situation, with no hint of any problem, quality service will continue to order happily...

I ordered a CHESSE buger and they didn't put CHESSE on my chesse buger

What did I like about it? Good question, how about nothing. The kebab was shite, the weirdest set up I've known. You get a pizza box with two pitta breads, which is probably the only thing ok, a box of salad, 2 pot sauces and the meat which was god awful. Leave it yeah
