Nice locals pub. Prices very reasonable. Toilets were a bit wiffy and no loo roll in one toilet. Think the men's loo was worse than the ladies.

Decent little old school pub for the football, full of locals and odd tourist, dog friendly also and everyone was friendly, mind the step down into gents aswell it caught me out even with the notice on the door.

Nice old fashioned bar with the regulars in. So great to see these places keeping open. Usual tap beers and a couple of real ales available. Wooden floors throughout in a narrow room. TV on the wall, also pool table and dartboard. Great traditional pub. Staff were friendly and polite. Beer was at a great price and exceptionally good. What a little gem. Will be visiting this place again when next in the area. Enjoyed my visit.

The patrons were welcoming and didn't leave me out of the conversation. The owner was great as was his wife. Next time I get to Abaristwith I'll certainly be going back

Probably the best pub in Aberystwyth! Was in there earlier and met Alan Carr, Brad Pitt and a guy that had been mauled by a pack of tigers! The tunes were banging and the beer was very reasonably priced.The only minus points are for the dead body in the men's toilet and the moist seating 👌🏻

Great pub to watch the football especially if 2 games are on as they will show both. Great atmosphere

Back in the day this pub with Keith running it was absolutely Brilliant great place and real workingmans pub Now it changed a lot ! Went for a drink in Aber few months ago & Was asked to speak clearly when ordering a round here after bar man made the mistake unbelievably 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

Always had a great night here. Fab pints, awesome pork scratchings, and unbeatable customer service. Definitely one of, if not THE, best in town. Highly recommend 👍

One of the loveliest pubs I've ever been to. From my experience, the best one in Aberystwyth. Nice and friendly guests from all across Europe, I met some Irish and Norwegian people there back then and it was a pleasant experience to have a chat with them. The building is beautiful and lovely, I'm very fond of these old British houses. I'd really love to go there again once in my lifetime, even if it's unlikely because I live in Germany and cannot afford to travel to the UK regularly and Brexit made things a lot worse, even for tourists.

Shocking welcome had 3 hand pumps no real ale on any asked barmaid she said no and pointed across bar ? Stools still on the seats had take them off to sit down won’t bring going back

An unparalleled cultural experience, all passing travellers to this seaside town should avail themselves with the extensive range of fine wines and craft ales availiable. You will often hear traditional Welsh language poetry or song here. Myfanwanwy Twllmawr plays the harp on Wednesday, well worth a visit.

Good crowd. Good level of drunkenness. Free wheel of fortune spin with every drink. Next time I WILL win those pork scratchings.
