Amazing service by Eusebio, had little time for departure still made it in time. Highly recommend great food even better service!

Went here this morning before my flight to India. Had the Mueslix with yogurt, and got food poisoning. Do you have any idea how awful a 9 hour plane ride can be with vomiting and diarrhea the whole flight? Cook is a very bad man, very bad man.

The best English breakfast in Heathrow. I go there every time I have a connection in London.

The food is really not good! We paid a lot, I think, for tasteless dishes, overcooked pasta and all without the carafe of water we asked for. We forced ourselves because we were flying late but I shouldn't have.

A truly beautiful and comfortable restaurant considering it is inside an airport, the service is truly impressive due to the speed with which the dishes are served to the various diners. The cuisine, in addition to being quick, offers quality raw materials. Advised

Very tasty! I didn’t expect to find a real restaurant in an airport terminal. Normally you’ll find some overpriced restaurants more for a snack, but this one offered a full high quality meal. Definitely worth the price and considering it

As far as airport lounges go the Vagabond full English breakfast is spot on. Ordering via the app is easy and the service is fast. I waited no more than 10 minutes from sitting down to being served. The breakfast itself was the right size and well made. +5 for a Bloody Mary breakfast cocktail. Spot on.

The food was good but the prices were a bit high for what you get. Took a long time to get a server even though it is empty in here. But was starving so it hit the spot overall 😁

I cannot recommend Vaga Bond enough, great food and wonderful atmosphere. But what makes the experience exceptional is the staff, my server Eusebio I can’t praise enough! His professionalism shines through he made my evening enjoyable and Eusebio’s customer service is fantastic!

I had a full English which was tasty but leave plenty of time as you’re expected to eat that with blunt micro cutlery made for a baby. The staff are friendly but this is a soulless vessel that the food fairy opted out of helping. Bring your own cutlery.

After receiving a voucher due to our delayed flight, we were said we could use is everywhere. After having dinner in this restaurant (bad food and expensive) the manager told us they didn’t trust the voucher we had and they didn’t accept it. Total joke

I was done dirty but fellow Google reviewers on this one. Super overpriced, bad food, surly service. They have a “special” where a Bloody Mary or mimosa is 5 pounds with “any breakfast” but it turns out it’s only with one of 4 select breakfasts. I shouldn’t have bothered- the Bloody Mary was terrible. Ordered water- it never came. Ordered a side of hash browns (note: they are IDENTICAL to McDonalds) and when they didn’t come we asked for them and the waitress argued that they were in the sandwich. Had to physically peel open the sandwich to show her before she would put in the order. I haven’t tried other places in Heathrow recently to say how they compare but you’d be better off with Starbucks.

Passed the time here after I missed and had to rebook my connecting flight. Had a beer, and great service and conversation from Eusebio! Thank you!

While it looks lovely from the outside, the service is absolutely bereft. The hostess was extremely abrupt and vacant, you order your own food with the expectation of a tip prior to receiving any service, and the food is below average. Very poor value. There's many other options here, so I would head elsewhere in the future.

I would like to bring it to your attention that a member of your staff is committing fraud. On 26 November our debit card was skimmed in your establishment and the remainder of the funds on the card used. We ordered beer, wine and a sandwich. The total bill came to £55. This transaction was processed at 17:37. Using the time, order details and amount you should be able to trace the waitron who did this and prevent it from happening to other customers.

So, on Monday 23rd October 2023, I went into this restaurant before my flight from Heathrow Terminal 5. From the menu, I ordered the Vagabond Cheese Burger and fries, which looked quite nice in the photo. What arrived was lets say somewhat different. I can imagine that a restaurant in an airport will try to provide meals fairly quickly, as they are aware that people do not have a lot of time before a flight, however what I received was the lowest of the low. The burger was so overcooked, that it was completely dried out and the only other thing on the plate, was a dozen or so fries. The dish looked awful and tasted the same. Combined with a 3/4 full glass of cola, the whole experience was terrible - apart from friendly staff. To be honest, for £20, you would have got a far more impressive BigMac meal from McDonalds. Shocking quality for that price point!

Vegan nicoise was good. Ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and it came with no cheese. Ordered an Old Fashioned and no cherry. Had to get the attention of the server to bring the water we ordered. Had an espresso Martini it was fantastic!

Wow! Airport food that tastes great? What a concept. I loved it. Was passing thru London and felt like some fish and chips, as one should. Not disappointed at all. With a tiny side of delicious green peas, my fave. Wanted more! My wife had the roasted chicken and she loved every bite of it. Highly recommended.

Feel compelled to leave a review because this place was packed full and it’s absolutely the worst food I’ve had in a while and the wine was also not good. Airport food is always a bit hit & miss, but avoid this place and go get a pret instead!

Eusebio took care of us and it was an excellent service he gave us. He was so sweet an kind. And the food was great. Make sure you try the Brownie with the vanilla ice. It was soooo good!

The place is so loud, the food is inedible and the service is negligible but you are still asked for a tip when you order online.

The food was just ok and very overpriced, but that's what you expect at an airport. The main issue was squeezing in four tables right beside each other so there was no privacy or room for suitcases at ALL. There were lots of empty tables too so idk why they did this

Beautiful restaurant a mix of modern and industrial with a great selection of food and drink. You don’t even know you’re in an airport it’s very elegant and the staff were extremely friendly, especially Nicholas!

Flight delayed… stuck in traffic for an hour and arrived here starving !! Eusebio & Harsh two of the nicest most professional waiters I’ve met and made the stress of the last few hours completely disappear. Highly recommend this place in the hustle and bustle of airport experiences this was actually a tonic. Thanks guys

He was friendly & welcoming with some menu recommendations, he checked in on our order to ensure we were happy & was very quick with our bill. Lovely varied menu, I went for the Salmon which was very tasty & a pretty generous portion. Lovely wine, lovely atmosphere & great service - what more can you ask for!

Love love love this place! Airport restaurants can be so hit and miss but this is a hit! Great selection of wine at decent prices. Had the salmon and it was delicious. The cheese platters looked lovely too. Very chilled atmosphere, almost forgot that we were at the airport instead of back in central London having nice after work drinks! Our waiter Nicholas was so helpful and struck the right balance between attentive and giving you space to relax before the flight! He was so sweet wishing us Happy Holidays when it came time to leave! Definitely my go-to place for Heathrow!!

Quite nice place to eat and spend some time. Food was good quality (ordered a burger), fries were really nice and crispy. Quick service, nice calm atmosphere.

We were drawn to this restaurant prior to our flight because of the “pour your own” craft beer. Upon arrival, we were informed, they had no beer available other than in bottles. The pastrami sandwich had very minimal pastrami, especially for the price. The staff all seemed highly overwhelmed and angry at one another. After we finished eating, it seemed our server abandoned us and we had to flag two other people down in order to pay. We never saw our server again.

Nicholas was our server, excellent job!! Very attentive and friendly, cheerful and anticipated our needs. So refreshing to get a server that took pride in their work. We got burger and 1/2 chicken dinners. Another couple with us got fish and chips and the Mac and cheese. All food very good and nice cold beverages. Thank you to the entire team!!!!

Nice place to kill time in the terminal but the food is not recommended, I think the place and the price of what you can pay is better spent on their selection of alcohol and wine. We ordered mac and cheese and Fish and chips. The mac and cheese was horrible, the chorizo ​​was cold and the sensation when eating seemed like chewing gum, the normal one, nothing extraordinary, a 6/10 because the potatoes and tartar sauce were good. Lots of staff but I feel that they have little attention and rude.
