Reva was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Shared her Knowledge and expertise. Really chatty. Food was gorgeous! The cheese and honey goes spectacularly with the wine!!

Never been before, but was welcomed in immediately and everything was explained. Courtney was amazing, super friendly, couldn’t do enough for us. Such a super experience! Defo come again, real unique experience especially the customer service from the staff.

I really can’t fault Vagabond. The staff are really nice. Carrie, Alex and Leah cannot do enough to make your experience with them memorable. Thank you ladies for the excellent service. Lots of advice on wine and all very knowledgeable. Menu selection is great and compliments the variety of wines they have. The fact that they change the wines frequently and bring in new selections keeps you ok your toes. Once you go you will go back. I’ve seen clients here for drinks and had girls nights out too. I would recommend to visit to anyone who enjoys wine.

Alex and Aniket looked after us a treat! A few lovely touches for my wife’s birthday too (won’t spoil if anyone is thinking about booking…). Highly recommended!

Aniket, was absolutely incredible and helping me and my partner pick and taste wines. He knew what he was talking about and was perfect on every wine he got to us to try that reflected the sort of notes and tastes we like. Food was absolutely phenomenal. The sauce that the meatballs come in, absolutely incredible. Croquetas were absolutely delicious, and the padron peppers were perfect. Vagabond is a lovely experience for wine and foodies alike. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Fondue was amazing and the wall of wines was outstanding and is absolutely worth coming here for. The small plates were a little disappointing, particularly the patavas bravas and the beef shin tortellini. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful especially our server Courtney!

When we got there we asked for someone to help us as we are not big wine drinkers. Courtney showed us around and even let us sample the wines , she was very knowledgeable and was extremely hospitable. She made us feel welcome and at ease even though had no knowledge of wines !

It was my first time visiting Vagobond and I will 100% be back. We arrived to the lovely Courtney who couldn’t have been a better introductory host, she was inviting and showed us around so many special wines that Vagabond had to offer, this really made for a fantastic experience! The food was great, no complaints from us, fabulous!

The venue is so nice. Gives a warm and cozy environment for wine lovers (and beer lovers as well) Aniket showcased his wine catalogue knowledge in a very friendly way and gave us samples to try. Definitely will come back soon.

Our second time here and we will be coming back for a third visit! We were served by Meg tonight who was very attentive and made sure we were well looked after. Vagabond had a lovely ambience, with super friendly and helpful staff and fabulous food (shout out to the hanger steak and chimichurri). Importantly, the chance to try samples of wine before committing to a whole glass is a great idea and the choice of wines offers good variety for the palette. It’s probably not the cheapest night out ever (some wines are quite pricey for a sample / glass) but there’s enough variety that you can hopefully try other things at different price points. The only note is that we have been wanting to try the duck on our last 2 visits but it’s been sold out - a little frustrating but everything else on the menu made up for it and I guess it can be forgiven when they’re not a mega chain. My only point was that there was a sauce substitution on one of the dishes due to availability and we weren’t told beforehand - we had to query what the sauce was when it came out because it wasn’t what we expected (due to allergies this is important!) It was cleared up but this should be dealt with beforehand. Definitely a new favourite place of ours and we’ll be coming back for more wine and hopefully some duck!

The place is very nice, excellent vibe, good Music, Nice selection of wine… but stinks food. hair and clothes were smelling so bad as i left the place. They should do something to solve this problem.

This is our favourite place in Birmingham at the moment. Great wines, great atmosphere, musics good and staff are great. Everyone's pretty friendly inside, as well. We went on a date night a few weeks back after not having been for several months. It was awesome. So many great wines. Aniket in particular was brilliant, gave us lots of advice on wines (and cigars - lol). Tbh he somehow figured out what we liked before we did, was really great to have some advice. We tried and enjoyed things we'd ordinarily have just discounted. He was super friendly and super helpful, just an all round top bloke. Will deffo be back soon, hopefully bump in to him again.

My god, what a lovely evening I had. It was eventful. First I lost my debit card and the manager(Carrie) came to me and gave it to me. Customer service was great. Then I was sat near Sir Himanshu Datey. what a personality. He made sure we had the best food presented to us, be it the arancini or the duck or the truffle fries. Thank you guys for this experience and thanks to Himanshu for being such a good host.

Can not comment on the food and it’s a Tuesday and is on the quieter side, but service was certainly on point from the moment we walked in! Alex greeted us at the front door and showed us around and eventually took us to a fantastic selection of wines. Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the wines that were on offer. We had a lovely evening.

Love this place have always had great experiences. Visited this week and were encouraged to leave a review by Aniket, we had amazing customer service. We know what we like usually but it was great to be encouraged to try different wines and we ended up purchasing quite a few we wouldn’t have without the interaction!
