USA Fried Chicken pizza maldon in Maldon

Look, the food tasted ok but I felt it the next day along with other family members with bad tummies. The portions are big so can't complain as much hence why 3 star and not lower. What did annoy me was I asked for garlic sauce, was given bbq in a doner kebab. When I told the gentleman this was wrong he replaced it bless him but the lady who took the order was so arrogant that I actually asked for bbq. I think i know what I asked for and wouldn't be arguing for the sake of it. She was extremely rude about it so I walked away. Also I asked for dippers not nuggets so clearly you were hearing wrong.

the shop is super run down and not a good environment and the food was super old and was super cold and the food gave me a stomach bug

Food was awful, less than expected, manager was absolutely rude, I would NOT recommend, stay a mile away!!!!!! Had 4 people eating and all of them had a different option and they all said it was awful

bought the cheesy chips large for £5.50 and its juce and hot didnt look the most appealing but tastes amazing would recommend coming here for a quick snack even though the portion size is massive, the people here are really nice and greeted us in and out and overall a really nice environment 5/5 stars

I ordered my food last night for delivery when I received it,it was cold my pizza was disgusting and my chips was soggy after waiting 1 hour to be delivered,I order ever week from them and not a problem but this time it was disgusting when I phoned them up the day after as I work day shifts the attitude of the guy was horrendous was speaking to me so horrible, I will never order of this place again 👍not one bit helpful he was so rude

You should be ashamed of yourselves. The food delivered was cold. When contacted you could not care that I was unhappy. In the current climate a treat was ruined. I will never recommend, use or expect nothing but negativity about this so called takeaway.

I order regularly for our once a month treat - this evening I requested cooked fresh and crisp chicken.... They did not disappoint, it was delicious! I had the chicken fillet with spuds. If you haven't had the spuds yet, please do!!! I usually take so long on my burger I pop mine in the air fryer for 5 minutes to reheat - crisps thenm more yum yum. And the drivers always very sweet! Highly recommended

Easily the best takeaway in Maldon and they're a friendly bunch too. Kebabs are good, chicken is good and their pizza's are good too. Best chilli sauce on the high street by far. It's become my weekly go to.

Food was absolutely awful , was not fit for human consumption. Ordered a pizza meal for me and my family . The chicken strips were rock hard and dry . The chips were re cooked and hard . The pizza itself was greasy and very oily . Made a complaint by telephone but the owner had very rude attitude towards myself . Wouldn’t even award this place 1 star never order from there again 🤮

PIZZA VERY SOGGY, GREASY AND HAD TO PUT IT MY OVEN TO CRISP OFF. ONION RINGS UNDERCOOKED NEEDED TO BE CRISPY. GALIC DIP PUT IN WITH PIZZA AND HOT...NOT GOOD SHOULD BE CHILLED. SPUDS OK. HENCE THE 3.8 RATING 😒

i have been getting food from here for years now my mum and dad even came here before i was born my family love it here i have never had a problem with the food it is amazing my order is always chicken burger meal with spuds and a chicken wrap its a shame they dont deliver in my area anymore but we go and collect it anyway the staff are so nice in there

Just ordered a chicken burger meal to recieve a chicken fillet as hard as concrete. Not prepared to break my teeth today. It's a shame as I've always liked this take away but I will not be wasting my money again 🤬

I was very disappointed after placing an order as although the delivery was fast my food wasn’t cooked properly and the chicken in the wraps was frozen on the inside. When trying to contact the shop I was unable to get through for almost 24 hours and then they felt the need to send someone out to check that I was telling the truth 😡 very disappointing will not be using them again

Almost always get your delivery to you before the suggested time. The food is amazing and good value. And SPUD's are the best discovery in fast food for me in years.

We always order from USA chicken and never had a fault. Food always arrives on time or sooner that stated.. Still hot. Delivery driver is always lovely and polite. What more could you want

Got a home delivery during lock down. Delivery was on time food was hot and was absolutely delicious had the chicken and cheesy chips. Loved it!

Took my money 3 times for the same order, called them and they refused to give my money back, he kept saying “I no take money because it no confirmed” I have no idea what that means. Have to give them two weeks before I can take further action, utter shambles. Don’t use the app/ website, it just rips you off & no one speaks English to be able to deal with it. Update: It’s now over two weeks since my order and I’ve been informed that it will take up to a month to get my money back. This company are a joke

2 hours after ordering I phoned them to see where our food was, only to be told they knew nothing of my order. I gave them the order number I got from they’re web site only to be told the same again. I then told them they had taken the money from my PayPal account to which they again denied. I’ve now had to ask PayPal to intervene. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The last time we ordered was 3 years ago.. It was OK. Ordered today and we were all really impressed with our pizza and chicken this evening.

Got order wrong food was nt all that good misses asked if spare ribs came in a sauce he said yes after thinking about it they came in a batter instead of a donor kebab and chips i ended up with meat and chips looked like a kiddies portion

I am extremely disappointed with there service having got my order wrong, not only were they rude over the phone but also tried to insist i pay for the correct pizza if I wanted them to re-do it. Will not be returning
