USA Chicken Swadlincote in South Derbyshire

Never had a bad meal highly recommend. They can be busy at weekends but it's worth the wait there cheeseburger and chicken fillet burger are amazing.

Food been good for us. Ordered many times over the past 12 months. Delivery is good. No issues pizzas are amazing and great deals. Fries are a must and pizza!

Waited 2 hours for food to arrive, basic order aswell, 4 chicken wrap meals. I rang once to be told it was on the way, I Waited half hour and still not arrived so I rang 4 more times because they wasn't answering the phone, at 10pm I drove too the shop after waiting 2 hours. The shop is 5 mins away by car, they told me It had just left, so I drove home and still once I'd got home Waited a further 15 mins ! It's put me off ordering again, very disappointed more so because the food was cold by the time it had got to us.

I hope they take this as a compliment, but I love KFC and I get quite annoyed that there isn't one in Swadlincote or even the surrounding arrears don't deliver around to here but USA is the 100% the next best thing, the batter they use for the chicken, which in itself is so juicy, tastes almost identical to KFC, I absolutely love USA chicken. My only issue is with delivery, whoever they have hired for that seriously can not read instructions and my order 9/10 ends up somewhere else so I'm constantly on the phone trying to find where my food is. Food is spot on. Delivery drivers, sack them now

And i thought i was going to die i will never go here after i goout with freinds. I got food(chicken) poisoned and was sick for 4 days

We ordered from here today and I don’t know what’s happened with the chicken but it’s now so spicy and peppery. No mention of any spices added online. Some people can not eat spicy food. Shame really as their chicken use to be delicious but due to this now adding spice to it we won’t be ordering from here again.

The food here was a little disappointing. It's not terrible, but I probably won't order again because there are better options in the area. Waited over an hour for delivery and food turned up luke warm and lacking flavour.

Orderd from USA came within 20 mins very fast delivery chicken is super crispy and fresh will definitely be ordering again thanks alot

Best take away place in swad, friendly service, absolutely acceptable waiting time if u pop in, easy to order, good range of food and good quality, i will keep coming back.

I filed a complaint with Just Eat moments after trying the food as it was greasy, disgusting, and I suspected it was undercooked. Later that night I suffered food poisoning from the small amount that I ate. Please don't order here it's not worth the money or risk.

Ordered here tonight for collection, chicken strips were cold so I rang up and complained for the guy at USA to say it was supposedly hot when I collected, no apology whatsoever. To add insult the food prices have increase yet again. Won’t be going back.

Do not order from here , the only reason it has a one star is because I couldn't put zero. The chicken was raw and tasted of old moldy oil. It was cold even the jacket potato, they charged for extra toppings which we did not ask for or want. We spent 40 pound on food and I've never been more disappointed, when rang to complain and ask for a refund they said they couldn't do one, it's a good thing we came prepared with a lot a snack foods or my teenage neice and her friend would not have eaten. To say it was raw and local it also took over an hour to arrive, you come one holiday to relax not worry about catching salmonella

Been trying a few pizza places in Swadlincote as we’re new to the area, the pizzas from here are not terrible but they are not good either, they taste very bland and they definitely don’t use good mozzarella cheese, Mozzarella melts a certain way and has a specific taste too. The cheese these use must be the cheapest they can find, as you get what you pay for. Hence bland and bit slimy There are better places to try in Swadlincote if you love pizza!!

Ordered tonight it’s been 2 hours and 15 minutes and still haven’t received my order tried calling but no answer not happy!

1st and last time i use this place. Nearly 2 hours for delivery. Half an hour past there given time slot after we had placed the order. Food turned up barely warm, soggy and inedible chips were asif they had been warmed up several times. Absolutely disgusting. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Quality food served from somerset england

This is the second time I've used them and my last. First time was when i ordered a Margarita pizza and received a cheese pizze covered and dripping in grease. This time i ordered chicken...just as big a mistake. Colourless, tasteless and limp batter coated chicken in a damp box because it had been delivered in a tied-off plastic bag so it couldn't breathe.

I went into the shop ordered pizza first i couldnt understand them that well then i saw one of the workers put his hand into the sweetcorn and eat it with no glover or anything on Next a nother man was making my pizza and i saw picking at his eea then putting my toppings on my pizza without gloves OR washing his hands I am really unhappy wouldnt go here ahain

Great set of guys. Ordered online and somehow a second payment was taken for the same order which I was unaware of. They called me within 10mins of ordering and explained and processed the refund. Honesty goes a long way. Food is always delivered swiftly and as ordered.

Chicken was under cooked and chips where like cardboard. Jee's have they ever heard of blanching chips and slow pressure cook the chicken like in the states need to go back to college and learn how to cook..... also if their more than 30 mins delivering food should be free !!!

Avoid. Ordered within the last hour of closing through just eat. No confirmation email but happily took our money. Called half hour later and was told to go through just eats refund procedure even though they were shown as open still... terrible customer service. Foodstop an independent company for the area are 100% better

Ordered a large doner and small chips, it came within 10 mins and was red hot and so lovely! Me and my hubby really enjoyed it, doner had the perfect mix of meat, salad and sauce and fries were easy as nice as McDs

Went in today for a burger meal and some hot wings , within an hour I have been throwing up when I got home . It's cheap but the foods very bad quality and under cooked . I didn't finish any of the cardboard chips or burger .

Personally i would not recommend this place as it may have changed hands since the last inspection, but last time it got one star on hygiene
