Urban Brasserie in Hillingdon

Después de haber viajado la mayor parte del día esto fue muy bienvenido. Gran comida sabrosa, pero porciones generosas! Podría haber alimentado a 3 personas en el Nasi Goring, (tan generoso en sus porciones) que estaba muy bien saborizado. No hay quejas allí. Para nosotros lo mejor era Sabrina nuestra camarera. Encantador y profesional en cada punto. Ella tiene que ser uno de tus mejores activos❤️

Vi la foto publicada aquí de lo que pedí y mi filete no era tan grueso - tal vez 3 / 8 pulgadas de espesor en el centro. Solo la mitad era comestible. Las fotos que he incluido muestran cuánto de eso era gristle, fat & that white tendin thingy. Persona en la mesa a mi lado pidió lo mismo y no tenía nada en su plato, vaya figura! Todo lo demás era muy bueno; la salsa de pimienta en grano, las patatas fritas (fritas), verduras, vino y tarta de queso. El menú disponible para descargar tenía lubina, ojalá hubiera estado disponible!

Tomamos 2 platos italianos y 1 asiático El plato asiático era bastante bueno "nasi goreng": picante pero igual de necesario con muchos sabores y arroz delicado. Sin embargo, los platos italianos estaban lejos de ser italianos: pasta para niños bastante seca y sin sabor, no Al abollada en absoluto... Y bruschetta que no tenía relación con las bruschettas: pan demasiado blando no tostado adecuadamente, nada de aceite de oliva o ajo, como es habitual en el Reino Unido demasiada crema balsámica y mozzarella/tomates insípidos... ¡Quédate con la comida india en este restaurante!

El otro restaurante en este complejo hotelero parecía muy de lujo y solo un poco más barato, así que nos dirigimos aquí - tan contentos que lo hicimos. El servicio era del 100%, y la comida era genial ... aparte del falso - periódico debajo de las patatas fritas, pero se obtiene que en los mejores lugares de pescado y patatas fritas también. Teníamos risotto de champiñones - delicioso; y pescado con patatas fritas, que era muy sabroso de hecho - aunque los guisantes mushy no eran como los de la tienda de patatas fritas "en el norte". Precios de aeropuerto, sí, pero no escandalosamente, y la calidad de la comida los justificaba. Felicitaciones especiales al personal de servicio, chefs, equipo de limpieza y lavadora - superiores. Gracias chicos!

Definitivamente NO francés, pero era bueno. Los platos indios eran sólidos y el filete se condimentó bien. El servicio era un poco estirado y lento, pero eso es la mayoría de los lugares en estos días.

Para un restaurante de hotel del aeropuerto, nos sorprendió mucho. Una amplia selección de menús, ayudado por Sandra, que era tan servicial con nuestras selecciones, gran conocimiento del menú. Una etiqueta cara, pero es una ubicación del aeropuerto.

La comida y el servicio aquí es absolutamente de primera estantería. Todo el personal es increíblemente amable y establece un gran ambiente para una deliciosa comida después de un largo día de viaje. Mi anfitrión Sandra era tan increíblemente cálido, acogedor y se aseguró de que mis necesidades dietéticas se tuvieron en cuenta. Su amable y entusiasta servicio preparó el terreno para Lexami, quien luego preparó literalmente uno de los mejores Chana Masala's que he probado, por no hablar de los lados de parathas rellenas doradas y esponjosas, papadums perfectamente crujientes y arroz con comino inmaculadamente preparado. Era absolutamente delicioso y rivalizaría incluso con las casas de curry más prestigiosas del Reino Unido. No puedo calificar este lugar lo suficientemente alto — le daría 6 estrellas si pudiera ☺️

We are here while staying at the attached Holiday Inn Express. The staff were lovely. They had a vegan menu and the food was very good. Perfect start to a holiday.

A really lovely evening experience at "Urban Brasserie" Restaurant at Crown Plaza hotel T4 Heathrow...Sanchi gave us a very warm welcome, and continued to take care of us so well throughout the evening, including offering delicious recommendations to eat. The whole Team including the very kind young man in the bar were great ambassadors for Crown Plaza. Thanks Sanchi for taking care of us so well and making our evening so enjoyable!

Amazing meal last night at Urban Brasserie. Sandra was our server and she was so friendly and helpful and helped make our meal a very congenial start to our holiday. My husband loved his Paneer Palak and he’s a harsh critic of curries and my Nasi Goreng was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Superb food and fantastic service. Above and beyond what we expected at an airport hotel and not a stupid price either. Would def recommend. Sandra, our waitress was exceptional.

Brilliant curry, Sandra was an excellent server and helped us with our choices. Staying at the Holiday Inn express prior to an early flight, all excellent. Would stay here again even if I wasn’t flying !

O lugar é lindo, me hospedei no Holiday Inn que é no mesmo complexo de dois hotéis, mas a comida toda é muito apimentada, pedi alguma sem pimenta eles me orientaram uma que não tinha, mas quando chegou impossível de comer de tanta pimenta, aconselho pedir um x burguer!!

Received a warm welcome from the hostess upon arrival and was provided the Vegan menu upon request. The waitress noted my milk allergy and checked with the kitchen to ensure the vegan soup was available. She confirmed the soup of the day was tomato, which I ordered along with a small glass of wine and a salad. This arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The soup arrived solo without any of the advertised vegan bread and butter. When I questioned this, the waitress said it was because it contained milk. I asked why it is offered on the vegan menu if it contains milk, and this was misleading. The soup was terrible- think watery packet soup with a lot of black pepper and salt added. The salad was average- the kitchen was out of avocados so substituted beets, which was ok. 32 GBP for watery soup, salad and a small glass of wine seemed excessive. Honestly some of the worst food and wine in London. Give this place a miss, and eat at the cafe in the Holiday Inn Express side or pick up food in the nearby Terminal 4. Disappointed.

The staff are polite and really friendly and the food is spot on. You certainly get fed. Can highly recommend the curry.

Excellent food again at dinner and breakfast. Sandra was helpful, polite and professional as always, and made an effort to talk with lots of clients in a friendly and polite manner. Breakfast was great and Janina kindly helped me order a custom omelette from the kitchen. The only downside is that since the menu change, the pork belly is not so good, I really miss having it with sautéed mushroom and pak choy, crushed potato, apple puree and red wine jus. The new version with rice and stir fry vegetables isn’t quite so nice.

A fantastic meal the night before our flight. We didn't arrive until 10 minutes before the kitchen closed but were greeted with a warm and friendly service. The meals arrived quickly and were absolutely delicious. Fantastic food. Our waitress Kindeep was especially helpful and friendly and provided brilliant service with a smile. Many thanks.

Went for dinner recently, excellent restaurant, very friendly and plenty of staff. Lovely setting. Food was prompt but didn’t feel rushed. Pricing what you would expect for the venue. Wonderful food, great quality and likewise portion size was excellent as well. Really very happy and would thoroughly recommend.

This smart restaurant in the Crowne Plaza HeathrowT4 hotel hugely exceeded our expectations. Enjoyed absolutely delicious salt and pepper shrimps as a starter, followed by a zingy peri peri chicken. Service was delightful - friendly yet efficient and very prompt. No hesitation in recommending. Booking advised; we had a short wait in the excellent bar because we hadn’t made a reservation. It was no real hardship, though.

The staff were lovely and friendly. The atmosphere welcoming. We had the Nasi Goreng, Sirloin Steak and Vanilla cheesecake off of which were delicious. We would eat here again.

Was here for 2 nights on business. Both nights food couldn’t be faulted and neither could the service.

Had a lovely meal at this restaurant in the Crowne Plaza at Terminal 4 Heathrow. The food was really delicious. Mix of foods so something for every taste. We had the cauli and broccoli tempura and king prawns, murgh makani, palak paneer curry and a beefburger. Every single thing was cooked beautifully and all 3 of us were delighted with our Generous portions. Service was attentive and friendly. Was really surprised at how good the restaurant was given it was in an airport hotel. Highly recommended!

We came here for dinner last night and chose it as it is in the hotel we were staying in, the crown plaza terminal 4. We both ordered the Chicken Murgh Makhani which came with a popadom Nan bread and pilau rice. It was delicious....

Appreciated the well-prepared Indian dishes available at the Urban. Had different types of curries on two occasions and both flavorful and interesting.

The continental breakfast served was varied, fresh and surplus. The choice was great especially when you are travelling with the kids for more than 3 days. The staff were excellent, special mention to Kim Daksha who was very pleasant and patient

I ate here two nights and both nights the food was exactly as ordered. On one night it was a steak which was cooked exactly as ordered which is not always the case everywhere you go.

For a transit hotel restaurant the food is really good. The waitress clerisa was super happy and steered me towards the chicken curry which was really nice and enough to satisfy. I will eat here again and would definitely say give it a go.
