Upper Street Kitchen By Papa-dum in Islington

Geweldig gegeten enorm lieve mensen ga hier vooral naar toe voor lekker Indiës eten veel gerechten en alles smaakt top!

Stumbled across the restaurant by chance, and I'm very glad I did! As soon as I got in the waitress was very lovely and informative about the menu. I had a Dosa and then a Goan fish curry. Both were really delicious. The chai was also great. I haven't been to India but the food felt more authentic to what Indian food is supposed to be, more so than a lot of places in the UK. I was fairly confused as it was really quiet in the restaurant, but that can happen sometimes in Angel. I think as soon as people in the area catch on to it then it'll be rammed! Great value for money and I'll be back on the regular for sure!

My friend and me visited the Bond Street restaurant earlier this evening. The place is very attractive and so is their menu. The masala and the rose tea were great, with parle-g biscuits to compliment. The Bollywood music was very soothing after our shopping trip. The samosa chat and the sabudana Wada was very homely. The staff was very friendly. Keep up the space. All the best.

Small new place on Upper Street with a few seats outside as well. Great Indian street food plus meals and take away option. Had the samosas and crispy chicken both with nice sauces but a special feature are their imaginative cocktails. I tried the GF but the lychee martini looks good.
