Lovely welcoming service always here (Helen in particular!). The croissants are my favourite and beat other coffee shops by a mile. Love their baguette sandwiches too. A gem of a place to grab breakfast, lunch or a snack at anytime.

Helen even got me a cut of cold water to ensure my americano wasn’t too hot.

Really love the consistently cheerful and professional service I receive from Helen and Rasa every day I take the train.

Worst coffee I've ever had and cost me £5!!! And after only 2 hours sleep I really needed it... :(

It is well situated, but expensive for the quality of food. I had a bacon roll for 4.69. It was bland....

Yes, agree with other 5 star reviewers. Very nice and one of the really nice station cafe food outlets in the days here in Swindon Station . Just a little(!) pricey compared with the high street but very nice good and I come back for more . A kind polite patient (Indian ?) family serving day in day out when I have been on platform 3, 2 and 1 & the cafe here. What is really nice here is the generally nicely very fresh baguette bread, in the good Upper Crust style which one has known a little of times past. They will heat your baguette to a nice hot temperature too, and are very nice & tasty: the ones I have had. Excellent cheer in the Station here, and in tougher days at the moment & while train services are facing rather greater 'challenges' too, and things are a little less smooth and easy so. But anyway 5 stars!, and thank! you.

Good service this morning but my coffee tasted like cleaner. Don’t think the machine had been rinsed properly.

I was greated by two lovely smiling ladies who politely took my order. I sat and ate by yummy sausage bap and enjoyed my americano and I observed magical service! Wishing everyone a good day, happy with all customers and nothing was too much trouble. Your customer service skills were amazing and really brightened up my day!

Unfortunately I got scammed here, no recept offered and the order charged at over £5 when a pasty and a drink was supposed to be an additional £1.50

Needed some food and drink to fill in a 45 minute wait for the next train. Mazie looked after us well

Convenient location between 3 platforms. Good range of products as you'd expect, on addition very friendly staff who are quick. Coffee prices however do leave a little to be desired.

Fast service near platform 3, every day from my previous daily commute Swindon to lomdon.

Good food and always fast service.
