Food took 1hr 20minutes, all food stone cold, not even warm. Chicken kebabs were an absolute mess, the salad consisted of lettuce and onion! We will never go here again, just a complete waste of money!

Food arrived on time pizza was piping hot the donner wrap was filling and plenty in the wrap with a good amount of chips on the side and the chicken kebab was seasoned and cooked to perfection with a lot of salad options

Said it was delivered but it never arrived and still had no response or refund

What can i say the wrap was so flat and had next to no meat inside it, donner wrap for £5+ wouldn't even pay £4 for it. The meat instead the wrap was so dry it was like leather! This takeaway keeps blowing my mind i didn't think they could achieve it but they are getting worse. The way they are going it really wouldn't suprise me if they go down to a 1 star hygiene

Upper crust Beverley. Wow, Do not order in the shop from these people . Their on line prices are wrong, much cheaper than what you'll be charged. My order on just eats was £20.33. In the shop my wife was charged £41.10. !!! Their OWN website says £26.64. Called them to complain and apparently their own website is also wrong 🤷. If you go in the shop, they make the prices up. PLEASE do not make the same mistake that we did. I'll never order from them again and I urge you all to avoid this takeaway 😡😡😡

appreciated ordering late in the evening but no updates. tried calling however couldn't get through . had already had a bad experience with a takeaway letting me down same night. order finally arrived but very disappointed as cold/barely cooked

Food turned up very late. Driver just left my food on the door step didn’t knock. Only knew it was there because of my dogs. Food was cold and not edible . I would like a full refund.

Ordered, arrived nearly an hour and a half later than estimated. If I wanted RAW I’d have gone orange shop… experience comparable to licking the toilets in Shammy’s, which come to think of it might have been a better time. Don’t order from here, no matter how drunk you are

Was sitting at the coffee shop next door and overheard an employee shouting abuse at someone in the street, appalling behaviour, definitely won’t be visiting.

We love having takeaway every now and then but AVOID this one !!! The owner is rude and the it took 2 hours to get our food !!! :(

Ordered the food at 11:30pm, got told it was arriving between 12:15-12:35am, didn’t arrive then, had to call the place up to then only have my number blocked, waited another HOUR for it to arrive at 1:30am, no refund or any money back or anything, disgusted with this service.😡

Pizza was delivered hot and fresh and the donner meat was a good portion and fresh salad asked for chips extra crispy and they did as requested will definitely order again

Dont really like to leave reviews but we have ordered from here twice. 1st time food was rubbish, we thought because it was near on closing time we would give them a second chance. ordered a large kebab and cheesy chips. the kebab came just warm with 7 strands on donner meat. worst kebab I have ever had. it tasted ok but for a large kebab it was more like a kids meal. won't be coming back.

Chicken wasn’t cooked properly, black colour inside. No chicken on the bone just rock hard batter. Cold rubbery cheese and chips. Worst chicken ever tasted. Do not recommend!!!!

The person on the phone was rude and ignorant and got my order and address wrong he was new I get that but who knew something so little could get so hard bless the delivery driver had to take around four trips to and from the house due to the order being wrong due to the person on the phone the food is good though so I recommend going into the shop

A company called Bijan Ltd is now registered with Companies House as trading at this address. The registered company number is 12322510. We had a takeaway from here tonight. Terrible experience. Arrived very late. Was luke warm and needed reheating. Food tasted poor. We'll give this one a miss in future. We ordered through Just Eat, so we won't be using them again.

The food was late, cold and tasted overcooked,the hips were dry, the donnameat tasted vile, the tomato garlic bread was thin and cold, the chicken was cold and thr coating overcooked. Ordered a takeaway. Delivered 2 hours later! Called them twice and all I was told was it was on its way! Ordered a calzone and chips. No chips came with the order. Calzone was also freezing cold. Definately would never go back here again!

Food was delivered with the packaging burst open sauce and food falling out the bag resulting in cold food. Never noticed until i got in the house. if i had noticed befor i would never have accepted the delivery. Food went straight in the bin and a complaint sent to just eat. If only i could give zero stars.

Ordered a margarita pizza box. It was stone cold, chips like they jad been warmed up and about 4 slices of donner meat. They also forgot the extra drink I ordered which caused arguments with my kids. Instead of a stress free night I've had to make them something else as they've refused to eat it!

We order from upper crust quite often but we was disappointed tonight. Chips Rock hard, doner reheated and very greasy, salad wasn't fresh it was turning brown. Burger was soggy. I no these things happen but when paying you expect it to be nice

Both pizzas dough under cooked, all dough and very little cheese and toppings, absolutely dismal, will not be returning ever again.

The time was covered but warm food

Order delayed by 25 mins but took 30 mins extra to arrive. Vegetarian pizza had pineapple and chillis on it and there was no request to add them and nothing in the item description. All the food was cold.

Food was awfully dry, ordered at 7:30 and came at like 8:40. Doesnt take an hour + to make a couple of pizzas and a bag of chips. Not impressed at all, wouldn’t recommend. Dry food!

Missing items of order,called shop to say I’m missing items all they wanted to do is argue on the phone basically saying they sent them.i put the phone down in the end as it was uncomfortable for me making out I was lying.would not recommend or use again.

This is one of if not the worst takeaway I've ever had in my life. Kebab meat n chips had about 4 strands of meat and tasted worse than microwave stuff you get from freezer shop. The pizzas was tasteless and dripping in grease. Must of been cooked in chip pan. This was the first and definitely the last time. Absolutely disgusting

We were walking home from a wedding last night around 10pm and popped into this place to grab a kebab and chips. Ordered 1 mixed kebab, 1 medium chips and a Pepsi (£16.30). Walked away, food fine. Chicken was nice but donner hard. About 5 mins walking down the street towards our air bnb we realised they’d not given us the Pepsi and there was no pitta or naan on the kebab: it was just a tray of donner meat, 3 pieces of chicken and chips!! For £10.50! Absolutely disgusting to be ripped off like that. Can’t stand untrustworthy business and people who think they can take advantage.

French fries were more oil than fries and chicken kebab was disappointing due to not much salad although I ordered in option extras salad and sauces. No extra salad and no sauces. However my dog enjoyed it but will not be ordering from Upper Crust again as quality was very poor

I can’t lie, I was a bit apprehensive before trying this place, but I think it just shows that you shouldn’t immediately accept reviews as gospel. The pizza dough was one of the best takeaway doughs I’ve ever had, the topping (garlic and cheese) was plentiful and tasted great as well, and the price was very good considering the quality.

Driver told us they don't book time slots which contravened what is said on the app. In this case an hour early was manageable but I often order before I leave work so that it arrives shortly after getting home in which case, there would have been nobody home.

Ordered mix kebab, it was not great, yogurt had curdled, bit greasy, chips over cooked. Delivery was good, and on time.

Kebab meat was good but the kebab was already made when arrived so it was soggy the salad was warm and the paper underneath the kebab once grease and all moisture from kebab so trying to separate paper from food not good also chips was soggy and cold I would prefer my kebab to come pitta separate salad separate this way pitta not soggy salad cold and refreshing and as said the paper I would not include health hazard picking through the food no body wants to eat paper the food was good aside from chips but how u have put it together is has caused the issue

Best takeaway I’ve had for a long time

Didnt receive food as requested, kids are gluten and dairy free and the only food they could have had sayce all over it.. when spoke to them they said nothing they can do he was by himself and driver would be an hour to bring more food

Phoned the shop and told the problem was with the delivery driver, if the food isn't ready, can't be delivered. From ordering to delivery one and a half hours. Won't be ordering again.

Ignore all the bad comments on the food, the food is very hot and worth the money, taste amazing we had a combo box and everything was spot on. Delivery driver polite thank you Will be ordering again really enjoyed it
