DO NOT order from here. Their attitude is absolutely disgusting. First time ordering on Uber eats delivery from here. The whole experience was atrocious. The delivery was an hour and 20 minutes late. I phoned to ask where it was and got an aggressive response and when I phoned again when it was finally delivered by their own delivery driver who also had attitude. I rang back again to complain about the late delivery and the delivery driver and got a whole lot more abuse. We’ve never ever had such appalling service or such rude treatment from any delivery takeaway service ever. The person from Uppercrust just shouted at me down the phone, no attempt at an apology or anything resembling one! Unbelievable. Just to top it all the food was cold and tasteless and looked unappealing. There are far and away better takeaways in Beverley with nice , polite service. On time deliveries and great food. NOT HERE THOUGH.

Review for Upper Crust Takeaway Ordered from here with the 40% off deal, but now I see why they’re offering such a big discount. The mixed kebab was dry and overly salty, the French fries were dry and bitty, and the chicken kebab was drowned in chilli sauce instead of having it in a tub on the side. Overall, a really disappointing meal. You’d think they’d use the discount as an opportunity to impress customers and improve their business, but clearly not. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Food arrived 30 minutes after the time it said it was supposed to be here. Was missing an item- called to complain said they’d be here with the missing item in “5 to 10 minutes. Again 30 minutes go by and the item didn’t come. Avoid this awful establishment.

**DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE** if I could score lower I would. Not only was the food very late, it was cold. Also ordered a Nutella calzone from here and we got hard, cold dough with a little bit of Nutella stuffed in the top and spread about. They didn’t even bother to evenly spread it. Picked it up and it was like a frisbee what a joke. Save your money and avoid it at all costs.

Placed order at just after 18:00 with an estimated delivery of 19:30. Arrived after chasing up at 20:26. Pretty much cold.

absolutely awful takeaway maybe the wirst i’ve had the salad wasn’t fresh the chips tasted like there reheated and the donna meat rock hard

Having not been in for a while after I witnessed the staff ignoring two lgbt customers (I asked them outside and it was the second time itd happened) I've just been in and been charged £21 for a pizza and fries that is listed as £18.30 from them online. Maybe they are using dynamic pricing now. Won't be going again.

I ordered food for 7pm at 6pm for delivery, the food arrived 8.15pm. I get that the deliver time is an estimate but that’s taking the mick. The food arrived cold and wet with condensation, it was in edible. I called the takeaway and not disrespecting the guy who answered the phone, they were no help. I had two children waiting for a Friday treat which was let down by poor service. To add insult they offered me £3 back as compensation on a £30 meal. I will never waste my money here again. Beware!

Ordered a veg pizza with extra chicken, cheese, garlic. Hardly any veg, very little chicken, just loads of cheese.

Ordered my food at around 11:30. Currently the time is 1:54 and it still hasn’t arrived. I have work in the morning.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Accept order and take payment but you will never see it, chased them up and it's another 30 minutes. All of a sudden there's no answer on there phones! Take away never turned up

Waited an hour in the cold. Was given no updates until I asked for them. Then poor responses such as heavy traffic. It's Beverley, not Los Angeles. Then the food was awful. Seems to be pretty consistently bad reviews, also only a 3* on Just Eat. I thought I'd take them at face value though, but turns out it's all correct. Horrendous.

Over 2 hours late and a 1/2 pound cheeseburger turned up with no cheese and only one burger also food was cold, Also a whole pizza missing and the driver says they was held up in heavy traffic. Do not use this takeaway

The worst fast food restaurant. We went in after an evening out. We were both waiting over an hour for food. It turns out they lost one of our orders. When we complained we were met with hostility which was quite upsetting. We will never be going here again

Stood in the cold for over an hour. No Comms apart from when I called & used the Just Eat features. Really bad service. Blatantly lied about where the order was. Then had the gall to decline a part-refund as the driver was stuck in 'heavy traffic'. It's Beverley, not Paris. I even researched the traffic in local area and there was nothing. Then it came and my 2 cans of Pepsi were hot (no, not warm... Hot!). Which is really ironic, because the food wasn't. Salad put on order incorrectly.

What can i say the wrap was so flat and had next to no meat inside it, donner wrap for £5+ wouldn't even pay £4 for it. The meat instead the wrap was so dry it was like leather! This takeaway keeps blowing my mind i didn't think they could achieve it but they are getting worse. The way they are going it really wouldn't suprise me if they go down to a 1 star hygiene

Upper crust Beverley. Wow, Do not order in the shop from these people . Their on line prices are wrong, much cheaper than what you'll be charged. My order on just eats was £20.33. In the shop my wife was charged £41.10. !!! Their OWN website says £26.64. Called them to complain and apparently their own website is also wrong 🤷. If you go in the shop, they make the prices up. PLEASE do not make the same mistake that we did. I'll never order from them again and I urge you all to avoid this takeaway 😡😡😡

Food turned up very late. Driver just left my food on the door step didn’t knock. Only knew it was there because of my dogs. Food was cold and not edible . I would like a full refund.

Pizza was delivered hot and fresh and the donner meat was a good portion and fresh salad asked for chips extra crispy and they did as requested will definitely order again

Dont really like to leave reviews but we have ordered from here twice. 1st time food was rubbish, we thought because it was near on closing time we would give them a second chance. ordered a large kebab and cheesy chips. the kebab came just warm with 7 strands on donner meat. worst kebab I have ever had. it tasted ok but for a large kebab it was more like a kids meal. won't be coming back.

A company called Bijan Ltd is now registered with Companies House as trading at this address. The registered company number is 12322510. We had a takeaway from here tonight. Terrible experience. Arrived very late. Was luke warm and needed reheating. Food tasted poor. We'll give this one a miss in future. We ordered through Just Eat, so we won't be using them again.

The food was late, cold and tasted overcooked,the hips were dry, the donnameat tasted vile, the tomato garlic bread was thin and cold, the chicken was cold and thr coating overcooked. None of the 3meals we purchased were worth eating and have gone in the bin. Very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again.

Food was delivered with the packaging burst open sauce and food falling out the bag resulting in cold food. Never noticed until i got in the house. if i had noticed befor i would never have accepted the delivery. Food went straight in the bin and a complaint sent to just eat. If only i could give zero stars.

Ordered a takeaway. Delivered 2 hours later! Called them twice and all I was told was it was on its way! Ordered a calzone and chips. No chips came with the order. Calzone was also freezing cold. Definately would never go back here again!

Ordered a margarita pizza box. It was stone cold, chips like they jad been warmed up and about 4 slices of donner meat. They also forgot the extra drink I ordered which caused arguments with my kids. Instead of a stress free night I've had to make them something else as they've refused to eat it!

We order from upper crust quite often but we was disappointed tonight. Chips Rock hard, doner reheated and very greasy, salad wasn't fresh it was turning brown. Burger was soggy. I no these things happen but when paying you expect it to be nice
