Food was cold but I appreciate that it's a strange hour

Dreadful and not to the usual standard. Pizza was mainly dry with no toppings in most areas. Very disappointing :(

Great pizza`s freshly made and been ordering for a long time even from the restaurant where the staff are always friendly and polite. Highly recommend.

Food tasted cheap and stale. I ordered cheesy chips and it came rock hard, felt like a frisbee. Calzone was mush and the chimichanga came rock solid too.

No problem with the food or delivery time but please tell the guy doing the delivery to knock on the door and not open my door and let one of dogs escape. It’s not ok to just open somebody’s front door.

The driver was really nice and polite however the actual food itself was very dry and I was missing an item.

have always ordered from this restaurant even before they was on just eat and their pizzas are always fresh and tasty.

Don't bother with the desserts.

The pizzas are amazing and always purchase ours from crust pizza, plus the drivers are always polite too.

Chips are soggy and dry and small quantity but ok tasting, no ketchup, dip, salt or pepper, but the pizza tastes amazing

Pizza tasted weird, gave me nausea all night and following day, and the worst bowel problems I have ever had from food.

I’ve not eaten a baguette from this franchise for over 15 years and today decided that I would treat myself to one on my way home. The smoked salmon and cream cheese on a dark rye style baguette looked amazing - but at just under £6 was quite pricey. I also wanted a bag of crisps but at £1.30 for some ready salted walkers (usually 85p), I decided to leave them. Once at home I tried the baguette and was immediately disappointed. The bread was just tasteless - as was the filling and there was hardly much in it for the money that they charge. It was just really poor on so many levels - needless to say I didn’t finish it. This will be the last time I ever get anything from here.

We visited UpperCrust before starting our train journey back to Southampton. I purchased a ham and chees baguette, a large Earl Grey tea and a medium ordinary tea. The guy who served me didn't seem to know what he was doing and asked me twice which was round the teas were. He then asked if I wanted milk in the Earl Grey. I said no but would like milk in the ordinary one. He then asked again a couple of minutes later. Because we were getting the train and the teas were very hot we didn't actually taste anything until we were on the train. This is when we found the mistake. We had a large ordinary tea with no milk and a medium Earl Grey with enough milk to make cocoa - very very milky. Because of this we wasted the cost of both drinks, as neither of us like the tea that the other one drinks. Please Uppercrust get your staff trained properly, so they listen and can then carry out the requests of customers so nobody else wastes their money. Would definitely think twice about going there again.

I asked the woman behind the counter for tuna baguette and she gave me ham and cheese because she was too busy flirting with her boss.. it’s haram to eat pork.. I am very annoyed for this overpriced baguette which I can’t even eat

The delivery driver was not very friendly and did not apologise for the late order.

I always order pizza from them but this time the quality was very bad it was too plain and there was no cheese and sauce it was just bread with some veggies and very little chicken chunks

Stale french bread with gone off ham all brown and curly had to throw it away lucky for them I was on the train before I took my first bite never again, shame as coffee was nice

£3.99 for a few tomatoes and 1 and half slices of cheese?? This is the 2nd time has happened. I get the pandemic has hurt firms but this is ridiculous. They display sandwiches that are really packed with filling however they give you ones that have nothing in them. Last time I'll be going here, better off going Subway 🤷🏾‍♂️

I ordered the food seeing good reviews. But the pizza was not good at all.

Needed some urgent sustenance after a big day of walking and decided to go for a baguette at Upper Crust which is under the indicator boards. The baguettes looked fresh but the filling didn't so much. They were quite small also and at well over five pounds for the privilege I wouldn't say there was any value for money. Staff were not particularly welcoming either. Would normally give a poor rating but will let them have the benefit of the doubt on this occasion..

Recently I’ve been constantly disappointed by there services, not long ago I ordered and didn’t receive me food and I regret to say I ordered again and this time I was hugely dissatisfied with my order. I think that is a fine sign not to order from here again. I thought this would be my go to.

i was expecting a fresh baguette, sadly disappointed for the price you pay. it tasted like a coupel days old and even tuna is not fresh or filling. i bought a tuna mayo and it's going be my last ever one from this chain.

Just bought a baguette. Bread was possy, the tuna mayo was old from the morning if not from the day before. The good baguettes are out for display only, and you get the bad ones. The service isnt good either. You wonder if they pay people at all to serve.

Not what you would get from tops pizza, dominoes or pizza hut hut good all the same. It came piping hot which means it was fresh

My boyfriend and I wanted to grab a sandwich before getting the coach back all the way to Devon. We've both had upper crust from other places and I've always been impressed so we thought this would be the best bet, despite it being a more expensive option. The tuna on the tuna baguette was not only brown and crusty but the bread was very hard. The cheese baguette (one of the only two options in the meal deal) was also so hard I couldn't bite the end and the cheese was warm from not being refrigerated. The meal deal doesn't include water or most of the sandwiches which just seems like a poor business choice. Unfriendly service to top it off.

Asked for half the amount of cheese in my calzone, as I’m lactose intolerant but not on the serious side (still love cheese with pizza!). They did as I asked and my calzone was delicious!

The lettuce in the salad wasn't fresh and was going Brown.

Was ok. Pizza was warm not hot. Pizza itself was doughy didn't seem fully cooked. Wings were ok. Garlic bread was nice. Probably won't order again. Have them a try. Will stick with my usual places

Good for a fresh crusty sandwich, this is quite a small branch of Upper Crust, right by the main indicator boards. It sits in a row of several takeaways so not so busy. Usual takeaway station prices + coffee, tea etc.

Got my food within less than twenty minutes of ordering. It was hot and yum. And they gave me a some pot of ice cream with my cookie dough which was cute. Will order again.

Regarding the ham and cheese baguette I purchased from your Victoria station outlet on Sunday evenings. I was disgusted, absolutely disgusted that I paid £4.49 for this thing. You will see by the encloses pictures that it is not worth £1. The bread was dry, as you can see by cracking, the ham was sparse the cheese was almost non existent. There wasn’t any butter or mayonnaise or any kind of spread. I had one bite and threw it in the bin. I felt totally ripped off. How can you openly defraud travellers with this type of sandwich at this price? What are you going to do about it?

Perfect as usual, they always read my note and change my base to bbq sauce. Never soggy with plenty of toppings. My favourite pizza place.

When I ordered my food I chose the option as soon as possible, time was about 20:30 and I got the message your order will be delivered at 21:50? Only for time I wasn’t that happy as my guests has to wait for so long even for a ASAP service, rest food was good 👍

The calzone was delicious, but the chips were fried in stale oil so brown and inedible, the mozzarella sticks and onion rings were obviously fried in the same stale oil disgusting I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again, very disappointed

After looking for food this seemed our best bet and we would have eaten anything by that point. The food was tasty however the baguette was dry almost like it had been sat there a long time. My daughter had chicken and sweetcorn, which lacked a bit on the sweetcorn side; the bacon, brie and cranberry tasted okay but it wasn't great. Price was alright.

Grabbed a couple of baguettes before our train and to be honest could be better. Chicken Caesar was a bit disappointing, had a roll from here before and the chicken with mayo was lovely. The other roll the Italian with tomatoes and mozarrella with a pesto sauce was nice but nothing special sadly

Bought an extremely overpriced tasteless sausage roll here a few months ago and today I stupidly tried them again. The ham and egg muffin was awful and the service was bad. Lid was not put on drink properly and had to ask for napkins... won't...
