Great fish and chip restaurant with really friendly staff. The food is always hot and the portion sizes are great

the staff are always helpful ,and its always busy it might be a little pricier than others in the area but the quality is superior well worth a try

Would never recommend this place, horrible customer service food didn't even arrive after 1 hour. I called and explained that food didn't come a boy named "Hussain" shouted and said not my problem. I explained again he then showed and said I don't care! A note to management would be wise to get rid of poor quality boys for staffing your business.

Really good service, price is also reasonable. We love their cheese burger with salad and condiments. Portion sizes are reasonable compared to other local f&c shops. This place has won awards previously.

Simply great fish, loads of chips all nice and fresh. Can't fault it. I pop in here, probably more often than is good for me, once or twice a week. the fish and chips are great, but if I am trying to be a bit healthy I have the chicken sheesh kebab. normally only a small portion (1 stick) which is about 1 whole breast but it's quite enough for a 15 stone man especially when you add the salad and pita.

This used to b fantastic for fish and chips. Recently the service has gone down, customer service is poor. Refused to help my wife as she had my autistic son wit her who refused to come out the car and they refused to bring the food outside which they could see outside the window.

How lucky am I that this, the best fish n chips around, is so near my home? I would drive miles for this treat. Fresh high quality fish and huge chip portions. Takeaway only

Have been using this outlet for a long time and have always found the food to be freshly cooked and tasty. Wide choice of meals to choose from and prices not too bad. Staff very pleasant.

Owned by a lovely man local food for local people, always fresh always clean , staff are nice. Shame it’s no a sit down place.

This place is good don't get me wrong but everytime I go in there and I order the large chips it looks more like a small chips after asking is that a large then they may add another half scoop or say yes it is compare to the other fish shop on in the area and especially the one on Ripple Road The large is so much bigger definitely double the size of this shop and it's cheaper slightly but you always feel you've had value for money so I started going there from now Upney fist bar need to start sorting the size of the portions out

reasonably priced and good food. Very good chicken and chips in a variety of sizes. Quick service, just as well the traffic wardens are never far away!!. Burgers and Kebabs are excellent, although I suspect the only difference between a small and large kebab is the pitta bread. two minutes down the bottom of the road and you can enjoy your food in the local park.

The owners of this chippy are from a previous place in Dagenham on bennetts castle lane and the food and service was horrendous then. Now they are in Upney/Barking and the foods seen no improvement. The gentle with the large tummy serving at the front is rather rude, and the chips are greasy!!! Definitely not the best chippy in the area, quite the opposite to be honest. Would rather drive further do a decent food outlet.

near upney station offfcourse horrible i hated the food god know how much they charge just 5 pounds for the cod fillet fish when i can easily go by a pack of birds eye BIGGER WITH 4 for like £2.50 at tesco WOW!! their chipps are decent again not made to best quality considering they call it a fish bar chipps are rinkly they charge extra for the souce aswell like 50p i think

My local chippy is great! always there every Friday and it never disappoints!! Good food and good service - cant go wrong!!

Place to go, if you fancy Fish & Chips or craving for the Donor Meat! If not try the Quarter Pounder. Promise you won't be disappointed. Plus it's Halal and the workers are lovely!

definitely the best fish and chip shop in Barking! and so close to home. friendly guys! served with a smile and sometimes a laugh. food is always piping hot and fresh. would highly recommend .

No importa lo que desde aquí, es bueno y normalmente preparada cuando pides. Los ingredientes que usan son frescas y el servicio es amable.

Ubicación perfecta, ya que está a 10 minutos a pie de mi casa y literalmente en frente de la estación de Upney lo que hace que sea fácil para mí para tomar un bocado en el camino a casa desde el trabajo. El personal es amable, la comida es genial y la comida estaba muy bien de precio.

Food at this Fish Bar is nice. At times it takes long to make, but that's only because they are popular and can get busy. One of the workers there (chubby man with the cap) does come across a bit rude sometimes, but the rest are great and food is good!

On many occasions now I have gone here and everytime I get home and there's always something missing from what I ordered. From as little as a wolly to as big as a large cod. It's so disappointing. Because the food is lovely, the trouble is they get so busy at the weekend. (Because the food is so nice) it leaves my order missing something .

They do a good variety of take away food. If they haven't got the type of fish you want already cooked, they usually will cook it fresh for you while you wait. Their kebabs are great too.
