I ordered a battered sausage and chips and a pizza. Delivery came 40 mins earlier than expected so it was cold by the time I got it. Sausage was overcooked and pizza didn't arrive. I emailed to ask for a refund or a re-deliver and I was ignored. Utterly dishonest

My daughter waited 1 hr 40 mins for her delivery to come, only to be presented her very cold food, by 3 men as part of Uncle Frank's Very Own Delivery Service. A service and food standard which is sooo bad and goes so slow that even Dr Who time travelling in the tardis, cannot rescue it!!!

The most disgusting food I've ever ordered. I'm honestly shocked at the quality and taste. Chips - foul Cheese burger - Took 1 bite and spat it out. I had to brush my teeth just to get the taste of gone off meat out of my mouth. Chicken in shish kebab & Wrap - Rubbery and honestly tastes like it's been sat out for God knows how long. EVEN THE BURGER SAUCE TASTE SPOILT! £28 wasted. I've never ordered anything so bad.

Uncle franks has a very friendly atmosphere, they always serve with a smile and has such a impeccable hospitality you can’t find anywhere else, besides the people the food is 10/10 they gave me new fresh fries when they realised I had cold fries. You can’t find this anywhere else would personally recommend

Blatantly clear that they’re paying for reviews to desperately try not to show that they are a 2 star or below “restaurant” Absolutely no business gets this many reviews at the rate they somehow do, all new accounts too eh? Maybe they should try making it a five star by making the food and experience good instead of being what most people consider a food poisoning hotspot. Avoid! Edit: Hilarious that the owners who can also barely form a legible sentence are threatening to sue me over the truth, yes lads I’m so jealous of your inability to take criticism and horrendous food quality.

I have eaten kebab in many places but I have never seen as good as Uncle Franks, it is a great place.

It’s so obvious they’re paying for 5* reviews, if they didn’t it would be 1 star 100% Everytime I’ve been here or anybody I know has gone they all say the same thing, it’s a culinary atrocity, especially if you order it for delivery you’ll either not get it or it’ll be missing half of it and it’s stone cold and refuse to give you a refund. Great place to get food poisoning or if you pay cash they’ll only give you a fraction in change. Truly baffling they’re still open, in dire need of a health inspection asap! Maybe somebody can steal their trailer again with any luck.

Sick of cold food. The burger is just about warm, doner meat and chips cold, chicken doner stone cold. Words of advice to uncle Frank; it's no good cooking a burger fresh and then using the rest of the stuff from the stay warm it's been sitting in for 30 minutes, it just means it's cold upon arrival, especially if you put a freezing cold salad in the tray. 30 quid for rubbish, I won't be ordering again.

They have hiked up the prices on almost all items but NOT UPDATED THE MENU on the cart. Employees will then quote you a price when it’s time to pay up to 2GBP more than what the menu says and then argue that what their POS system says trumps the price on the menu. Shameful business practice unfair both to the employees and customers.

Ordered lastnight and had to call bank today because after ordering £56.44 worth of food we didn’t receive our food yet they took the payment twice. After calling and having the call ended by them we called back a few more times with no resolve to the matter. They told us they hadn’t recieved the order, bank told us that they had taken payment twice.

3 hour delivery Left on my front path Kebab cold..no pitta bread or salad..a few uncooked chips i never ordered underneath the cardboard meat..dont think it was prope r lamb meat,, maybe Rat or cat ? No reply when i phoned to complain AVOID !
