Still The best cafe around, food is simple but very well prepared and cooked and very tasty, the staff are lovely, all very welcoming and friendly, the cafe and toilets are spotlessly clean. Highly recommended and also recommended to book as they get super busy. Come every week and get treated like family.

I popped in a little earlier than they opened and they were very friendly, served me anyway. Bacon sandwich was amazing and all vocally sourced. Here is a photo after I dived into it 😉

Lovely place to stop off or go for lunch or just a coffee/tea easy access, friendly atmosphere, lots of parking, clean and tidy, recommend a visit, you can go to the garden centre next door.

Went again and it was amazing as I usually get..below was a blip I can see!! Went in for breakfast and the place was freezing cold. All customers has their coats on. We sat on table 4 and when served asked if the heater opposite could be turned on. She went back to the kitchen to ask, I saw the dark lady in a cardigan cooking say to her tell them to move to table 3. We'll table 3 is a coffee table and not suitable for eating a meal at. Plus this table opens onto the door which makes it colder and the radiator was off anyway. The 2 women cooking were in cardigans and one had a big scarf on..they were cooking what hope did the rest of us have. It's such a shame as this place is normally lovely with great staff.. this lady let it down for you today.. customer service wasn't good!!

Lovely little café, extremely friendly staff very nice food. Extremely reasonably priced with a nice atmosphere. Plenty of parking outside a nice farm shop on site too. The chips were utterly delicious big fat chunky things that were soft on the inside and beautifully crispy on the outside served piping hot.

Had a fantastic lunch and cake with friends at un cafe today super friendly staff Hollie is fantastic, lunch was gorgeous and banoffee and biscoff brownie was fantastic thanks so much 🙏 for a wonderful afternoon

Breakfast in here is mediocre at best. The sausages were basically chipolatas (I'm guessing they are cheaper), the bacon was fairly good as there was a hint of smokiness. However, I cannot forgive the fact that they are using margarine on their toast. This tastes disgusting, full of chemicals. This is just plain cheap!! If I wanted to be 'healthy' I wouldn't be having a fry up!!! Don't be cheap, buy some actual butter to enhance your breakfasts. Sorry but poor effort. Should have guessed the response. Thank you for confirming everything I said. Shouldn't have to ask for butter, having a choice would be the more customer focused option! I also missed the poll on what your customers prefer. Absolutely laughable response! 😂

What a pile of garbage this place is Popped in for brunch on Sunday wanted poached egg on toast it was 12.30 I was told they'd finished serving food as they closed at 13.00 Now how long does it take to poach an egg and put a slice of bread in the toaster??? This place must be making a fortune to be able to turn away 2 customers . If I ever hear of a restaurant bleating about hard times I'll refer them to Uncafe to ask for their secret to success It wasn't worth pulling into the carpark

Had a great experience here. Very good and friendly service with super yummy food. The beef brisket baguette with a side of chips were excellent.

My husband and I come to UnCafe weekly, we have gotten to know staff over the last year and we wouldn’t and don’t go anywhere else. We have celebrated birthdays and Christmas meet ups at UnCafe and each and every time it has been amazing! Additionally we come here regularly with my brother in law who has special needs, all the staff have been so lovely and attentive towards him every time! UnCafe and all the staff are lovely! 💛

I am a regular customer here, along with my wife. This is the best cafe in Norwich, the food is fantastically cooked and all locally sourced. The staff ate fantastic and friendly, especially given how busy and popular this place can be. I would 100% recommend. Also it only feels fair to add that the review below with 1 star isn’t accurate, I was present during this and the customer threatened the staff with his walking stick as his usual table, which he hadn’t booked, was taken, by people who had booked. The staff were polite, patient and courteous and did not deserve to be treated this way, let alone have a false follow up review added.

What a great cafe and and good location. We popped in for a coffee and cake, which was excellent. The staff are very friendly and courteous abd the atmosphere anx decor is first class. Plenty of parking and an outdoor seating area as well. There is a garden centre and farm shop next door.

Booking system chaotic, long wait for meal , manager Steve aggressive and personally offensive The same tone has now been adopted in the owner's response to my complaint, accusing me of being impolite to staff, which is an outright lie, but typifies their total indifference towards their previously loyal customers I would add that my interaction with this Steve was conducted on my part quietly and in a manner barely audible to other customers until he shouted at me.

Nice food nice price, the lady working on the front was a bit grumpy and seemed erked that I was on my own and by the table I selected, but who knows what might have been going on in her life. Nice spot, will return. In response to the comment by the owner- I sat on the tiny table to the right of the bar area as not to take up room. I believed that this annoyed her because it meant I was next to her and could see her on her phone

Just not the same as it was... needs light mood music , a feeling of relaxed atmosphere needed.. so you feel like staying for another coffee ... no gluten free on offer , cakes not labelled , and no prices labelled ...

Sadly, they had stopped serving lunch when we arrived 40 minutes before closing, as they had a large number of customers all day, and they only had sausage rolls left. The staff were very welcoming and friendly however, and kept apologising. We had the sausage rolls and a cup of tea, which were very nice. We will try them again the future.

We did try again and a nice suprise friendly staff and lovely food had a sausage roll each nice and meaty £13+ with hot drinks so acceptable price and the decor is lovely 😍

This little gem is absolutely one of the best cafes in Norwich actually Norfolk! Clean and set out lovely and the English breakfast is by far the best in Norfolk.

A superb English breakfast. By far the best one we’ve had locally for some time. Everything is fresh and well prepared. Atmosphere is positive and the cafe is clean and modern. We will be back

Went on a busy Sunday morning and they were so busy but I have to say nothing was too much trouble, the food was a little delayed but not a problem what so ever. Food was hot, delicious and nicely presented. Thank you ladies we will be back.

Lovely little cafe in the garden centre. Very friendly staff and superb sandwiches (doorstops) and other tasty snacks. It appears to be pretty popular and was quite busy although we managed to get a table. Limited menu on a Sunday, just breakfast rolls etc, but full menu rest of the week.

We found this little gem 5 years ago. The girls are always friendly. It’s always clean and tidy and food is always good. We love the place and go every week whether it’s for a coffee or for breakfast. If you haven’t been yet go and take a look you won’t be disappointed

My friends and I regularly visit this lovely cafe. The food is always tasty and well presented, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They have dairy and gluten free options, my vegetarian breakfast is one of the best I have tried.

Cannot fault Un Café! We have visited so many times and every single time without fail it's perfect. Gorgeous, fresh food, generous portions, friendly staff and lovely setting. Prices are really reasonable and the chips are the best chips in the whole world!! One of our absolute favourite places to visit. So much choice. Just love it!

Visited Un Cafe today for the first time today and will certainly be visiting again. Cheese scones were very tasty. The cafe is very spacious. Staff are helpful and very friendly.

Nice and welcoming cafe, relaxing. Dropped by for breakfast as we were nearby, but disappointed to find out it wasn't available. It was strange as we could order a breakfast bap, which was basically a breakfast, didn't understand why breakfast wasn't available. Food was fresh and we were served quickly. I would still recommend! There's some books you can read whilst you wait/sit too.

Wow, my colleague and I accidentally stumbled across this yesterday whilst on the road. I took a wrong turn and as it turns out it was the best wrong turn I ever made. We had a sausage and egg sandwich, beautiful thick bread lovely fresh sausages and guess what? They let me break my own yoke on the egg 🤣lovely service, friendly people and delicious food. We will be making excuses to be travelling that way again x

Food all over the floor from earlier people. Children running around. Noisy, Table was dirty, even grey finger nail on table. Wife's toasted cheese not even grilled correctly, under the surface the cheese was not cooked. They need more, or new staff.

I live in Norwich and was looking for a cafe that does a breakfast today 28/04//2023 I came across u n cafe 4 miles from where I live and decided to try it. A full breakfast was very enjoyable and real coffee was also served not instant coffee. Also a very nice atmosphere I will be visiting again. staff where also very friendly. Plenty of parking space at back of the cafe as there are only a few spaces at the front. overall a very pleasant experience.

A lovely family run cafe which my friend/s & I frequently visit. The food is always hot, fresh & good quality (we do like a nice sausage!) Staff are friendly. There is seating outside on sunny days. Always 10/10.

We go regularly, and so do several friends. The food is good, the welcome is excellent. There's a range of different types of seating, and there is now an extra seating are, owing to their being so popular. One lovely touch is a range of fun books on the shelf above the settees, to tempt you to stay even longer and have just another cup of coffee. Thank you so much to all the staff!

In one part of the cafe it was very cold. Everyone had their coats on. A bit slow at clearing the tables, otherwise a nice place.

Went on a recommendation. Food was delicious, service good, very clean and prices reasonable. The only downside, no heating on. It was absolutely freezing in there. Staff couldnt not apologise enough, but we did not stay for long. As soon as we finished our meal, we paid and got back in the car to warm up!!!!

The cafe were waiting on a new cooker so they were not serving breakfast but could do sandwiches which were OK. The cafe itself was very cold, did not appear to have any form of heating. The two young ladies serving were very good, one was a trainee being shown around. We would go back I think we just caught the cafe at a bad time.

I was taken to the Un Cafe by a friend some time ago just for coffee and was so impressed by the quality of the coffee that I decided to go back and try their breakfast. I've been back regularly many times, the breakfast is that good! My wife and I are such regulars now that the cook starts cooking our breakfast even before she's received the order from the waiting staff! I've tried other breakfasts, more expensive ones but I'd always go back to Un Cafe, it is the best breakfast around. The staff are all lovely, very friendly and helpful.

Bit of a late review but we visited this café to meet up with family. We sat in the area with the counter. Staff were friendly and our jacket potatoes good and reasonably priced. Would be happy to return.

Un Cafe has recently expanded to meet increased demand and has developed into a valued community focal point. It caters for all ages, from young family groups to carers with their clients, and including small but lively discussion groups.

Friendly staff - food good +cooked fresh. But the room was very cold there was no heating! Shame really as the staff were very friendly.

I headed here when searching for a good coffee to fuel a 3.5 hour drive. It did not disappoint. The lady serving was welcoming and friendly even though I'd only ran in for a coffee to go. Lovely surroundings, and loads of parking.
