It's one for the boys. Also I ordered a meal and didn't get my drink, asked about it and they said I don't get one. Defo says it on the menu tho

You are trying to give me cold bread? You can't give what you WANT ; remember it's a worst thing you do. What was the difference between those people who eat in your restaurant you bake fresh bread for them and for me that I spend 20£ brought out cold bread from the bottom? Did my race play too much? Good for you small mind little man! I will never ever come back.

To be honest Their food is Nothing tasty either too fried or not fried. This was the kebab I ordered from them but I didn't couldn't eat it becauseit was all raw and not fried well. Please be careful what you give to the people, this is not healthy!! And they will give you more food to charge you more that's not fair !!!

Tasty food, can be difficult to order sometimes because there appears to be a lot going on - sometimes there are mistakes with the order when you're sitting in to eat. Sometimes language barriers can make it hard to order. Overall very good, would recommend as a place for shawarma and kebab

Absolutely awful paid £9 for chicken and rice got no nann as stated...and ended up with the worst food poisoning ever, within a matter of an hour or 2 the rice and chicken were luke warm and the rice had definitely been left longer than it should have been, absolutey awful 😖

Disappointed with this place today, not sure if the heat or stuffiness is getting to particular members of staff but the service was appalling. Blatant racism from the back kitchen staff that come out to serve people on the tables, then to be ridiculed to say “we gave you a special dish,” behave yourself. I am not a child that gets lied to in order to appease me. I asked for a particular dish and was told it’s “sold out/finished,” yet 6 other people who came in after, ordered after and sat to eat after myself, were able to get the dish, mind you, they were Kurdish, I am not, racist behaviour comes to mind. When I confronted the particular member of staff, he couldn’t look me in the eye, walked off like a child told off, disgusting behaviour. Spoke to the member of staff at the front and he apologised and said this sincerely, but his colleague was flat out patronising and came out with the “special dish” comment. Fix up guys, this is wrong, not the way to maintain business or customers.

Unprofessional staff without customer service skills. Gave wrong food to the table twice. Then waiter brought what looked like our food. We took a bite and another server came to say. This is not your food, why did you accept it. And yelled at us more than 3 times. Why did you eat? Wow just wow. No apology. And when we left they had the cheek to ask for £6 more for things we didn't order. They only had 2 tables to serve food to. Shouldn't be rocket science. I couldn't even eat the shawarma sandwich I ordered as the experience took the pleasure out of it. Food is OK but they need to have some order or even just table numbers. The customer is always right. Don't blame your mistakes on the customer. We are not running the takeaway.

Need to review portion sizes- hardly any shwarma in anything.

Lovely kebab with homemade bread. I think kids portion of nuggets and chips are a bit small for the price and it doesn't come with a drink. So for 4£ a kid it's steep. But the bread is lovely as was the meat and the complimentary little soup was lovely.

I've been coming here for years, I notice they change ownership quite often. The quality remains consistent, on my most recent visit the portion size has reduced dramatically. Apart from that the food is satisfactory. #8 £5.50 #halal

10/10. Have ordered from here on 2 occasions months apart. 2nd time was a week ago. Customer service has been 10/10 both times staff are very respectful, friendly and hardworking,do a good job and give a really good service to their customers. I've tried the lamb shawarma wrap and the chicken one it's around £3.50/£4.00 if I remember correctly, worth the price for the food you get value for money , the wrap was absolutely stuffed, with a good amount of meat and the salad mixture I chose, just the right amount of both. If you ask them to put more of something they do which is great. And can choose at the end what sauces you want on your shawarma . The wrap isn't a typical UK wrap like you get from your local supermarket it's like an Arab thin naan or roti style naan which is amazing if you've ever had one before. Everything is cooked fresh and they make the naan/wrap in house fresh in the tandoor. The meat they use for both chicken and lamb is very good quality and not cheap off cuttings. They assemble the shawarma in front of you. They have seating area as well but I've only ever ordered to take out. Waiting times are little and you can wait inside at the front. Food is upto standard and consistent and flavourful. 10/10. Inside looked nice and clean. Definitely will be ordering from here again.

odered one lamb warap which was mostly filled with salad and then odered tell them pack deal which include chicken shawarma and salad and two naans . when i came home checked it was one nan and open box it was full most with salad and one small portion of chicken charged me 7 pounds and gave me nothing . Never ever Ask them to take away they are the worse . Highly dissappoinment

It's the first time I've had a Shawarma. It was the most amazing Shawarma lamb wrap I've ever had. The only negative criticism I would give is that it was not big enough, but was tasty

Succulent dishes with fresh ingredients and supporting their client base through good food, fair prices (April 2022). Only thing to work on is the environment in the restaurant (can be a bit too rowdy/noisy for families as usually has lots of young guys in).

I went to their store after seeing the reviews and went to eat, but I have never eaten such bad food in my twenty-five years of life in England. Salty, hard, smelly chicken, so I had a lot of health problems for two days. I would advise anyone not to go to this restaurant. And the service of this store is unbelievably bad. They are so rude.

Me and two other friends of mine went to this restaurant for dinner on monday night they served us sharma which had no taste, cold, and the salad was watery, the lamb ribs were too salty and too hard and too much filling and they got mad at us for telling them. and being rude, and they say what shall we do?👏 We paid in cash before eating and when we asked them for the bill they did not give us the bill😡. They offset us so much that it was not suitable to eat so we left the restaurant. I would recommend that no one should order food from this restaurant.😡😡😡

From start to finish it was amazing, complimentary lentil soup as you sit down and the food was the best food I’ve tasted in a long time! Staff was polite and even got given a free drink on the way out, will be returning and recommending this place 👌🏼

Came here with my family twice in the last 2 weeks and was blown away both times. The first time I ordered the lamb kofte with was beautifully seasoned and so juicy and moist inside, while my mum ordered the shawarma which was delicious. The second time we ordered two family platters which were some flavoursome and filling, more than enough for a few people. Will defo be going back here again.

We travelled down south and thought this would be a good place to have lunch at as it was just off the M5 and had good reviews. So we ordered the food on the phone so we could eat and get back on the motorway promptly. The staff were warm and friendly initially. The shawarma was good but the lamb Kofte was not very good; it was fatty and not very flavoursome. They gave us large chips instead of normal chips that we ordered and soup which we didn't order. I wasnt going to leave a constructive review but when we went to pay I told the staff I was happy to pay for the soup that we didn't order which we didn't touch but him and his colleague's attitude became very condescending and made us feel like we were being awkward. His colleague said they didn't charge for the soup but the price stayed the same. We're just disappointed by the attitude and the average food plus being charged incorrectly and no effort to rectify the issue.

This place is a hidden gem. The food is full of flavour and portion sizes are pretty good too. The customer service is pretty standard, nothing special but the food is amazing.

The only thing I didn’t like was seating area was not very hygienic or clean but it was expected as it’s those typical places that you don’t go to for interior or aesthetics but for food . Kind of like a “ greasy spoon” type of place and cheap and cheerful . Type of place you pop into to grab a bite not somewhere I’d go to dine in for a meal or special occasion

Great grill food with a twist, friendly and efficient staff. Ordered a family platter which was lovely the Mango chutney was added bonus. Plenty on the menu to choose from coming back next time for the grilled fish.

Staff not so friendly and felt one of them was slightly rude but not verbal. Good bits: Food was quite good although I hesitated with the kebab. On the whole the Nan bread and chicken wings was too potent and vinegary. Portion size was damn small and felt it was over priced! I dont think I would like to come back base don the staff and they need to work on their customer skills which I do not think will happen based on the cultural background or where they come from....

This is the best shawarma place I have ever been to. Ive had a few things from the menu, chicken shawarma, lamb shawarma, lamb kofte, Donner, and sea bass. All were absolutely fantastic, particularly the sea bass which was refreshing and light and had a lovely mango seasoning and subtle charred flavour. The chicken shawarma was also very impressive, well seasoned juicy chicken breast was used not chicken donner meat or cheap reformed chicken as in some places. The side salads were good with plenty of fresh tomato cucumber and red cabbage. The freshly made bread was delicious and the complimentary soup and tea was a gesture of hospitality and really added to the experience. Staff were friendly tables were clean and the toilet and hand washing facilities were clean. I do not hesitate to recommend. You will have a brilliant meal at a very fair price.

First few times I went for food here, I had to have chicken as lamb would be sold out quickly, so the 3rd time went early to try the lamb and was 10/10 fresh naan , and salad, and lamb very nice, but then a few times I was disappointed I tried a sandwich but the bread wasn't done fresh and spoilt it! Gave them the benefit of the doubt, but was the same the next time 🙁 but the last time I had food from here I had lamb , salad with 2 fresh naan bread , now I love my dog , and he eats what I have I'll share a bit or cook him a bit of chicken or steak ect .. so I took off some lamb and naan put it in his bowl, then started to eat mine but it tasted like rotten meat of a unknown animal ff's 😲 I don't know what was wrong, or what meat it even was ??? I didn't even give it the dog!! An I don't like to waste food! !! I don't think I'll be going back !!!!!

One of the best kebabs I have eaten. Meat is nice, always fresh and freshly baked naan. Price wise? One of the cheapest for the taste and quality. Would recommend 5/5.
