Nice gaffer. But no atmosphere. Karaoke bloke never said a word

It was nice to chill out after long day in the Crown &Cushion. Get a beer with orange juice and pork scratching just for a £7. Would you believe that,my not till I have seen a 💵.

Lovely well kept pub. Looks charming both outside and inside, which is rare for pubs around here! Very friendly service, and some nice beer on tap. I noticed a sign saying they don't take card payments for under a fiver, so I paid in cash. Nice outdoor seating area albeit a little small.

Great little British pub, friendly atmosphere and staff. Lovely to sit outside when the weather is nice. Sadly not many of these pubs left.

Nice little pub. We went here for one drink after we where at sandwell valley. We would have stayed for more, but our bus was due to arrive. We will definitely come back.

Proper pub. Fantastic staff, and a great quiz on Thursdays. Real community feel to the place. They only serve bar food, crusty cobs, crisps etc... But what else do you need? The main thing is this place really looks after their beer. One of the few places around here that you'll find in the 'good beer guide'. They don't serve a bad pint.

A traditional pub is hard to find in the local area so we're lucky to still have the Crown & Cushion available to us. A decent pint at a reasonable price with bar snacks and cobs is all you need.

Dropped in for a pint in passing after visiting Sandwell Valley Park. It's a nice pub, well maintained, with friendly and professional staff, decent beer and the best cheese and onion cobs we've had in a long time.

Arrived about 9.00pm asked about karaoke it was mainly a disco with the odd time he let people sing then returned to disco nice pub nice staff very friendly

Wine on draught, real ales plus the usual ciders and lagers, this is a really nice pub, it is clean and well maintained, there is parking at the rear of the pub and the landlady lights the wood burner to ward off any chill in the air.

Awful only in there for 20 minutes with our granddaughter. Drunk man in there shouting and swearing non stop the f word over and over. He was that loud he gave me headache. We only drunk half our drink and took the rest outside to finish it in the freezing cold

Great pub, excellent bar staff, karaoke on Friday night with Magic Mike brill, good set of regulars. Carling needs to be reduced by about £2 a pint ( other than that not bad).
