The owner of this takeaway, get a booster seat to see over the steering wheel better. Jumping red lights on a crossing when pedestrian's tryna cross with a pushchair then the small hands making gestures. That too on a school road when the children are leaving. Like seriously how late was that delivery that you drove as if you don’t have a license. Your food always arrives cold anyway.

Shocking from ordering and 3 phone calls 2 hours later and food cold

Great food, especially the chicken fillet burgers. Lovely team too, and amazing service. Me and the family, tend to eat various places as we mix things up. But I can say we have been eating their food for at least 14 years.

Placed my order at 5 o’clock and the delivery turned up at 6.50 nearly 2 hours for my order run the restaurant at 25 past 6 said it would be 10 mins so I rung them back and spoke to them I said I have been waiting nearly 2 hours they said it was round corner no sorry at all then they put phone down on me as I was speaking not happy 1 bit won’t be ordering again Eva

Food was delicious and although it arrived late but food was piping hot. Taste was exceptional no doubt. Always our favourite.

Horrible Service. Food ordered at 5:20 came at 7:05. They claimed they gave me something from the menu free of charge to compensate for late delivery but there was nothing. Just what I ordered 😂😂.

i ordered a mixed kebab no salad. but iwas given salad on the kebab, thing is im allergic to tomatos and lettuce. i had to throw it in bin because of cross contamination. Symptoms can range from mild to severe, including skin irritation, mouth and throat itchiness, abdominal pain.

Very poor quality food. Food was not as described and missing multiple items. Won’t be ordering again

I was sent somebody’s half eaten burger! Had to throw the whole lot in the bin , will not order again, avoid!

Order came wrong, ordered a wrap and a burger arrived which was dissapointing but overall food was ok.

Messed order up, Some food was missing from the my order. Called and they sent the missing food, but when that arrived the chicken burger was spicy, they sent the wrong one.

I like the food they prepare, but once when I didn't receive my delivery I called them about this and the person who picked up the phone started arguing with me that they delivered food to the right place. There was no apology either or anything like this after they finally agreed to send me my order once again. I won't be to harsh about my ratings because it happened to me only once for all that time I ordered something from UK rooster. Why drivers do not ask people for an order ID?

Last one was fabulous, nearly topped our usual place but this time not hald as much in the kebab, salad cucumber and lettuce all sweaty like jts been sat in the box for an hour, not good at all.

app said delivery between 5:15 & 5:30, at 5:30 the app said delivered, I rang to shop to say nothing had been delivered, the person I spoke to said it has just set off and be with me in 10 mins, I called the shop again at 6:15 again asking where my food was, told sorry as very busy, food finally turned up 5 minutes later, my wife's pizza was burnt and only like warm. very poor service.

We order from here regularly and normally it's very good but tonight was very disappointing. it took 2 hours to arrive from ordering and then we had a large chicken bone in a bbq chicken pizza and the food was only just warm.

Pre ordered at 630 for a 745 delivery -several phone calls later and staff who didn’t care about the delay -food arrived at 850 -cold food , no apology , had to microwave straight away -all in all very very poor service -avoid

Phoned to explain, they said they'd call me back but no further contact. 2 meals that we cant eat, complete waste of money. I've learned my lesson. I rang up after an hour to ask where it was. they said the delivery driver has it and is on it's way. 40 minutes later still not here so rang again to be told I've not ordered from there and that I'd rang the wrong number. I told them I spoke to someone when I rang the 1st time to be told that I haven't rang up that they'd been there all night and they'd not received any order from my address and not spoke to me. they was very rude. won't be ordering from there again

I have claimed money back through just eat for a pathetic portion of cold soggy chips and a half teaspoon of mayonnaise. The driver apologised saying new guy in the restaurant was sending drivers totally all over place. I live within a 10 minute drive max, I had to put few chips i got under grill as they had been round Wakefield for an hour (my gas). This was Wednesday tea time and totally unexceptable, it all went in bin so should get refunded for entire order.
