Terrible timing for delivery took 2 hours from ordering to ring multiple times and be told 15 minutes then ring again and say it is just on it a way. Bad communications and customer service. But thank you to the driver for doing his job

my order was missing an item I phoned them she couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her when she realised what I meant she told us we had to go collect the missing order ourselves as her driver was too busy to come back or I could just have an extra portion next time I order but she never took my name or anything we also ordered samosa which wasn't hot and tasted grease so overall the meal cost me £23 and was a total waste of money won't order again

Food should have arrived by 20.30 it's now 21.33 and still no food after ordering at 19.20 to say I'm annoyed and hungry is an understatement

Egg fried rice was burnt badly we had to throw it away , everything else good.

Food has really gone downhill. There were about 15 chips in the portion and 8-10 small pieces of chicken in the sweet and sour, as well as barely any meat on the ribs. The only decent portion was the chow mein, however it didn't have any real taste to it.

there was nothing special about there fried rice basically over cooked chicken fried rice with 2 prawns slapped on top n 2 pieces of pork rice is stodgy and tasteless

I ordered king prawn curry and chips yesterday evening.. it was the worst I’d experienced from there. The curry sauce lacked flavour and was like water. Hardly any prawns and veg in the curry and a hand full of chips.. for the same price! I will definitely not be ordering from them again

Food arrived 35 minutes late as it was expected to arrive between 6:10pm - 6:30pm, didn't arrive until just after 7pm and 3 items were missing from the order to which upon phoning the store they were telling me we hadn't ordered from them when we had, and then was told they'd sort it and we'd get our missing items within 15 minutes, but again that took 40 minutes, overall waited over 2 hours for all food to be here, very disappointing, this used to be my go to Chinese, not anymore.

Absolutely avoid bad service terrible cold food re- cooked god knows how many times. Staff are rude and lie. Driver is really rude. This used to be amazing and I would recommend to anyone. But now save your hard earned money and go elsewhere ….. appalling can’t stress that enough

Placed a very large order and expected to take longer than usual. Only issue was we ordered crispy beef on ok sauce and crispy chicken in sweet chilli and both sauces appeared to be OK sauce but they were both lovely anyway.

Wrong food arrived, undercooked, and poor tasting.

2 mixed grills no liver gravy too thick only got 2 sausage, 1 piece of bacon, a steak. Meant to be sausages, liver, bacon and steak not acceptable

Do not order from this place. We got a chicken curry, the chicken was that slimy that we couldn’t eat it. We also got prawn toast, all it tasted like was awful oil. We also got spare ribs in bbq sauce. More like spare ribs in oil. This has got to be the worst Chinese we have ever had in Wakefield.

Food was great and fast but was expecting free items as said in bio for restaurant. Spent just under £40 so would be 3 things but no..very disappointed in that.

Food was warm… delivery was over 20mins late, this was after waiting the original quote hour, they actually marked it as delivered and it hadn’t arrived…. Not worth the wait time for okay Chinese food…

Ordered from here for the first time to receive missing items, cold food and food that wasn’t what we ordered £33.40 Ordered… crispy chilli beef - not crispy just dry small bits of beef in sauce that’s just like water with garlic in Crispy beef in ok sauce - again not crispy just more dry small bits of beef in a watery like sauce with more veg than beef Chips - cold No egg fried drive arrived that I ordered and then DRY beef spare ribs arrived as a couple of spare ribs with loads of bbq sauce on top Only think that came right were the sweet and sour chicken balls Rang up to complain to be told I’d have to wait another 30 minutes but I’d only get the fried rice not the rest of my order that was wrong. Rang twice and been told CANT have a refund and won’t be getting fried rice unless I will wait Disgraceful. Wouldn’t waste your money here.

We tried 3 dishes and all were lovely with quality ingredients. I like how the special chow mein and chicken chow mein we ordered came in much larger tubs. From other Takeaways when I've ordered a chow mein it's always crammed in a little tub like what you get rice in which isn't fair. Highly recommended.👌🙂

I ordered from here a while ago and the meal took ages to arrive but thought I'd give it another try. No better. Unfortunately the food wasn't worth the wait. I'm sorry to say I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered Cantonese sweet and sour chicken with Chips and bbq ribs... The sweet and sour chicken was not the best. As for the ribs, i took one bite out of it and spat it out... The chips were the only part that were decent... Very disappointed

Order confirmed at 18:49 app said arrived - called restaurant to cause at 20:36 as not arrived - was told it would be 20 minutes - it arrived at 21:20 hours - rice missing and incorrect order and no apology - will never order from here again

I am really sorry, but the food was awful, never have we had a black bean that was pale, tasteless brown, honestly it was not nice at all, it was hot though

Avoid at all costs. Awful service. They forgot part of my order & when called they refused to either send them out or refund me for them.

Missing items from order, very rude customer service, would not use again or recommend.

Delivered prawn Chow Mein instead of chicken for self and grandchild. Rubbery and tasted dreadful. Spoiled special stay over. Could not eat it. Will be returning to new place after trying them again and finding they have not regained the quality we experienced. Disappointing.

Placed an order , hour and half later nothing so phoned again they said we are just preparing your order ! Half hour later still nothing , phoned again blamed delivery driver ! Ended up cancelling order , they have lost a good customer as that was there last chance. Only gave one star as had to to leave review . Would not recommend . Ordered from Sun Park for a while now and the food as always been nice. But lately it as been hit and miss, don't know why. Tonight we Ordered a chicken curry and a special curry and they were disgusting. They were basically just sauce and onion with a few bits of meat that tasted like rubber. We ended up binning the food, I won't be ordering again, if you want a nice meal, then don't order from here

Nice food reasonable price and good service, however there are better local Chinese takeaways around. But overall nice enough.

Had to phone just eat to get a refund. If you make a simple dietary request, no veg in anything (made it simple enough for the restaurant and for my disabled children) they ignore you and then blame you for a confusing request. When I phoned them they kept leaving the phone while I was speaking and then they eventually hung up on me after shouting at me. They offered to give me 1 free main next time I ordered, not sure how they thought that that made up for over £30 worth of wasted food that they got wrong, eventually they wanted to resend the order (which took over 1 and a half hours to arrive in the first place) but not the chips or plain noodles as they got them right, I repeatedly explained that the food would arrive after my children went to bed so would be no use to me and that obviously if they did resend the part order the chips and noodles would be cold. The owner refused to come to the phone so some rude woman was speaking between us both and kept leaving the phone whilst I was explaining myself to speak to the owner. The man from just eat customer service said he was also spoken to like rubbish and hung up on when he phoned them twice about my order. Eventually I got a full refund and I will never use this rubbish take away again. They have no respect for customers at all and this is the 3rd time I've ordered from them so it's not a one off. I ordered special fried rice before without veg and they gave me a plain chicken fried rice but charged me for a special, I phoned and the rude woman said they were about the same even though I payed more for a special fried rice. The first time I ordered from them it took nearly 3 hours to arrive! If you want a take away to save you the stress of cooking and to feed your children before they need to go to bed then don't choose here, even their delivery driver says they get constant complaints.

Spontaneous meal stop, so glad we did loved it. Staff were very polite and friendly, have to say best Chinese I've ever had, kids loved it too. Will defo be returning when I visit family again. Thank you xxx

Really poor service and extremely rude, whilst also coughing constantly down the phone! I have received takeaways from them in the last month and suddenly have decided to decline my order tonight. They said that they dont want to travel 4 miles to me as its not making them enough money, I offered to pay £20 as I normally tip the delivery woman £10, she said no. They were just rushing me off the phone and I mentioned i am a regular loyal customer, there response was 'dont care, we too busy' - terrible service throwing customers away like that, certainly when I make a minimum of £50 orders for me and my family. Go and get some lessons in business and customer service!

Wouldn't even give it one star but thats the only option. Had a King Prawn Chop Suey.....had to doctor it with my own garlic chilli and ginger as it was flavourless ...vegetables swimming around in a brown water liquid and the rice was watery too

So fancied Chinese for days so I ordered from here never again will I order from here, the beef curry just looks as bad as it tastes, I love beef curry but think this has just ruined it for me! My partners got chicken in OK sauce more like chicken in water well dunno even if it was chicken!! Only good thing was chowman nd that had mushrooms init so if I ever in my dreams order here again il just be getting the prawn crackers 😂😈

Just picked up my order. Salt and Peper chicken is so dry it's hard to eat it. And curry sauce have no taste at all,it's some yellow disgusting mass. I gave this place like 3 chances,but nothing changes. Worst Chinese takeaway in Wakefield. I have been in others and I can say this for sure! Disappointing.

Always liked this Chinese but recently ordered took over an hour to come, rang up twice to speak to someone and got hung up on both times, really bad customer service. I don't even think they care about there customers
