Always use ugo, but alate standards have dropped, ordered pizza x2 and wedges, pizza looked like it had been thrown in box and wedges tasted of mucky old oil which left horrible taste in mouth , not good enough has we use them alot.

Good food and service, guy behind counter a bit camp though.

Really good pizza, lots of toppings & all really fresh. Service is always quick & friendly. Today we had to wait a little longer as quality checks were being done, but pizzas were excellent Would highly recommend!

Ordered for collection & delivery. Great, fast service on both. Delivery took around 30 mins. Great tasting food. One of the best tasting Doner Meats I have found in West Yorkshire. Chips are lovely and different from your standard takeaway chips. Pizzas are great too. All round a great takeaway.

Delivery drivers treat the village as their own private race track, dangerous and stupid driving. All to save seconds on delivery time. Joke

Always had a perfectly cooked tasty pizza whenever I've ordered from here. Friendly staff. You can order and pay online for delivery or collection. Ordering and paying instore it says cash only.

Best pizza and Kebab for miles!

If I could leave zero stars I would! Moved out of Gildersome for a while and found my favourite pizza shop gone, replaced with a poor quality substitute. Shop looked drab on entry and dirty, could do with shutting down for a week to have it jet washed! My pizza had hardly any toppings on, appeared greasy and tasted so bad I only had one bite and threw it in the bin. I'm not in the habit of leaving bad reviews but felt compelled to let people know how disgusted I was. I googled for my old favourite pizza shop "Pizza Cabin '', took a drive to Morley at the side of the Fountain pub and ordered my favourite pizza, all was well with the world once more. If you want a good pizza I recommend a trip to Morley to save disappointment! Response to your reply: Your reply was not needed in this case, I'm entitled to comment on things as I find. My opinion counts same as other reviews left and for you to mention in your reply that my review is unjust is simply you protesting about the review I left. As I've been out of the area for a while and on my return leave a review for you and the pizza shop I visited after you shows that I can leave a positive review if I felt it necessary. I will not be returning to your shop nor will I be replying to anymore of your replies.

First time I've had a bad experience and left a bad review, food arrived with ketchup all over everything as the ketchup lid wasn't on correctly, food was cold, chips were tasteless. Really unsatisfied with tonight's order

Ordered food from here since they opened. Never a problem till now. Ordered food. Told 45 mins for delivery. Rang back when food not here after an hour. Told 10 mins. Got text with new price. Thought this was due to timescale and food been late. Food arrived 20mins later. Showed driver text. He took new bill. He then rang to say I had not paid enough. Could I call shop. Called shop. Whoever I spoke to was rude. I became rude. Told them to collect food and I won't be using them again. Shame on Whoever I spoke to. Poor service.....

The food was lovely. Ordered Donner kebab in Naan with cheese and WOW was something else. Delivery driver very friendly too. Will keep ordering from here and would highly recommend to anyone!!

Never had a bad meal, and have had quite a few deliveries, which are also always on time. The pizzas are the best we've ever had from a takeaway shop. Much more authentic & proper thinner bases.

We were far too tired to cook after decorating all day so we decided on a pizza. We live near Gildersome so we went to Ugo. Absolutely fabulous. They use different kinds of cheese including Mature Halloumi and fresh veg and olives. All the ingredients are good quality so the pizza tastes great. They hand shape the fresh dough and bake the pizzas till golden brown. Naughtily we had chips as well which were crispy and delicious. We highly recommend this place, they put love into every pizza. Thank you Ugo.

appalling customer service, rude staff over the phone, swearing in the background. we ordered 4 pizzas and 3 chicken burgers, and received 1 burger and 3 pizzas. Called Ufo’s and were so rude and unhelpful, we never received our full order and £40 has come out of my bank account. avoid Ufo’s or except to disappointed. as well the food i received was awful. stay away from ugos

Just tried this place for the 1st time. Amazing pizza, a lot of people in Morley missing pizza Bello at the moment... This place is on the same level if not better! Definately ordering again. 5*

Food was ok, but service was very bad. It took almost 2 hours to get my food! After an hour I called up to be told it was 15mins away, 30 minutes later and I called up again to be rudely told the same, and if I don't want to wait to cancel the order. Won't be using them again.

The other day we had chicken burger and chips and it was impressive, brioche bun, fresh salad and skin on chips. So for my birthday yesterday my girlfriend/fiance ordered Pizzas, Garlic bread and Doner Kebab, chips and wedgies. All of it was very high quality. It is difficult to get good Doner Kebab in the Leeds area, but this was top notch. The salad was fresh and the naan was nice and soft. And the delivery team even found our new build address and were patient with us when we had to explain the location. 5 star, fair prices for premium food and a premium service. Definitely the one to choose in this area.

Tastes amazing delivered within the promised time and have never seen anywhere else that offers such a diverse and tasty selection of toppings for their pizzas. Will keep going back again and again. The only place I can get a duck halloumi and asparagus pizza. I tell everyone I see about this place just like the one I had tonight

Food was ok but the waitress was rude and she brought us food that we didn’t order. I am not satisfied with my experience. Poor

Massively overpriced food. Pizza had hardly any topping and was dripping with grease. Tasteless. Burgers were raw in middle and not cooked through. Chips were poor. All was binned as inedible. Waste of money. If you enjoy poor quality and overpriced food this is the place for you. EDIT: In response to the owners reply below. As far as 'genuine' reviews go, I suppose you are only looking for the 5 star rated ones. Firstly, we only ordered from your overpriced menu because there was a £5 discount voucher in the paper menu which brought your total price inline with everyone else, otherwise we wouldn't have tried. Secondly, the quality (or lack thereof) of the Mozzarella cheese, and what little of it there was, is the cause of excessive grease after cooking. For the prices you are charging you could put some more toppings on, there was hardly anything on it! Thirdly, not all the food was binned. A sample of the burger has been frozen and will be presented to environmental health and Leeds City Council after the weekend. Let's see what sort of 'Genuine' review they give you! You may have had some good feedback from people in the village, but bear in mind the pizza shop that was there before you closed down because although their food was top notch, it was nearly as expensive as yours. Look around the other local take away prices. No-one sells a quarter pound burger for £5.10!
