Delivery driver had a go at me after having his child lightly knock on the door and I didn't hear. doorbell not used

Missing drinks with meals. Wings undercooked. Chicken burgers nothing like they used to be

Food was alright but 1 meal was forgoten and tha was the 8 hot wings paid £7.50 for it

Ordered £40 worth of food a few weeks ago, delivered an hour late. Once delivered everything was cold, chicken wings tasted like fish, rang the owner, he said next time you can have your order for free. Just called will not honour original agreement. Shambles, was never expecting full order, at least 50% worth!! DONT ORDER WINGS UNLESS YOU LIKE FISH FLAVOUR!!!!!

Food cold. No salad chili sauce mild. Disappointed

First time I've used this so called 'USA Themed chicken' place and booked through food hub at 22.45pm. Half an hour later it still said my mixed kebab was being made (a kebab takes less than minute to make). As I knew the place was closing at half 11, I realised they were just biding there time hoping I'd turn up after they'd closed. When I arrived, they brought my luke warm order from the back and as I left, I wondered why there were 10 people in the kitchen area. Very unsanitary. Kebab was nice but as usual from these kebab places, just donner meat and no chicken even though I paid extra for mixed. I didn't mind so much until 10 minutes after I finished, when I was running to evacuate my bowels in the toilet for half hour. As I hadn't eaten anything since the previous day, it must have been the filth they'd served me. Avoid this place like the plague. Absolutely disgusting.

usually fantastic but chicken shish needed cooking abit more as thicker pieces pink .maybe just an off day as usually spot on

Food was plain, no taste. Chicken shish was pure fat and chewy. Asked for salad in wrap & there was about 5 strands of lettuce and 2 slices of cucumber. Would not recommend.

Pitta bread was dryer than Gandhi's flip flop . Meat could Of done with 10 minutes on a sunbed ! Vile shambolic !! Avoid at all costs !

First time ordering from this place and after accepting my order and taking my money, the order was cancelled without warning. I was then informed I would have to wait up to 5 days to get my money back, This amounts to theft and I will never order from them again. I have a large family and they have now lost a lot of customers and consequently a lot of money. Do not order from this place.

There are very good dishes, I recommend it to everyone, the only address is usa kitchen

Poor customer service, Delivery driver MARK will just argue with any customer he dislikes and owner will stand by his workers knowing that it will make him lose out on money terrible business if you want you custom keep your workers on a tight lease, they are making a bad reputation for your business tell him if he wants to ket of steam do it away from your shop!

The woman who answers phone doesn't half do my nut in - a tell her what I want then she repeats it back in jumbled up fashion.. Then whilst I take the mesely 3 seconds to think if she's got it correct she gets all impatient and starts going.... "heeelllllooooooo", very rude woman Also this shop has got soo expensive, emat n chips and onion rings (8)... £17 - madness

Food is nice but is so expensive for 3 piece chicken and chips with a can it has gone from £6 then £9 to £10.50

We went there and got two small meat and chips, they overcharged us and when I told them about it took an abnormally lengthy time to process my particular order (half the total order) before issuing a refund (while taking my food behind a wall before bringing it back) seemed too suspicious to eat my food from so I threw it out

I love this place service fast but can sometimes take a while to get through on the but i think that is testament to its popularity

I usually can't fault my food from here. Tonight I can only say the meal was only fit for the bin. Always ask for all sauces and salads to be seperate, which i always get. Tonight they put every sauce in 1 tub, disgusting. Also the chips must have been cooked hours ago as they were vile. Even the meat was extra greasy. To say I was disappinted is an understatement

I have to say tried and tasted last Saturday 6th where lady who took delivery was amazing and polite and listeb to the way the food was requested to be cooked and so polite compared to many when asking for address ab delivery , a true asset to the company. As for food amazing i have to say it was superbly cooked arrived within decent time and service overall exceeded .. we returned on 10/10/2018 and was as great as he first time.keep it up five star hygiene and food and service because of hat lady amazing ... shout for deivery driver very important as he was so polite and greatful and delivered withing reasonable time and food super amazing 😀

Ordered food at 20.19 phone back at 20.24 to change something they said it had been cooked wrapped and dispatched in 5mins!!! Please, tell me how this is possible 🤔 attitude was touch luck and when the food arrived it was cold greasy and stale won't be ordering again!!

I ordered 2 small doner kebab and one large chicken doner when I add the order I add 3 small meals so I said I don't want a small chicken doner and they said it was none left so I only add the two doner kebab and then there charge me £10 for the two this is taking the piss as not £5 for a small doner kebab I will never use this shop agine

Most of the bad reviews on here are from people who phone with complaints and shout and swear at the staff so never get their issues resolved. They leave a bad review so someone will listen to their whinging? There's nothing wrong with this takeaway, they are more than happy to take feed back from their customers when there's common courtesy. There are going to be hiccups because they are a busy shop, but food never being delivered? Bullshit. Good service guys, keep going.

Ordered chicken burgers they were absolutely disgusting they were far from fresh, in fact I'd say cooked 10 times over. Phones to complain as I was not happy, was told they were fresh, they weren't happy about replacing them, and the woman's attitude on the phone was absolutely disgusting. She spoke to me like dirt so I can assure you I will never order from there again and I advise anyone who expects quality food to steer clear. The 1 star is for the delivery driver not the food or service, will be ensure to inform trading standards as they're food is very poor.

Have always found the staff courteous and helpful. It is sometimes difficult to hear through the background noise, when telephoning through for a delivery. Apart from that, I have found the standard of food and service fabulous.

Pathetic service, never delivered. Delivery driver always used a withheld number. Promise, after promise, after promise. Will never ever use them again.
