5prawn crackers for 5 of us salt n pepper chicken was to spicy and not much chicken i took a picture full of onions always order from here never again

Food was greasy and cold. Duck was dry and curry sauce was lumpy. Very disappointing

Food wasn’t as nice as normal, the fried rice & chips arrived cold. delivery driver delivered the food to the wrong house left it in next doors porch. The sauce from the bbq ribs had leaked all through the bag so chips where covered in the sauce

Friendly delivery, food was hot but odd. Salt and pepper wasn’t salt and pepper maybe garlic and chilli? Was in a sort of sauce. Curry was swimming in grease but tasted ok. Not the best, unfortunately.

decided on something different but my usual order was sent instead, called up the man on the phone was lovely and offered to send the whole thing replaced which I declined as it’s what I do usually get anyway so it wasn’t a major issue he offered me credit for both meals which I declined and said just add something in next time as the man, Eric I think he was called was so lovely, it was a Friday night my food was lovely and customer service on point food lovely as always 💕

Food portions were so small and for the price we were shocked, it was the same price as any normal Chinese takeaway for only half the food!! Delivery time took nearly 2 hours, food was good overall but definitely needs bigger portions.

well that was worth it, enjoyed every last bit of that was spot on will be ordering again

1 hr 10 mins for delivery. Chow mein was bland and won tons had no filling just overcooked filo pastry.

Not sure when takeaway knew it was going to be as late as it was. If they had said food was going to take over 2 hours we would not have ordered. Due to lateness we were to tired to enjoy the takeaway.

Wasn’t that impressed this time round and we usually LOVE it here! Boiled instead of fried rice, didn’t swap the wontons as specifically requested and the satay sticks were too spicy (they’re usually so nice and mild, dislike their description). Bit disappointed tbh.

My first time ordering from here. First of all was 5 mins late. But the very nice delivery driver apologised and said it was busy. Which is understandable. The food was delicious. Very tasty and still hot on arrival. I will definitely be ordering again. And it doesn’t matter that it was late because that’s a good sign if it’s busy. Thank you

Food was lovely however woman that delivered it was very rude, gave her £40 and she just stood there and stared then said oh do you want your change then? Normally id of said no thats fine but her attitude was awful and stood and stared as if to expect it.

First time ordering from here, took a long time to arrive, nearly 2 hours and they pushed the delivery time back once but when it did arrive the food was piping hot and lovely. Noodle box was lovely and the seaweed, big portions too. They gave us some free spring rolls and prawn crackers too. Will order again 😃

I ordered from this establishment tonight and was pleasantly surprised! Reminded me of my last surprise at Tillys boathouse ( County Antrim during a balmy October sub evening) A rather tall semi crippled Albanian Manshe called "Macomb" did a less than convincing rendition of Elton John's "Daniel" whilst gargling a Pickle juice and slapped ham combo.... If it wasn't for The jensen interceptor I'd have been extedited forthwith to Guernsey.

We’ve ordered from U Meal a number of times and the order has always been delivered either on time or early. It has been piping hot and delicous with good sized portions. Would not hesitate to recommend UMeal for your chinese food and wont be going anywhere else anytime soon

Arrived earlier than we expected, steaming hot, and considering we are in Sutton Manor, thats pretty impressive. We got the wonton soup, which has now become my favourite from the takeaways i usually order from, and a Salt and Pepper Box, which was also really tasty, and a good size to share. The prawn crackers they added into the bag was a lovely touch. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Best of luck with your new business, but the food was that nice, you definitely wont need it 🙂
