Costa Coffee in Knowsley

Staff here are superb. Very rarely have to wait and always very friendly and helpful. The best Costa I've been too.

Got a coffee in the drive thru this morning and it tastes like perfume. Like back opium or something like it - a clear sign the staff aren’t washing their hands. Tried to call the number on google to inform them before other people’s coffees are ruined but the ?an incorrect number. So annoyed!!

Thank you to the lovely ladies on this mornings drive thru, i had a hectic stressful morning and in desperate need of a coffee. Ordered my drink only to realise when I got to the window that I left my purse at home. As they was already preparing my drink they gave me it anyway. A little kindness goes a long way.

Went into store and stood around for 5 minutes. Another customer said no urgency in here. 15 minutes to get a drink only and by the time I left queue out the door. Drive through was also closed.

DONT WASTE YE TIME ORDERING FOR DELIVERY! orderd 2 ham & cheese toasties and 2 drinks and it took 90 minutes to come , came and i had received 1 drink and a bacon bap , wouldn’t mind but look at the STATE of the bacon

No queue, coffee & food good. Tables were clean. A group of 6 loud mouth women in, but that's not Costa's fault.

We go here as its out the way so typically not very busy, does the usual Costa menu, coffees, cakes and toasties

Broken down, waiting for a Tow Truck on a Friday night and these 2 amazing staff served me with Excellent customer service, were friendly and even wished me luck on my vehicle recovery. Hot chocolate, sandwiches and a dessert was just what I needed whilst it was absolutely chuckin it down and I was waiting for help. Thank you to Micha & Paul for the wonderful service you gave me and that too 10 mins before closing time. I wasn’t allowed to enter the premises due to branch policy but was happy to pop thru via the drive thru window. You are a credit to this Costa Branch. Thank you for helping me out !!!! I order caramel frappe they give me coffee frappe without caramel but they charge for it get very bad service today

They had Vegan cream. Staff wear jolly and welcoming. Recommended drink was ideal.

Always a good pit stop, although the cleaning is left up to the staff and they're always busy serving .... It's not just this Costa, it's all Costas that I visit 😐

Cake was stale , took it back and all the other sponge cakes were the same, swapped it for short bread

The eating area was very untidy, no sign of staff clearing table, brushing floors or washing tables

Never has any syrups for their special hot chocolate’s or coffee what is the point of having them on the menu if you can’t supply a product.

Very nice Costa but sometimes the staff can be very new and not really know what they are doing. I once asked for a caramel frappe and got a cup of milk with caramel sauce in.

Disappointing experience Firstly this is my personal snapshot of the store. The store is well laid out, clean tidy as you would expect. What let the store down was the 3 colleagues behind the counter. Probably the rudest colleagues I’ve seen in a Costa. I won’t go into detail but if you are going to bad mouth your customers then make sure that another customer can’t hear you. It just makes you look very small. And maybe the way you throw customers food around isn’t the best advert for the brand. If by any chance one of the managers from Costa wants to view the CCTV between 13:30 - 14:00 you may have some very interesting viewing. I personally won’t be stepping into this store again after what I heard. I’m actually embarrassed for the colleagues who thing this type of behaviour in the workplace.

They serve coffee and food not cheap, if you like there coffee great. If not go one of the others, they really are all the same.

Absolutely wonderful staff at this branch of Costa! A really lovely girl, who I am sorry I didn't ask her name, was so kind, polite and caring towards my son and daughter. My son was sat in the back of the car with me waiting for his Mum's Costa to arrive when he said I want to tell the lady about my train as he has ASD. Instead of ignoring him or carrying on with her job. She actually took the time to listen to him for 5 minutes and said how lovely his train was and thanked both children for coming. Really lovely girl and deserves a praise just for that. She didn't have to do what she did but shows you how some staff definitely deserve credit where its due so thank you!

Nice brand new Costa decent toilets but waited ages with staff looking rushed of their feet but the place wasn't actually busy, being told won't be long. Hire more staff!

I really enjoyed the experience as whole. Clean and cozy seating, fast and agreeable service. And finally being able to enjoy some delicious Costa Flat White with coconut milk this close to home is always a treat. Haven't used the drive thru yet, but it seems to be working just fine.

I ordered a skinny decaf mocha. I got half a cup of watery froth. No taste of chocolate what so ever!! Worst £3.20 I’ve spent. Through it in the bin!

For a new place it runs very well, staff are always helpful and polite whenever I have visited.

I know it's a drive thru but could do with some more outdoor seating apart from that service was great staff were very friendly an efficient
