Ordered online waiting ages phones up to see how long it’s going to be they said it’s on the next order I said ok 20 minutes goes by I calls again asking where is my order they said it’s on the next order I said you told me that 20 minutes ago then he started shouting down the phone and so did I his attitude absolutely stinks I won’t be using you again. 😡

Been served by Megan today. I was charged extra for an item I didn’t ask. (mistakes happens ,I get that) apology is enough. But couldn’t hear even that. The spoons been dropped into my tray rudely and face expression was already telling a lot. The lady before me brought back her food to complain about it (wasn’t sure why) and the attitude was the same ,disgusting . I do understand that working with people can be sometimes hard to deal with but there is no reason to show your anger throwing things loud in your face because of her own failure. Will never back again

Pedido 3 x comidas / fish & chips y todo estaba listo. Las instalaciones son agradables y limpias, el personal era eficiente sirviendo y no se mantuvo durante un período prolongado antes de que la comida estuviera lista. Uno de los menús más largos que he visto en un chino - lo que sea que lo venden. Solo en efectivo, lo que es un dolor absoluto, pero si vas al lado de la tienda OneStop puedes comprar una bebida y recuperar el dinero en efectivo y si no quieres comprar nada, todavía te darán efectivo por un cargo de £ 1.
