We had the set menu which had very little options, we ordered very quickly but the wine took half an hour to arrive and the starters didn’t arrive for another 30 mins which was Luke warm & the main course took ages arrive we went for chicken casserole which wasn’t obviously freshly cooked, they were very short staffed and service was awful but they didn’t charge for the wines because if this

This spot was very nice for a quiet solo dinner! The gentlemen who seated me were very kind and polite and my server, Carmenta, was so sweet and attentive! I didn't have to ask for anything, she was on top of it! After a delicious pasta dish for dinner, I was stuffed, but Carmenta told me about the strawberry chocolate ganache dessert. She made it sound so good I went ahead and got one to take back to my room for later! P.S. One of the gentleman who seated me noticed I had brought a book to read and placed the light on my table accordingly, which was very thoughtful of him and greatly appreciated!

I reviewed previously about his property but I think it’s not gonna fair if I am not gonna leave a review or mentioning about this property or about staff I had encounter with miss happy & mrs jana both are tremendously great they know what job they taken in hand and how to execute it I can only say in one line these kind of employees and human being are back bone of trade or any business they are grassroot people who convert the name of brand and valuation of the business wisely they people deserve respect on the top and daily motivation & appreciation. My best wishes with all of them including there brand but above all for both of them specially best of luck guys see you soon.

Carmelita was our waitress for an outstanding dinner at Tyburn Kitchen located in the Hilton Metropole Hotel-London. She provided impeccable service and excellent recommendations. She made us feel like we were the most important people in the restaurant. We will ask for her on our next dining experience.

Rahul Kalva took excellent care of us when we showed up a little late☺️. He made us the best espresso martini that we have ever had and gave us instructions on how to get around London. I can it thank him enough. Excellent food and drink

Carmelita was an amazing, incredibly enthusiastic host who enlightened our experience to this restaurant. Food was great, menu a little limited but has decent options. Great dessert menu with options for all the members of the family. Overall good experience!

The breakfast and dinner service was amazing! Cannot complain about anything! Breakfast buffet was proper with buffet tags. Everything is available. Sea bass and chicken (main course) was outstanding. The complementary bread, seed oil and different types of butter including a portion of salad and chips were served complementary. If you cannot find anything on the buffet, just ask any of the team member and they will sort out whatever is possible. Friendly staff as well! Overall it was amazing experience.

I was there for breakfast recently. The food was quite alright. However, the service I received from Saadi was excellent. Even thought the restaurant was super busy, he made sure I was taken care of while I was having breakfast. Overall experience was excellent. Also, the room was very clean and neat and surprisingly rather spacious for a hotel in London. Definitely looking forward to stay here again. Cheers!!

This was more of an experience than a meal. Paul, the head chef selected for us. The starters were amazing and such different choices than I would have made for myself. Everything perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough.

We had breakfast here during our Hilton stay and it was great. It was self service and included a hot selection of fresh English breakfast items, continental style including cheeses, ham, fruit, yogurts & patisseries. A really good selection. It was busy but staff worked hard to keep thing moving and tables clear & we were seated early. Breakfast concludes at 11am.

Absolutely horrible ... I had hoped to nip in for a quick dinner while I was staying at the hotel for a conference but that was not to be. The staff are completely checked out, the food nothing to write home about and the prices ridiculous. I ordered a starter and a main -- the starter took a half hour, ok that wasn't bad but then everything ground to a halt and I waited over an hour for my main. I finally had to get up and ask the host where my food was. My waiter walked by my table at least a half dozen times and didn't even bother to stop by. After I complained, my food came out and the waiter came by with some lame excuse about ordering my food for the wrong table. Riiiiight. They offered me a free glass of wine (I didn't want it) and finally took the glass of wine that I did order off the tab. Lazy staff who really don't give a toss and meh food ... what could go wrong?
