Absolutely disgusting! Curry sauce was basically water and oil and no taste. Sausage taste like mushed corned beef. And chips were freezing.

Ordered chicken wings and chips, they were GMO huge, covered in a thick breadcrumb, ended up throwing half of it in the bin would never buy again or recommend. Chips were like fish a chip shop chips a little dry so a 5/10.

Just ordered a kebab 15th May 5pm normally they are okay today somethingelse came all dried. Kebab doner snapped on some pieces how dry it was as a turk I know my food especially kebabs and this meat is not fresh either cut 3 hours ago and left in a pot or yesterdays kebab

Got lunch today 2 chicken donner wraps not there usual.Half size and expensive don't think I'll be going back

Delicious Grill is a fantastic place to satisfy your cravings for crispy, flavorful fish and chips. The fish is cooked to perfection, with a crispy golden batter that's not too greasy. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, if you're looking for a mouth watering meal, Delicious Grill Fish and Chips is definitely worth a visit! The tasty home made chilli sauce is also worth trying.

Foods just mediocre and really overpriced

Weirdest kebab ever. Arrived 'flat-pack' or 'some assembly required' - a deconstructed kebab, if you will. Sauce and salad all in separate plastic boxes. Cold also. All in all, bad.

Nothing about order was DELICIOUS!!! Kebabs extremely greasy with no other taste. Salad poor and breads rock hard. Should have listened when others have said food bad since change of ownership. Never again!!!

Disgusted with the service, not one part of our order was correct. I called the restaurant to see if this could be rectified and I could collect the food to be told “call later, the manager isn’t here” and no offer of correcting the food. I said what do I do now and he said complain to Uber eats and put the phone down! Rude, unprofessional and poor food quality I have edited so I can respond to your funny reply… You are quite hilarious! I have never ordered from you before, this was the first and last time. I certainly wouldn’t want your food for free! You would have to pay me to eat that! The way you defend your poor reviews shows how unprofessional you are… you have attacked every customer who dared complain about your passive aggressive demeanour over the telephone which is why you have bad reviews… no wonder your restaurant has such horrendous service and standards with you running this establishment… good luck when food standards arrive. I think you would benefit from a customer service training programme to help you learn the right way to deal with the public who dare buy from you in the future.

Best fish and chips I've had in along time, very polite and friendly staff nothing was too much trouble.

First time I go inside and I felt in love! Live jam session with some incredible artists made our night! But the reason why you should go there is to try Mama Delicious food!Lobster and seafood cooked the Caribbean way I would have eaten 4 plates!Delicious!!!Thank you for the great night!

Unsatisfacted, won't recommend... very poor food quality, late delivery, food was cold, drink has not been receiveed in order of more then £30.00 as should do and stated on the leaflet.

Finding a place like Mama Delicious is what makes London special. Run by an amazing lady called Deborah, she’s taken over an old boozer and created an oasis of music and delicious homemade fishy food on the edge of Harlesden. Her lovely friend Pauline helps at the bar. It’s a place full of great local characters and an unexpected venue for wonderful fresh food.

Thank you for your reply, but it is not all factual. Your customer service is very poor to say the least. I was made to feel intimidated and ganged up on after I questioned the way the food was cooked. That is not the kind of experience I want or would recommend. There are plenty of decent places with good customer service around Chingford where you are not made to feel intimidated. The fact that your reply tries to infer that I was in the wrong just says it all. STAY AWAY PEOPLE

The worst doner ive ever had ever. Had to spit it out, it was like alien doner. £8 wasted... Never again.. Response to owner: I took the pictures when I got home, the time I post my review has nothing to do with it. This poor quality food is from your shop

the hygiene is appalling. the worker picked up my sausage with his bare unwashed dirty hands and slapped it in the bag. furthermore they didn’t even package it and it tasted like soap and water. revolting. absolutely revolting. do not recommend.

just ordered mixed doner and kofte, doner too salty, kofte overcooked to dryness and found a metal piece pictured inside, hopefully haven't swallowed another one, salad not as fresh as expected in Turkish kebab place staff was quite nice

I went for a lunch yesterday with my partner and it was one of the best experience we had in terms of Food and hospitality. I am so glad we found this restaurant. The Seafood Medley was just WOW, every bite was full of flavour. Debra was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Also, not to miss their Jamaican Punch. We will be going quiet often to try everything from the menu.

This restaurant was the highlight of our trip to England! It was so good we went back twice. The staff are so nice and personable, it was like going to a family dinner. This was some of the best seafood the world over.

Don't miss out on this London gem! We'll worth the travel from Canada to the UK. The warm and welcoming ambiance made for a perfect back drop to enjoy carribean inspired seafood dishes. We had such a fun time meeting Debbie the most fantastic and lovely host/chef. Debbie takes her love of seafood and blends it perfectly with her carribean and creole inspired flavors. Such an extraordinary meal and experience that we returned to dine two evenings later. It will be our first stop when we return to London.

I ordered from here a few days ago and was very please with the meal and service. The food turned up earlier than expected, which was great, as I was very hungry. All of the order was present and correct, no missing items. The drinks were lovely and cold, the salad crisp and fresh and the rest of the food good and hot... And it all tasted great. Nice one guys 👍🏻

I ordered a chicken doner wrap and a lamb doner wrap, chips and salad on the side. Must say it was poor food and customer service today . The chicken and lamb was dry as anything today, probably already cut in the metal tins or meat from yesterday . The Chios were soggy and the salad looked old , not fresh at all. Call them to complain for the first time in my life and being there customer for years , I didn’t get apology or a offer of returning the food.He said everything was fresh and just cut . My foot it was fresh the cats even didn’t go near it. That says it all.

I first ate at Mama Delicious in September 2020 when I visited with 3 girlfriends. The food, drinks, music and the service were all excellent. We had a couple of shellfish medleys to share and got other fish dishes too. All were delicious (the sauce on the shellfish medley was beautiful) and beautifully presented. In addition, nothing was too much trouble for Deborah and the bar lady (I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she was lovely). Since lockdown, still needing to get my shellfish medley fix, I've been ordering takeaways instead and it still impresses every time. I highly recommend Mama Delicious for the best seafood experience.

Decent food kebabs are good, nice chilli sauces, burgers I would avoid. The burger meat is very bland and a mixture of meats. The kebab meat though was nicely cooked and tender. Get crazy amount of chips per meal. The salad was nice and fresh each time I ordered.

Its new owner. Use to be only Kebab . Now new owner introduced the fish 🐟 and chips 🍟. I haven't try their fish n chips yet. But, if they are as good as the kebabs 🍢 👍😋

I bought the most disgusting doner kebab I have ever eaten here yesterday, as someone who has done this job for years, I say you can be poisoned by the food of this place, be careful, I think you will throw your money in the trash.

My partner and I went along to Mama Delicious on a recommendation from a friend and found the food, service and hospitality truly second to none. As the name implies the meal was simply delicious. Deborah and Melissa are the most charming hosts who made us feel at ease in a stress free environment. We would definitely recommend this experience. Terence & Cheryl xx

This was my first eating out experience since Lockdown and I have to admit, I was nervous. I booked in advance and took my cousin out for her first time out also. I was welcomed by a lovely member of staff and I immediately relaxed. We were given a choice of seating in line with social distancing which further put me at ease and we ordered cocktails. Put it this way, The Rum Punch, punched me! it was perfect. Food arrived and it was the best Seafood I have tasted in years. The staff, owner and other customers added to the excellent experience. This is a hidden gem needs to be shouted from the roof top. I highly recommend Mama Delicious and definitely will be returning. Staff, food, atmosphere, 10 out of 10.

My husband and I decided to try something different for our anniversary and Mama Delicious was a recommendation. This was an excellent choice as the blended flavours of the food was out of this world, the service was excellent and the the ambiance was superb!!! Thank You Mama Delicious. This place is a gem in NW10, went for lunch on a Saturday with a friend. We were truly licking our hands ha ha and making various noises. Very accommodating beautiful people. I will be going again and again and again.

I went to Mana Delicious with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday this past weekend.... I can’t speak highly enough I would confidently recommend this place. I don’t even know where to start .... the food was AMAZING hot, fresh and finger licking. The lady on the bar was so lovely she made us all feel so comfortable and Mama Delicious herself is wonderful... can’t wait to dine again in fact going for a take away at the weekend!

The seafood is exquisite, and filled with love. Its my Friday must go too!!! There is a lovely atmosphere to be felt and enjoyed for all who visit, whether you have lunch, brunch, or an evening meal, you won’t regret it. Put it this way... I’ve left there on numerous occasions feeling fully satisfied and with the view of my definite return without a doubt. Enjoy!!! I wrote this review some time ago and I still stand by this statement many months later. But like I said, ‘try the food for yourself’ you won’t regret it. The food was amazing you. Had no options but to kick back and enjoy the excellent service, the well cooked food and just savour the flavours of the food. Nicely presented on hot plates. You add this place as somewhere to visit.

Great food as always, friendly staff and don't keep you waiting to long only down side is that the parking in the area is very difficult

Poor customer service. Ordered a burger. If salad on the burger that's ok, if you want it separate they charge extra. I didn't want extra salad but just separate. Little things make a difference for customer retention. Plenty of other offerings in the area and will not return on principle.

Far from delicious kebab, placed an order over the phone for takeaway when I got home the food was burnt very poor never again.

Ask for a well done doner and the guy took it out the metal tin and put it on the hot metal plate, it was the worst kebab I've ever had, I had the throw away most of it. Not happy with it at all. Will not be going back

Two Chicken shish wrap each contains 1 skewer of chicken and salad wrapped in a thin tortilla cost £13 Large chicken shish meal that contains 2 chicken skewers , salad , rice and bread costs £7.50.... I've been ordering the wraps for a while now only to find out I'm getting ripped off all this time. Very confused why I have to pay double the price for less food?

Not being funny but these guys have no clue about how to make a decent halep! The meat was tasteless and blan also the sauce was lumpy. Take it from this turk go to pinar in Walthamstow

Was once a very good kebab shop but the manager left and now a silent partner is running it and he just lets the staff do what they want and speak terrable to the regular customer's. Avoid as you don't know what else they are getting away with in the kitchen!!

Was in my opinion the best kebab shop in the area. Fresh salad, lamb shish was so tender and will seasoned. Now it's gone downhill, cheap and horrible.

I am appalled and shocked by the delivery driver who was shouting down his phone whilst giving me my food and who also threw his rubbish into the hedge in my front garden!! Drinks were also missing from my order, saddened and disappointed with this service and particular driver I am afraid 😡👎 I don't like to leave bad reviews but on this occasion I feel this was unfair - overall decent food

Didn't get good food had a fly in the kebab eye cream was good but the apple was not made by them they simply got in from McDonald's (in front of the store) and put it in their own packaging. I demand a refund from just eat

Not a complaint, just advice for future updates... Maybe write that the chicken shish comes with rice & salad, then I wouldn't a ordered a separate rice. It only states it comes with salad.

Ordered food at 8pm and delivery notice said 8.50pm but didnt turn up till almost 10pm i fet thwy are busy but a hour late is a bit too much

We usually order from here and we are always satisfied except for this time. The food took an hour and a half to be delivered and when it arrived the food was cold, the chips were cooked in old oil and tasted like cardboard, my meal didn't come with the rice that was meant to be included according to their menu. We were overall not impressed.

Delivery was unusually quick however my request for the meat cooked well done was fallen on deaf ears and the donner was therefore in my opinion inedible. The chicken was nice but the garlic sauce was literally watery yogurt??

Food took ages to get here, and was cold when it finally arrived. I then had to phone the restaurant because of food missing- this is the third time I have ordered and had to call back because of missing food, and when I complained this final time I got a rude response and no attempt at an apology. Absolutely pathetic poor service, after years of custom I WILL NOT be ordering from this place again.

UNBELIEVEABLE!! Food took roughly around an hour and a half to arrive both times when ive ordered from them. When i called the restaurant they said we are waiting for a driver to come in to do the delivery!! Worst service ever. Not a care in the world. The man on the phone literally just said theres nothing i can do food was rushed aswell so wernt even that good. Joke place!

One of the best shish wraps I have had in a loooonnnggg time!

Ordered calamari, chicken donor and wings. The Calamari wasn't of the best quality and there was too much batter on it. Chicken donor and wings were good. Will order again but no calamari for sure.

Always use this place and always happy but disappointed today. Took 1h 15 mins for food to arrive, was sent houmous instead of tarama, my mixed donner came as a chicken donner only, and we were sent one less salad than the amount of kebabs we ordered. Bad experience this times but usually very good.
