I placed a large order for pizza for work and got a great offer. I also left in a hurry and left my change of £10. The woman at the till called back to let me know. Received great service and a very friendly atmosphere. Pizza was very tasty and fresh, everyone at work enjoyed it.

Placed lunchtime order with this place and the food arrived 30 mins after expected time. I called at expected time and the staff were rude. No customer service skills. Do better!

They have not listen phone call cricket. Top up dissent then pick up they talk not good. Make problem. And get more money.

Delicious piping hot pizza. The 100% mozzarella cheese makes a difference. Generous with toppings. I was served by brother Ahmed: a gentleman. Professional service. Short wait time.

My first time using this business. Good food. We had a meal deal with pizza's, garlic bread and chicken strips. We both enjoyed it. The only feedback would be trying to judge the pizza sizes was difficult on the web page. The chicken was okay but I would have preferred a meal deal without a chicken side.

Hands down such a lovely place food was great especially for the price,desserts and milkshakes were so good as well,these days your lucky to find a 4.99 milkshake especially a good one.Mr O was lovely man his service was amazing he went above and beyond such a lovely person i will forever remember you Mr O,he definitely deserves the staff of the year award if your company has one as well as a raise!Thank you will be returning!

I called today to place an order for 10 pizza, a lady picked up and she asked me to hold on for a minute. I waited 5 mins and then she hung up. What kind of customer service is this? I was so frustrated, would never recommend this place.

It's the best halal pizza I've had in Luton. My usual go-to is Papa John's veggie pizza. It's good to have a takeaway who does pizza to a better standard. Stuffed crust wasn't good like Papa John's, but pizza is good. My fav is the Tandoori pizza.

Ordered a Nutella Bueno crêpe.. there was no Nutella, instead there was some chocolate sauce in the crêpe and the crêpe itself was raw.. not cooked properly. False advertisement, as it stated Nutella in the menu on line..

In my opinion the quality of ingredients is not as great as when they first opened. I did say that this place is still better than most pizza places in Luton but this doesn't appear to have been acknowledged by the responder, rather a defensive response provided - you would have thought I had given them a 1 star rather than a 4. Nevertheless, I won't be spiteful. The pizza here is better than most places in Luton.

Had pizza from this place and this guy Umar explained the menu and the prices brilliantly. He’s a great guy. The food was great. Prices are very cheap comparitively.

Gave me the wrong order then asked to prove it through sending a photo on WhatsApp. Very unprofessional. After that, I waited an hour to recieve what I actually ordered. Food arrived undercooked and poor quality. Will not be ordering again.

Bunch of scums, ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides spending over £40 and they give 3 sauces to go along with it. First they forgot a side and made me come back to the shop and then they forgot to give sauces. Wasted money on petrol and to the Pizza was mid too. Would highly recommend to stay away from this place. They do not care about their customers, only about their money.

This place is something else For the past 1 year whenever I feel like I wanna have some pizza two bros comes to my mind they have never disappointed us the pizza is always phenomenal and the service is quick and very clean I would highly recommend two bros

This restaurant has very bad customer service. They treat their customers as if they are a burden on them. They try make as much money out of you as possible by charging you for every little thing. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Awful experience

Do not go here. They charged me twice because they don’t accept American Express but it went through and they asked for payment again. Milkshake was mid aswell

Love this restaurant. Brought a pizza a few minutes before and the pizza was still hot after 15 minutes. The atmosphere is just perfect and comfortable. Two bro's pizza & dessert is just amazing. The pizza is always nicely made and presented. They add generous amounts of toppings and work very hard. Staff is very nice and very friendly to talk to. All the staff is always working very hard and the restaurant is very clean and child friendly. Great amount of food items to choose. I would 100% recommend two bro's pizza & dessert!

Ordered direct off the website they accepted the order then did not deliver or answer the phone when I called them, they accidentally answered and then stayed quiet and when I rang back again they turned their phones off, don't order from this place awful communication and God knows if they're scamming over 30 quid what else they're doing

Absoloutely disscusting! Asked for extra pizza sauce it came with none, it was completely bone dry on a pre-cooked base that was uneatable. Total waste of money! Thrown straight in the bin, I'll have some soup instead! Kmft!

Loved the pizzas since beginning... A suggestion: Can you add garlic and herb pizza bread with the filling you use to make garlic and herb pizza crust in the menu????!!!! I mean I literally order a whole pizza just to eat that crust 😂😂

Over an hour wait just for a milkshake. Upon arrival, staff were just standing around and twiddling their thumbs. Really frustrating.

Regular customer from time it opened. Ordered the same pizza as always but today it came and the flavours were off. We waited over 1 hour had to call the store to find out where our food was. Delivery today was no good. Drove back to store to complain to hear The masala recipe has changed. why have you not changed the menu or updated the recipe so the customers know. But clearly while the boss is away the labour hands do as they please. Never will I ever order again from 2 bros.

Worse customer service, worse delivery service ordered first time and will never order again! Said 45 min for delivery took over 1 hiur 45 mins! Absolutely ridiculous and then cut the phone fee time to avoid explanation absolutely ridiculous on top gave wrong drinks!

Used to order regularly from here. Not anymore. On 4th April I pre-ordered 2 hours in advance so my food would arrive on time to open my fast. My order was two hours late and had the wrong toppings. Every attempt I made to contact either by phone or online was ignored. Eventually I managed to get through and spoke to Ali who took my name and number and said he would ensure I get my next order free of charge. When I called in to place that order he denied knowing anything about it and the staff said nothing was written down in their incident book. Shocking service. This used to be a great place to order from but it’s gone downhill fast.

There not a bad word I can say about 2 bro. There food is really nice the people in the shop are so friendly even know it's just food you pick up they are so welcoming. The opening times are really good to. The only bad thing there is they ain't open every day till 2am lol. The pizza are always nice never had a bad one always hot and full of topping. The milkshake and waffle are amazing I honestly rate them better then creems 10000%. Even the chicken burger with loaded curly fries and popcon chicken are banging. If you haven't tried two bro before you are definitely missing out. I would highly recommend that you give them a try. You won't be disappointed I promise you that. Thank you so much for always giving it your best with food and being so welcoming.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I ordered pizza and no sauces arrived. I called to complain and I was told they will compensate me for the inconvenience. No one turned up, I called again and they denied it and indicated that I was lying, bearing in mind I have been a regular customer. I'm annoyed with the manager who did not handle the situation well. the pizza has not been cooked properly which I also mentioned, with no care at all. No more orders

The pricing is ridiculous 9 pounds for a small pizza ok but when it is only 1/4 of the medium that costs 11-12 pounds it is a cheek, especially when you order a sauce for extra money that is not Deliverd

After having quite a lot of bad experiences in the last few months with my local Pizza takeaway that I have remained a loyal customer for many, many years. I have had to look around a fair amount of Pizza establishments to find a decent Pizza takeaway. I can honestly state that Two Bro’s Pizza & Desserts make the best Pizzas my family & I have ever tasted. They are freshly made with a huge amount of toppings & their pizza deals are extremely good value. The pizzas arrived hot & on time. I also ordered chicken strips & mozzarella sticks & these were good too, cooked well, not dry & very tasty. The waffle sticks & crepes were delicious & packed full with toppings. The milkshakes were also outstanding & super delicious. I am so please to have found this Company & would highly recommend anyone to give their pizzas, desserts etc a try. 10 out 10 for everything. Thank you

When I was ordered first time pizza it is very delicious and yummy but now they don't care for them customers. I ordered last 2 times pizza it is not like that taste. So no recommended 😕 😑 😐. Waste money and waste time.

Went here this evening at a few minutes before 6pm. Staff member was busy then came to serve me and I asked for the £3.99 deal which is available till 6pm. It was 6.01pm and person refused to do the deal despite being in the restaurant before 6pm! Very poor customer service and I’m a regular customer as well. Despite making several errors on my previous orders, I always look to support local businesses. Won’t ever be going back here again! If you order from here make sure you carefully check your food to see if you actually get what you ordered! Shame can’t give them zero stars!!!!!!!!

Ordered two of their pizzas yesterday along with a portion of wings and garlic bread on the side. (We got a free bottle of drink) Not only the deal cost me £22, which is AMAZING value for money considering their medium pizzas are pretty much large pizzas, the food tasted absolutely amazing. Pizza wasn’t at all oily, which I found is usually quite a common occurrence when you buy pizza from places other than domino’s or Pizza Hut. The wings were also absolutely delicious. Staff is friendly and very sociable, greeted me very nicely and addressed me by my first name which I found was a very nice touch as not many places care enough to pay attention to their customers’ names. Overall a very pleasant experience. Oh and their desserts are also 10/10 ordered many times before. Definitely recommend.

It was the best few months ago , but now it's the worst ! Pizza s and garlic bread were dripping with oil and I could literally squeeze oil into a small bowl !! One time it happened and I thought I could be a mistake but they keep on doing that and it's done .

Disappointed today with my dessert over, the waffle was overcooked, made it hard to eat and Ferrero rocher milkshake did not even a single rocher in there, there was no nutty flavour to it.
