I had a great experience at Twist and Flame! Their mix doner with fries was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. The flavors were spot on, and the fries were crispy and fresh. The service was excellent too! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, adding to the overall great dining experience. If you're looking for tasty food and great service, Twist and Flame is definitely worth a visit. It’s a small shop with only small seating. Visited with family ordered to dine in , spend £50 after waiting 30 minutes in cold with family. A guy handed 2 plastic bags and said here you go. They are so irresponsible and careless , they are not realising what orders are coming through. I felt wasting time there. Will never visit the shop again and tell the same to family. Poor service.

First time being here but the services and the food is great and it's so welcoming little restaurant

I ordered the steamed fish and it was good the first time. The flavour was good, it had mix peppers and onions. Then after that everytime I ordered there it's been subpar. The last time I got it, i literally got fish with just red onions not even chopped up properly. I paid 9.95 for that 🤬. The customer service is abysmal if you not muslim. When I went to the counter, the guy stared at me like what i was doing. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Some of the best food I have had in a while. It’s such a hidden gem. We ordered the twisted supreme platter, everything was amazing. What makes it better was the owner is such a lovely guy.

Brilliant place to eat. Should be amongst the top food places in Birmingham and you just know their hygiene is on point- everything is always spotless and grease free (appliances). Delicious food that’s always at the highest standard. Staff are always very polite, helpful and respectful. Would recommend to anyone. Price can be a little pricey compared to other places but it’s well worth it for what you’re getting. Clean, quality meat !

Grabbed a quick takeaway for our drive back home to Notts and the food was still really tasty when reheated at home. Very welcoming service and nice offer to sit in, eat and enjoy the meal before heading back home which we appreciated. Recommend highly. Bangin’ burgers! :)

Stopped in based on previous reviews. Right from the start, the shop was clean and the service up front was top notch. We order the chicken tikka with naan and a hot ¼ chicken. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. Would definitely visit again.

Mixed Grill was ridiculously small for the price. Meat was dry and looked like it has been reheated rather than cooked fresh. Poor quality food and service overall

Been here a few times over the last month. Fantastic fresh food, every time and amazing flavours. Lamb Chops are cooked to perfection and taste really good. We have also had the platters from here and everything tastes fresh and authentic. A must try

A modern and clean space. The service was friendly and the food was flavorful. It was compared to Pepe’s but I found that it was a bit more “lemony” than Pepe’s. I ordered a big grill platter meant for 2-3 people…It easily fed 5 people.

I have visited on multiple occasions at different times and with a different number of people each time. I can say with 100 percent certainty that this is some of the best food you can find in birmingham and its surrounding areas. Not only the food was great but the vibe is friendly and welcoming and the staff are great with their service.

Excellent service and food from this establishment. Would recommend to others for sure. Everything is made from scratch including the sauces which gives a real authentic vibe to both the resturant and its food. Unlike other places the staff are very friendly and will help you out with your needs. 5 stars from people across Birmingham and 5 stars from me. I would recommend both lunch and dinner as the food is great all round and kept fresh.

Absolutely 10 out of 10, this is my first time coming here I had a half chicken and it was so delicious, the chicken was soft and wow the flavour ontop was just perfect. Honestly one of the best half chickens I’ve eaten you’ll be seeing me often!

One of my friends told me to try twist and flame and told me how he felt the chicken and rice was better than pepes, told him this was a big statement. Attended the store today, member of staff on the till was very polite and helpful, I got my food pretty quick, very nice and fresh. The chicken was cooked to perfection, right amount of charring and the flavour was 🤌 the rice was just perfect and not rubbery or lacking in flavour. Was it better than pepes? It was miles better. Highly recommend! Reasonably priced, friendly staff, flavoursome food!!

Alhamdulillah went here on a whim after prayer last Friday at the local mosque and it was one of the best decisions by far - took my dad today and he loved it too. The burgers are absolutely amazing and I have a really sensitive stomach too so most fast food irritates it, but this was completely fine meaning that the quality of the meat was on point too. Overall this felt like a hidden gem / lucky find and would recommend it to everyone.

As we were passing by birmingham, with so many different options available, we thought we give this place a try based on it being highly rated on google. I am so glad we did. Totally agree with all the reviews. The food was spot on, very tasty and flavoursome. The whole family really enjoyed the twisted platter and based on a previous review we also tried the steam fish which was very heavenly! Also a big shout out to all the workers who were very friendly and provided a prompt and attentive service. A gem of a place. Definitely worth visiting

Mouth watering food deserving of its 5 star rating. Calming atmosphere. Would highly recommend and would come again. Food is very refreshing, filling and consistency is on point. Lamb chops and rice was amazing the lamb chops was juicy wasnt too spicy made with perfection. The portion of rice was just right for me.

Delicious non-greasy fresh food, always on time when ordered. You can tell this place like to impress their customers as their service is always to cater to the customers' needs. Husband and I are regular customers and would highly recommend if you like quality grilled food, loaded fries and burgers.

This place was recommended to me as I was after a meat/grill place that was of quality and I was not disappointed. I ordered the family platter (service was perfect) food was amazing, fresh and tasty... my husband described it as really good home cooked food. The meat was soft and tender and the chicken had not been dried out. My kids gave it a big thumbs up too. And there was actually more food than I expected which was a bonus. Salad was fresh, peri fries were good too and naan was different (not tandoori) but still very nice. Am looking forward to the next time.

Chicken Tikka was delicious rice was nice. Lamb chops were well made and soft. The naan.. soo tasty I had both meals wish I had room for more. The chilli was really good and the salad was fresh. Very pleased with food, arrived quickly and warm. Take phone orders which is cheaper than Uber1.
