We had Sara as our main host and honestly her and the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing! The food was immaculate down to every cut of meat, salad and fresh fruit! Even the complementary brownie cake they gave us for my girlfriend’s birthday was to die for! Couldn’t recommend more, straight 10/10, no exaggeration.

We just came back from dinner here, and were taken care of by the lovely Dijonaé who was super warm + went above and beyond for us! We’ve been visiting Fazenda for a few years now, so if you haven’t been in the past year, be prepared for some changes. Since they’ve restructured their menu, there has clearly been a lot of work to make it as customer-oriented as possible since the initial changes, which I really appreciate – especially as I’m quite particular! We went for the churrasco experience, and the cuts were, as always, high quality and well flavoured + delivered at a good pace. Slow enough to let you enjoy your meal and each cut while hot, but fast enough to make sure your plate never stays empty for long. I was also happy to find a new single cut churrasco option on the menu that’s priced lower than the full churrasco experience – I only eat rump, so that worked perfectly for me while my husband got the full works 😂 The market table has some lovely new additions, including a good variety of fruit like watermelon, figs, and kiwi which were lovely to snack on in between rounds of meat. The Pao de Queijo breads are a must have, though I am sorry to see the truffle sauce that accompanied them has left the menu! Overall, very happy with the new changes they’ve made, and this remains one of our favourite places to have dinner.

Very friendly, professional staff who looked after us very well. Lunchtime birthday celebration with family including a 3 Yr old who was treated very well. Food - both choice and quality - excellent.

The worst service ever, party of 12 on sat night rlto celebrate a special 30th. Pre dinner drinks at bar, poor service waited 30 mins for drinks after chasing a few times and bar wasn't even busy. Table service just as slow with serving meats and drinks again. Constantly harrassed to be ready to leave however waited over 1 hour for ice cream to be served and birthday cake to come out. Would not recommend.

Excellent food and service to match

We celebrated a momentous birthday 🎂 and were given the side room, which allowed for an intimate family experience. The food was terrific, and the service was excellent. There are limited choices for the cocktails 🍸 mostly sour and bitter, not for a sweet lover like me. The time allowed was limited, but the overall dining experience was fantastic 👌 Only pictures of the sides due to forgetting to take pictures of the steak was paraded in and served per person...

We visited Fazenda for my partners birthday. We hadn’t been there before and the whole process of how it worked could have been explained better as we weren’t shown exactly where the salad bits were and we ended up having the same steak cut coming to us and the service being extremely slow. Part of this was because we didn’t understand that certain cards needed to be placed at the end of the table to receive different meats, but regardless of that we ordered sides at the beginning which didn’t come until we asked again. After about half an hour of service we were not happy with, we approached a staff member Faridah who turned our whole experience round. She spoke to the rest of the staff, explained the service to us thoroughly, got our sides ordered again and had the meat coming much quicker to us. We want to say thank you to Faridah as we would’ve walked away with a negative experience of this restaurant if it wasn’t for her. The salad and sides were nicely done, the steak was nice however a lot of it we found was too salty. As it was a birthday occasion, they gave us a mini cupcake at the end with a candle on which was a nice touch.

Great selection of grilled meats offered to you and the cold buffet is amazing too.

Booked here and ate in yesterday. Our first server wasn't great, however the shift must have changed and we had a wonderful server who was incredibly on the ball, over heard it was a birthday celebration so came out with a cake and candle which was excellent. There was a mishap with our starter and drinks order with our first server but this was rectified and the new server we had saved the meal so kudos to him! The food and experience was incredible. I will be returning and I highly recommend others to go too

Booked this restaurant for my husband’s birthday When we got there we were left waiting for ages Love that it’s halal and had great options The pineapple, and mango salad was amazing!

Felt a bit let down by how much it cost and what was offered. I've only been to one rodizio before, which was the Rico overlooking the canal, and I felt there was a better offering of meats there. The bill came to £644 and that was for 8 celebrating a birthday. So if you go, just check your balance beforehand.

Great experience and food was spot on

Don’t think I would go again unfortunately. Some of the meat wasnt very nice. Tasted like cheap cuts of meat. Some bits very salty and chewy. For the price of £55 pp you would expect a better quality. So it kind of ruined my birthday meal 😔😔

What an outstanding restaurant with outstanding food! Everything was utterly delicious! The salad bar, cold foods, seafood and charcuterie was on point, and foolishly I almost filled up on those elements. But then the meats started coming around and then we were in a smorgasbord heaven; literally spoilt for choice! Had an amazing time and eating experience. Would definitely recommend it to those who like their proteins. However I will say that even if you don't eat meat, there is still plenty of tasty options, so you wouldn't feel left out! Enjoy!

The food was excellent, however, there was a delay in the delivery of the meat dishes.

I am absolutely appalled by the appalling service provided by Paris. My wife and I had the misfortune of dining at this establishment based on a friend's recommendation, and our experience was utterly disappointing. Paris's attitude was completely unacceptable, and her behavior towards her colleagues was downright unprofessional. Moreover, her personal hygiene was drastically lacking, as evidenced by her foul breath, which was overwhelmingly reminiscent of fecal matter.

Amazing restaurant !! Highly recommend. The service is incredible and the food is out of this world. Well worth the price. The sides are delicious and would recommend the potatoe puree.

I was excited to dine at Fazenda to celebrate a special occasion, but unfortunately, the experience was ruined after finding a hair in my meal. This was extremely off putting and made it impossible to continue eating due to the lingering discomfort and loss of appetite. While I appreciate the gesture of removing drinks from the bill, this did not address the fact that we were unable to enjoy our meal. We ultimately paid for a meal we could not eat. Please ensure hygiene standards are met and food is thoroughly checked to avoid this in the future.

Unfortunately Fazenda promises way more than it actually offers. The food was really good, however the service just didn’t follow through. I had booked a Valentines menu, which they didn’t have the food promised. The menu included a glass of Prosecco when you arrived to which we only received after 40 minutes. When ordering the sides it took them 50 minutes to tell me one of them was not available and the other one arrived after an hour of order. Don’t go expecting a Brazilian rodizio experience, because that’s not what you’ll find. No one spoke Portuguese, the restaurant is very nice and clean, but it doesn’t have the hospitality of other Brazilian steakhouses, which have slightly lower quality food, but much better service and atmosphere.

Food was delightful and customer service was 10/10. We even had the manager approach us to check if everything was ok after my son had bumped his chin.

It was our first visit here on Saturday, and to give credit where credit is due, the restaurant itself is magnificent, and the meat was genuinely mouth-watering. The servers slicing the meats were excellent, and they were never more than a few steps away once our cards were turned. However, the waiting staff provided subpar service. We were taken to our table later than scheduled, but we didn't mind because we had a drink at the bar. An hour into our meal though, with food still on our plate, we were told by a rather abrupt waitress that we only had a half hour left, so we had to choose whether we wanted more meat or a desert. This very waitress also forgot our drinks and we had to ask for them twice. My partner's birthday was being celebrated, therefore something sweet was essential. We ignored the waitress's bluntness and requested for a dessert menu, but she gave us the death stare when we did so. Needless to say, we decided to go over the road and get a desert. It's a shame because the venue is so lovely and the food is excellent. Although I can appreciate that the table needs to be turned over for the next customer due to busyness, I do believe that instruction on how to do it a little more politely wouldn't go amiss. This is not a cheap restaurant, and customers should not be made to feel rushed or as if they have overstayed their welcome. No surprise to read that we refused to pay the tip. Huge sorry to the serving staff for that as their service were great.

Went on Sunday.All in all a nice place to go. We went for the lunch sitting so paid 37.99 instead of £55 which made it acceptable. Lovely salad table full of good stuff. Limited sides selection. Meats were nice and tasty... good quality although some were a bit chewy. Plenty of halal meat on offer. All in all good and worth going but Im not sure I would pay £55 each. My only complaint service was slow and we had to keep getting up to find a waitress.

Wonderful dining experience with a warm cozy atmosphere, very attentive and quick service and delicious fresh dishes. Apart from the a la carte menu, there is a plentiful buffet of sides and you can get a continuous supply of fresh hot meat cuts. Try the assorted desserts for the perfect ending!

Just managed to get a last minute booking for myself and husband and toddler daughter. The service was excellent as soon as you walk through the door. The staff were impeccable and warm and friendly. The food was incredibly delicious and portions amazing. The buffet bar was sensational and you could eat so much of it without even getting to the meat. I recommend the honey pork and lamb and the chimmichurri fries. Kids eat free under 8 and even got a complimentary ice cream for her. I will be back for an adult only evening soon.

Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill is a Brazilian all-you-can-eat barbecue restaurant where servers bring different cuts of meat to your table. Sides: The mushrooms, fries, broccoli, and sweet potato mash are all great choices. The small bites are consistently good, with no unpleasant surprises. Highly recommend the grilled pineapple—super juicy! Meat: • Ribeye – The MVP of the night! My friends went for multiple rounds. However, it’s a bit plain on its own, so I’d suggest pairing it with sea salt, black pepper, or mushroom sauce. • Picanha – My personal favorite! Make sure to get the outer layer—the crispy, charred fat is incredibly flavorful. • Garlic Rump – Nicely seasoned, but the outer layer was a bit overcooked. Go for the pinker, inner cuts. • Sirloin – Lean with very little fat, making it slightly tough to chew. • Garlic Lamb – The best lamb option, in my opinion. It has a mild, milky flavor, not too gamey, with the perfect fat-to-lean ratio. • Mint Lamb – Personally, I didn’t enjoy this one. It had a strong herbal mint taste. • Chorizo Sausage – Available in pork and beef, with both spicy and non-spicy options. Not too fatty and tastes pretty good. • Honey Pork – Similar to Chinese char siu. It’s tasty but can get a bit heavy after a few bites. Stick to the beef—it’s where this place truly shines.

We went on a Thursday evening at 5pm (just as they opened) and it was bliss. Very quiet, staff were attentive and helpful. The starter side buffet table... unbelievable! I got so many sides, I could of just ate those and been happy. So tasty! The drinks were great too.... although it said on the menu happy hour was 5-7 but my cocktail was still £14.00 which seemed quite a lot, but it was really good... so? I'm not sure i can complain about that as such. The meat options were crazy, I know people go for the steaks, but my favourites were, chicken thigh, pork, & rump. You have a card you can turn over if you'd like a meat break... if not, they just keep coming and coming and the staff seemed very happy to be feeding you up. The pudding was their special and it was incredible too. We spent around 160, 55pp ahead i believe? But I'm not complaining at all. It was worth it! And we got a free glass of champagne as it was our anniversary. I'm not rushing back, but the experience was great, food great, definitely a special occasion place 😁 thanks guys. Xx

This was our second visit and we were left feeling extremely disappointed. We were given a 2 hour slot but it took over 30 minutes to get our drinks and after 15/20 mins of waiting we went to the buffet ourselves. Order for our food and the meats did not happen until approx 20 mins later. So we felt we had lost 20-30 minutes. The waitress was pleasant but seemed to have an attitude which let the atmosphere down. The various cuts of meat were disappointing this time, the flavour was not as good and allot of them were fatty and chewy. Towards the end of our 2 hour slot were were pressured to finish and leave with no allowance for the late start. Upon bringing this to managements attention we were refunded the service charge and were advised that someone would be in touch after they had time to look in to the various issues. I received a missed call message and have returned the call several times only to be told the manager is unavailable and that they will ask him to call me - Disappointingly there has been no further calls from the manager.

I went for my brother-in-law's birthday and had the pleasure of being hosted by Sara; she was a class act from start to finish and an asset to the restaurant. We had a large group with varied requests and dietary requirements, everyone was accommodated for with a smile despite the high intensity and spanners in the works. Regarding food, I would recommend spending on the more expensive full churrasco as it's a no-brainer: premium hot sides, diversity of meats and poultry and a refreshing salad and charcuterie bar. This will better inform future steakhouse visits as you will fall in love with at least one specific meat. Something to keep in mind is the difficulty of getting meats cooked to everyone's liking for large groups - it is better that everyone comes to a consensus beforehand, or those who want meat more well-done are served first to get the outside cuts.

A great experience and food all together

Never been so this was a new experience for us. The buffet was amazing lots of nibbles to try and different things i hadnt seen before. The experience of the different meats being brought round was also new and was really interesting. Had 3 different sides with the meal which were refillable. Had parmesan chips with my main also and they were amazing. Really enjoyed the experience and if you havent tried it would definitely recommend. The service was really good also only criticism would be we gor there very early and so there was just us and another couple in there and we were sat right next to them when the restaurant was empty otherwise it was really good.

Good ambience. Customeer service was very ok . Enough food passed around . Truth be told, we sat by kitchen entrance. i can't say much for people closer to the entrance. Experience was top-notch.

I wasnt sure what to expect from this restaurant, I had done a bit of research on the menu beforehand and already decided to go for the Churrasco experience as it would give me the opportunity to sample all the meat options. We were greeted at the front desk and offered to have our coats hung in the cloakroom and seated immediately. The waitress came over and explained the menu and all options. As we had already decided on the Churrasco, she asked what sides we would like as part of the experience so we ordered one of each (6) only 5 came so we just thought one might be off menu, they are small and adequate for 2 to share. We were offered water for the table which we accepted but establish if thats bottled or tap as we were not given the option and paid £5 for a 750ml ish bottle. We ordered a smooth red Merlot wine to go with our dishes at £31. Part of the dining experience is the market table where you can select salads and fresh vegetables, cured meats, Continental cheeses, antipasto dishes etc as much as you like whilst dining there ( think harvester but more upscale ). Now seated with our market table plate of goodies and the sides we had ordered the fun part begins... Servers are walking round constantly with kebab style skewers of various meats, they see if your card on the table is either green side up ( yes to meat ) or red side up ( no meat ) and within 5 mins we had sampled Rump & Mignon steaks. This process is repeated and you take off the freshly cut meat with your own tongs straight to your plate such as fillet, sirloin, ribeye, chilli beef. Plus other meats such as lamb, chicken, pork. We did not go for a second plate at market table or extra sides and in my opinion didn't over indulge with the continuous helpings of meat but we were stuffed and ready for a nap! Its a meat eaters paradise and the nice thing is its served around medium pink/rare with well done meat lovers opting to have the end/top piece so you can choose if you want it more cooked but in all the years I've eaten meat well done its the only place I have had it this rare and it was good! Experiencing a food coma we slowed down to make room for more but no it wasn't happening. The waitress advised us we had 35 mins more and that the table would be needed back which I thought was a little downscale when paying so much for the experience £55 each, we were there total 1 hr 45mins. The surroundings were nice and it felt special we were in the corner somewhat it felt a little closed in as the restaurant is airy and bright. We couldn't fit in a dessert or coffee so asked for the bill. Total bill £165. Would we go again - yes Would we recommend - yes Was it good value - yes ( because you get what you pay for, its not a cheap buffet) its an all you can eat meat dining experience rather than a canteen type help yourself. Give it a try, go there hungry and be prepared for a nice experience.

We’ve been to Fazenda several times and it was okay. However, our last visit experience was bad. We had the sirloin, rump, fillet, sausage and they all smelled terrible. We ended up eating only the sides we ordered and salad from the buffet. Obviously, some fries and salad do not worth the amount of money paid for the meal which was more than 95 (without the tip).

This place is our go-to for special occasions because dinning here has always been perfect. I booked my birthday here for 10 people and was sat complimentary in a private room - we were so grateful and appreciative, the servers were attentive and pleasant.. it made our dining experience feel more special The food is nothing less than perfect, everyone enjoyed everything!! Worth trying and will always recommend to anyone thinking to go ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great food if you are into meat. I have ordered rear tuna stake but came medium well. Most of our party have stake and theey were impressed. Market table (Salad bar) was amazing quality and variety of choices. Dessert was not include as part of the meal now. (In 2024 was part of ther meal)

We were pleasantly surprised at how excellent the food was, however the service was a mix. We were really enjoying our experience - in the beginning excellent service and food. We were then approached by a new server which turned our experience quiet bad and we left really disappointed and annoyed in the end. We booked a last minute table - booked at 4:30pm for a 5:00pm slot. There seemed to be plenty of availability. We ended up going for a quick drink just across the road and since it was taking a bit longer I called the restaurant to let them know we would be 15-20 min late - we were told it was no problem at all. When we arrived there were only 3 other tables of guests. Our initial server was very friendly and easy going. We ordered a glass of wine each and the Churrasco experience - one order was chicken only. The service of the meats and our wine was slow which was fine by us. After a couple of pieces of chicken I was finished (since I enjoyed the market table offerings). My partner had only had a few different meats when a new server approached and asked about our experience, she then asked my partner which were his two favourite meats and she would have them brought out - this never happened and in the end he was feeling full so wasn't a big deal. This server then approached again shortly after to let us know we only had 15 minutes left at the table and did we want dessert? We were told this after being at the restaurant for barely over one hour! (We were never told when we called to let them know we would be late that our table time would be cut short). Desserts menus arrived and then no one approached our table to take our order for at least 15 min!! We felt so pressured and stressed about the table time and further annoyed that the meats that were promised never arrived, annoyed that no one came to take our order, and seemingly no reason for being told we only had 15minutes when the restaurant was mostly empty and did not align with our arrival time. We informed another server that we flagged down to take our dessert order about our experience and they didn't seem to care at all and no effort was made to improve our experience. Also the dessert was bad - I would skip it. My partner's meal was £55 for Churassco experience. The service to bring out the meats was very slow and he was never able to even experience half of the meats that were on offer because they never came out. I can understand that they can't allow people to sit and eat endlessly but with slow service, poor service, it is absolutely ridiculous to pressure us to leave after one hour in a mostly empty restaurant.

The staff provided excellent service, creating an enjoyable dining experience. The high-quality meats were served continuously, and the deli bar was exceptional. This establishment is highly recommended and offers good value.

A really nice restaurant and the food and experience was good but didn’t really justify the price. Everything was just ‘good’ with nothing excellent. The initial service was a bit slow, not very attentive and descriptions of the dishes poor but once the sides came they were very good. The meat was nice and the salad bar was ok when stocked. Overall a reasonable night out but didn’t really encourage us to return.

Been coming to this Fazendas for about 5 years now. Our latest visit has been a complete contrast to the previous experiences. Meat didn’t taste nearly as good as previously and was much slower coming. Regularly sat with my plate empty waiting on another cut. Not something I’ve ever experienced before. Sides were okay. Selection seems to have reduced. Service was poor from waitstaff - asked for additional sides which were never provided. Not the kind of place I expect to have to ask again... Wasn’t even able to flag anyone down to get another drink so ended up getting the bill and leaving. Felt like they were hiding at the back corner to avoid doing their jobs. Disappointing and will not return. Will try one of the similar restaurants in Birmingham that hopefully offer a better experience.

I went there for the work's Christmas party and I am not usually a fan but the whole experience was different and very enjoyable.

Fantastic. I've attended multiple Christmas meals over the years and the experience at Faz was by far the best. There was no compromise on the food quality vs. a normal, non-Christmas visit. Hard to achieve so many covers without the quality slipping, so well done indeed.

I checked this spot out for the first time for a festive celebration and it was top-notch! The food was incredible, with a great mix that really exceeded my expectations. Everything from the chicken thighs to the giant king prawns was delicious, and the service made the night even more special. The atmosphere was perfect for a celebration, and everything was clean and well-organised. I can't wait to come back!

The quality of the food is very good so the prices are justified. The staff are generally very helpful. In particular, Paris was very attentive and courteous when she serves us.

Second time at Fazenda and was even better second time. Excellent service from Saarah and rest of team, and food was outstanding. Managed to squeeze us in during busy Christmas period as walk in. Will definitely be back.

Disgusting save your self the travel

Went on Saturday afternoon,it was not too busy but enough to give it a nice atmosphere.It was our first visit and i must say that the staff on reception were neither welcoming or helpfull and just said to go and wait in the bar area and turned away,we didnt know where they meant so had to ask again,when our table was ready a member of staff came and told us but just watched us struggle with drinks and coats etc and didnt offer to help.Our table waitress was ok but very slow bringing drinks and then went off for a break and didnt let us know so that was a bit strange.I personally put this down to a lack of staff training & management. So the good side to the experience was the staff that brought the different meats,they were all pleasant and very helpful. The food was really good,the salad bar amazing and all the meats were excellent and i felt it was very good value for the money so i would recomment it. There was nothing wrong with the staff themselves and with some staff training i feel the place would be at another level.

Delicious meats, excellent service, ambient atmosphere, wide halal selection, absolutely filled to the brim with the all uou can eat option for an incredible price.

Very impressed with food, service and ambience. I’d read some of the reviews and was worried we’d be waiting for food to come to our table but it was constantly being offered. Lord if varied cuts of meat on skewers with friendly attentive service. The market table wax unbelievable so much choice - definitely not just your average salad. With this and 4 sides included in the £53pp menu option I felt it was very good value for money. Would definitely return for another special occasion. Highly recommended.

Have visited a few times and have always loved it but last night we were extremely happy with the service we/I received! I wish I had took the waiters name, I'm 8 months pregnant and asked for well done meat, once. He made special effort to make sure I always had meat and it was always well done for me! Always checking on me. Food as always was delicious, Thankyou for a great night!

Amazing night, food was excellent. The 'salad bar' understates the vast selection of all you can eat cheeses, meats, dips, salad and veg. Staff were knowledgeable about the wine and made a great selection for us. Will definitely be back.

Firstly I love Fazenda but this was a very disappointing visit. It was a group work event and the service was just really lacking. The staff were pleasant and nice but nothing was really right or on time. We didn't get our welcome fizz, we waited a long time for our drinks and had finished our starters before they arrived, the water we ordered didn't arrive and even when asking again we got the wrong thing. No sides were ordered with us so these came at the end of our meal. We had ordered some truffles for dessert as part of the package but only got 4 as others had ordered desserts. No offer of more drinks or check if everything was ok. It was just really poor even though it wasn't even that busy there were loads of empty tables. One waitress did apologise in the end for the missing drinks and I did feel she knew it wasn't the best service I just don't really understand why. Overall we had a good night and I we didn't let it spoil anything and I would visit Fazenda again but maybe not the Birmingham one.

Amazing place for rotisserie beef and the salad bar is just exceptional. The service was on point It was a bit cold in the restaurant though. And I think prices are on the high side.

Great experience overall - if you do intend to visit organise the parking before hand, we were delayed by hour due to no parking around

It’s Sunday evening with only a handful of customers. Came to celebrate my birthday here. We were seated. We gave our orders for the sides and waited. We went to the salad bar twice. Still no sides. We tried 2 different steaks before the rump steak came by 3 times. We filled up on cheese & salad before our sides came out an hour later. We were full of disappointment. Nearly £150 for an experience that I wouldn’t want to try here again.

The food (rodizio) and service was great as always, but I'm definitely not a fan of the new menu changes. The rodizio price has increased, but the sides offering has drastically been reduced, particularly the Mushrooms and the baked potato which were great offerings. Also the sauce is now charged, which at over £50 a head you'd expect it to be free as before. I hope they U turn and bring the sides back, as the variety has really taken a hit, which significantly brings the overall value down. We usually attend every couple of months, so the significant reduction in side offerings was quite a shock.

This was my first time visiting the restaurant and it was a bit disappointing. We were given a table right at the back, which we didn't mind initially, but after 30 minutes we had to ask to be served some beef and lamb, because all we kept getting was the chicken, pork and pineapple. Based on my experience last night, I would say that the food is not worth the price. Also the discretionary service charge was £42, which we thought was too high.

Lucas from Brazil was absolutely incredible. He knew the meat/cuts we wanted and make sure we had some special rib cuts we love. Very pleased with his service. I wouldn’t give 5 stars just because we hd quite a difficult time with other staff members getting drinks and guarnish. Food was overall very good.

Really enjoyed our visit here. Great service, luscious wine and lovely food. We’ll be back.

Waited ages for drinks.. Ages for sides... Drinks were wrong when they came. Not the best first visit

Todo empezó bien. Nos gusta el ambiente, y el buffet es de muy buena calidad. La lista de carnes era exhaustiva, y el servicio garantizado que tendríamos la oportunidad de probar todo lo que estaba incluido. Soy fan de las carnes de órgano, y los corazones de pollo fueron listados. Generalmente la carne no era lo suficientemente rara para mí (me preguntaron mi preferencia, pero no atienden solo a una mesa) y un poco seca debido a la cocción excesiva. Pero la decepción vino cuando, a pesar de pedir un punto específico en la lista, los corazones de pollo, nunca llegué a probarlos. Lo pregunté dos veces. La primera vez nos dijeron que esperáramos. Después de 20 minutos me informaron que no lo cocinan regularmente, y que habría tomado mucho más tiempo. Nos fuimos después de media hora sin corazones de pollo. Si el servicio me hubiera informado, habría pedido este plato al principio de la comida. Es necesario mejorar la rapidez del servicio y la exactitud de la información. Si un plato en el menú no es popular (aquí en el Reino Unido la gente es comprensiva, tristemente) , o no garantizan su entrega o no lo ofrecen.

Meat was very tasty, good service and well organised. We will certainly comeback.

Primera visita. Me encantó. Desde el momento en que entramos estuvimos bien cuidados. Tomamos una copa en el bar y cuando nuestra mesa estaba lista, nos llevaron personalmente a nuestra mesa. Deja tu mesa Paseo a la mesa buffet Recoger un plato y añadir ensalada, etc Volver a la mesa Voltear un contador de “semáforo” - rojo = sin carne, verde = traerme carne Cada par de minutos, el personal presentaba diferentes cortes de carne Las pinzas que usas para arrancar carne en rodajas Repite hasta llenar El servicio, la comida y el vino eran geniales

First time at this place and will definitely come back if I have the opportunity. Table was served by a male waiter called David, who was a top man!!! 🙌🥳 And they have a cloakroom for your jackets too. 😎
