Couldn't fault anything, service and food was amazing

As a meet lover, I loved this place. It’s a Brazilian classy concept restaurant Where you will be charged for a set of food which includes deferent types of meet, beef, pork, chicken, and will be served to you until you stop them. Salad bar also is available and included. try not to eat a lot of it to leave space for the meet Aside dishes also include, you can choose from the menu, you can see it in the pictures and really were so delicious. Service was very good Reservation is strongly recommended I forgot to mention the dessert, one of the most delicious desserts I ever tried The whole set is for about 60 GPB per person Halal food and service is available

Really terrible for those that eat fish/veggie/vegan. Went with six meat eating lads who were well catered for. I got some overcooked cod and some really sloppy risotto an hour later. Avoid.

travelled from Stoke, went for a birthday meal at this location, and normally vist the manchester branch. very very poor experience at this store. sat with green cards for 45 minutes(ordered sides inbetween that time, and also ate them) with not a single offering. spoke to staff. offered to FOC the drinks. would not return to this location. save yourself the time and money. emailed HQ and got a generic email back, blaming everything under the sun. solid 0/10

It was a nice surprise. Of course, as Italians we always expect the best in terms of food, but here you will be surprised by the quality of the meat. Very good and served continuously. To try!

Too expensive for what you get, go elsewhere. You may have access to premium meat suppliers (who provide a continuous order discount that is not passed on to the customer), however, the quality of the meat and the method of preparation do not justify the high cost. With a considerable amount of culinary experience, including work in the catering industry, it is evident from previous reviews that the primary focus of your business model is to maximize profit at the expense of customer satisfaction. As a customer who is not obligated to pay a service charge, I am well within my rights to request its removal. The only instance in which I received satisfactory service was when my server presented the bill at the conclusion of the meal. I did not feel welcomed in your establishment, nor did I appreciate the cramped seating arrangement. While I understand the importance of maximizing profits, the lack of attention to customer experience is concerning. It is my belief that all members of your staff, including the cleaning crew, require retraining given the high prices charged by your establishment. The atmosphere your company strives to create is commendable, however, the execution falls far short of expectations. As an individual with leadership experience in the military and other settings, I value the importance of well-trained and motivated staff. The prevalence of staff engaging in personal conversations, while perhaps contributing to the ambiance, should not impede the level of customer service expected in a business of your caliber. The cleanliness standards within the restaurant are subpar, resulting in a lackluster dining experience and poor customer service. Despite the lack of attention from the staff, I found their preoccupation with personal conversations to be somewhat of a relief. I promptly requested the removal of the expected service charge, which was met with delays. As time constraints forced me to prepare to depart, the server continued chatting without processing the final bill in a timely manner. I made my way towards the manager, who seemed preoccupied with other matters within the establishment. Upon observing the manager's handling of various issues, it became apparent that improvements were necessary in the operational structure of your business. Immediate feedback, aside from online reviews, would have been beneficial in addressing these issues. The discrepancy between the high prices and the unsatisfactory level of service, coupled with poorly executed premium dishes, leaves much to be desired. It is also essential to address the cleanliness of storage facilities, as well as the restroom and service floor conditions. While I acknowledge your genuine concern for customer satisfaction in your response, the generic nature of your replies is not reflective of the subpar customer service experienced at your Birmingham location. I encourage you to visit the establishment during peak and off-peak hours as a customer to conduct a thorough assessment and address the existing issues. I eagerly await your response following such a visit, as I am simply striving to convey the numerous deficiencies present within your business at that particular location, Birmingham as the others are not of that level. (yes, I have been to other locations!)

Amazing food with extraordinary staff! Lived their hospitality! Their garlic sarloin steak is a dye for.

The steak was all burnt, so hard and tasteless. I requested for well done, but it was a horror. I decided to try the medium rear, and the amount of blood flowing out I thought the animal was being slaughtered in front of me. I did report my concern to the lady who introduced herself as the person who will be serving us that evening, but she only said, maybe try the medium rear. The atmosphere was nice and that's all I can say was good. I don't think I'll be visiting again anytime soon.

Wow. Where do I start. So the menu includes all foods. Sides and Salad Bar. Plus as much meat as you want. Brilliant service and friendly reception staff. A word for Kamilla who was really professional and knowledgeable. Will be back. Thanks.

Visited as a party of 7 for a leaving event. The atmosphere was lively, and the service from Brook and George was excellent. The food was well prepared and presented. Certainly as good as the venue in Liverpool.

Been here multiple occasions and have always had an incredible time. Unique dining experience with top quality steak and amazing service. Price is abit steep but worth it for the quality of meats. Halal food is available on request

Excellent service from the moment we walked in. Kamila the host who took us to our table was very welcoming. Lovely service from Fabio and Zyian throughout and the food was beautiful.

We were early so waited in the bar. Tried to order a drink at the bar but were ignored by the bar staff who served the people who arrived after us. We ordered hot sides that never came. One side we ordered twice - the first time we were given the wrong one. The second time, it didn’t come at all. But the sides were shown on the bill so definitely should have arrived. It was disappointing. We had high hopes as we enjoy rodízios. The cheaper ones we’ve been to have been superior. I should add, the cocktails were good though.

0 star I would give to them. Arrived last night at 5Pm and they sit us 5:15 and by 6Pm they brought our bill without even asking and 5 min later they ask for payment which was fine then when the meat guy came one of the staff told to not serve us and he skipped our table many times. I had to pay 120£ per 2 people ( no dessert and no drinks)and i got charged £13 extra for service and didn’t know why and couldn’t ask because the staff ignored us. I would not recommend to anyone. The atmosphere was lovely.

Great venue, great food and service

Went for a work lunch so couldn’t sample the wine. The choice of food in the self serve area was amazing, on top of the delicious meat served at the table. Service was good & atmosphere good as it started to fill up

We visited Fazenda on a Sunday lunchtime for a couples valentines meal. We can both wholeheartedly say without doubt this was a thoroughly awesome experience. The food is marvellous and the meats are truly exquisite. You can use the market table buffet with salads, sauces, cheeses and charcuterie, as well as hot and cold sides you order to the table. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and professional. The outlook and vibe of the restaurant is elegant and beautiful. It is one of the best meals we’ve ever had and cannot recommend Fazenda enough, go eat there, now!

We visited as a family of 4 for a birthday celebration. Great food, great service, couldn’t fault it! Would definitely return in the future.

I Believe the cost is worthy of the quality of meat an and experience, the staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. The buffet has lots to offer but you don’t really need it with the meat and sides on offer. Quality of meat is excellent. Felt a-bit rushed towards the end of our 2 hour table.

This is by far mine and my families favourite restaurant! We find any excuse to go. The food is to die for, so much flavour and even better that it's all you can eat. The staff are always attentive and are happy to help if you have an questions. I recommend fazenda to everyone! We have been going since I was pregnant and now our little boy is 2.5 and he loves all the different dishes especially the feta and sweet potato mash!

It is the best place to eat meat recommend

Experience was not good at all. Firstly, the explanation of how the restaurant works was poor. Then, when food was served, we had informed that only well done meat to serve and were given plates that were coloured showing the server's this, the meat was rare to medium with blood coming out over the plate! Left after only 3 meat servings. Not a restaurant, I would not visit again and not for customers who prefer well-done meat.

Always gorgeous food. Got upgraded to private dining and everyone was lovely and attentive. We had a pescatarian with us and they loved their food options, and we loved the meat! Strongly recommend.

Poor service. Being rushed to eat despite being on time (if not early for reservation). Delay with service at bar. Some staff did not have a very accommodating or hospitable attitude. Side portions too small. We are a Brazilian family and we’re very disappointed with this ‘authentic’ rodizio experience.

What a brilliant restaurant - can't fault the food or service, fantastic buffet of fish, meat, cheese, salad and Mediterranean veg, great side dishes (think chargrilled broccolini, padron peppers with garlic mayo, roast red peppers, that kind of thing) and a massive variety of amazing quality spit roasted meats brought to your table - you have as much or little as you want of each. The lamb with oregano and garlic deserves special mention, as well as the beef sirloin and chicken thighs - but all were delicious, crispy on the outside and as succulent as you can imagine inside. It's not cheap but is actually great value for what you get. All the staff were really friendly and helpful too, ordering a cab for us and even bringing a little birthday cake. A five star experience, can't wait to go back.

The food was excellent, unfortunately our waitress seemed disinterested and forgot to bring our sauces after we asked twice, eventually another waiter went and got them for us. I also don’t think a service change should be automatically added to your bill. I’m not sure if I would come again as I’d expect much better service for the price.

This place offers a very unique dining experience. Servers come to you at varying times to give you cuts of meat. I came here to have a business lunch and was not disappointed, the atmosphere was very good. It was clean and formal. The server was very attentive and laid out everything so that it was clear. The quality of the food varied but the vast majority was good. The only thing that was a disappointment where the chicken thighs and sausages, but thinking about it, you don't come to a steakhouse for pork and chicken. Prices were reasonable although a little north of standard for the area and for what we received I feel, especially as the cuts weren't particularly high end cuts e.g fillet or Chateaubriand. We didn't manage to sample the wine, however it seemed there was a large variation. So in summary, the servers were excellent. The food was good. The setting was excellent.

Whilst the food was good and the atmosphere in the restaurant was also, the service was not good. When shown to our table the waitress introduced herself and said it was her first day, but she'd be looking after us for the night. We were then left waiting for 20 minutes before anyone came with the bottle of wine we'd ordered and were only then told to go to the salad bar round the corner. The waitress who said she'd look after our table was just chatting to other staff members near the till, we had to order our side dishes from someone else. The waiter with the meat came to our table, around 30 mins after we'd been sat down, he said we should only have meat when our side dishes had been brought, we had to ask quite firmly that we'd like to start eating. As he carved the meat he dripped a large amount of blood down my suit jacket. The manager gave me a voucher to get it cleaned. When the bill came a £30 tip had been added, even after the issues we decided not to remove this as we didn't want to kick up a fuss. My two friends paid on card, I paid cash and the waiter also kept my change as well as the £30 tip! We sat waiting for a while but didn't see this waiter again so we just left. Nice food, poor service.

1300 I walked in and politely asked for a table for 1.(truck driver) the place was empty only a few people in there was told the were full,terrible

Very accommodating to children, one of the very few restaurants that give children child-friendly plates, cutlery, cups and a cute little ice cream container. As a parent this means a lot. As a customer outside of being a parent, all staff are very respectful, kind and accomodating. Food comes out piping hot and delicious. Thank you.

I must say everything was very amazing tonight… Food was amazing and everything was more than perfect. Credit to SARAH to being an excellent and reliable waitress could not have asked for better … will be returning 101% I highly recommend!

The service at Fazenda was no where near what we paid. From the start we were constantly reminded of our time slot. In the middle of our dinner a member of staff decided to announce to the whole private room that we they usually only allow 14 people in the room and that we had 16. 3 of these were under 1. We were celebrating a birthday and did not find that these constant reminders were appropriate. They then kept reminding us of the time that we had left. To make matters even worse, we over paid by 3 people. Terrible service for a restaurant that is supposed to offer a 5 star dining experience.

I highly recommend this place for meat lovers. Nine family members went to celebrate my 65 birthday yesterday. They have the salad bar which has sea food selection as well.Help yourself with this. All the freshly cooked meats keep on coming to your table. Have as much as you want until you can take no more. You have red or green card on your table to indicate to the carvers your requirements. The ambience is nice. Will visit again

Would like to pass on my warmest gratitude to all members of staff for a first class service. My biggest comment goes to Sheikh from start to finish his service has been impeccable. I am aware he has been there approx 3 months but you wouldn't be able to tell. He showed great charisma and was very attentive. Food was 10/10 I will be return after this being my first visit ! Please pass on my comment to him as he has achieved very high standards!

Quite disappointed, we have been several time and every single time we get sat next to the door. Not sure why as there were many better positioned tables. When booking we specified a particular menu. That was completely disregarded. We were also told To turn our cards red to wait for our sides…. Which took almost 40 minutes to arrive from ordering.

We've been here twice now and the food is absolutley amazing. The only thing I would say is the service does tend to dwindle throughout your seating time, so more time is spent chasing up additional sides and meats ordered after the intital flurry! This has happened both times weve been so Im going to assume that its standard practice there. But It is genuinely lovely, feels very nice inside, lovely drinks, great food!

Everything was amazing, the food was delicious, different meats grilled PERFECTLY. Teo was our waiter and he was super nice, the service was so fast and he recommended us the different dishes very well. We will definitely go back!

We had a wonderful lunch here. The service is fantastic from the moment you step through the entrance. We were well looked after throughout. The starter is ‘family style’ served on a buffet and there was lots to choose from. I had Octopus, Parma Ham, Anchovies and cheese board to name a few. The main event is obviously all about the meat joints. You can order as many side as you like, dishes such as Truffle Fries and Garlic Mushrooms. The meat is carved at the table and the server explains each joint. You can keep the meat coming for as long as you like and can simply indicate red to stop or green to go with a small mat that each person has. It was all unbelievably tender and juicy, both the sirloin and the rump were delicious. We also had a couple of Argentinian cocktails which were pretty good and didn’t scrimp on the alcohol. For pudding we had the truffles with a coffee which ended the meal perfectly. Overall this restaurant represents amazing value for money, the service was second to none and each meat was full of flavor, I’d highly recommend it.

Wow. Absolutely amazing, meats was cooked to perfection, hot sides where delicious, the fries and mushrooms 2 lots of them because they where to die for. Plenty of Cold sides to choose from - cheese, meats, salads and sea foods. Desserts was just enough after all of that, New plan 5 year plan of action it so visit each one for our wedding Anniversary. 5* from the food was exceptional, every cut of meat was cooked to perfection from the lamb rump to the rump steak, sausage, sirloin steak it was all amazing. The staff in there are great as well, all of them are none stop looking after you. Very nice looking restaurant as well and thanks for the little birthday cake i had a great time. :)

Visited previously on multiple occasions. Wasn’t the greatest. They’ve since improved the service, speed of service and portion sizes as per my last visit. I visited the restaurant yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of some of the staff members. Despite a promising start with a seemingly understanding manager, the overall encounter left a sour taste in my mouth. Upon arriving, I was met with two ladies at the reception who, regrettably, displayed a level of rudeness that I found disheartening. They made unsolicited comments about my choice to wear jogging bottoms, even after I explained that it was due to a health condition. The manner and tone in which they spoke were not only unprofessional but also quite demeaning. I must commend the manager for being understanding when the issue was brought to his attention. His prompt intervention and attempt to rectify the situation were appreciated. However, the initial encounter with the reception staff significantly impacted my overall impression of the establishment. Unfortunately, the unpleasant experience did not end there. The waiter who attended to our table and eventually handled the payment was also quite rude and abrupt. This behavior was unexpected and contributed to a less-than-enjoyable dining experience. While the restaurant may have some redeeming qualities, it is crucial for the management to address the behavior of certain staff members to ensure that all patrons are treated with respect and courtesy. Customer satisfaction should be a top priority, and I hope that the necessary steps will be taken to improve the overall atmosphere and service quality in the future. What irked me the greatest was that there at least five other people wearing track bottoms. Two were sat on the table across from us. They didn’t seem to have any bother. Why the profiling, front desk ladies? Whilst one of the reception went to fetch the manager, the other lady very rudely to wait on the side. Although there was no one immediately after us or in the vicinity. It made the whole experience leave a very sick and sad feeling knot in the pits of my stomach. On all 12 occasions I have visited, I have never declined to pay the discretionary service fee. Last night I felt obliged not to pay it. When the waiter realised, his body language showed he was seething on the inside.

The meat was delicious as was the selection of sides and the market place for different salads. The service was good too! The only let down was the dessert, which was included but amounted to 2 tiny truffles…. Not great, would have expected something more impressive.

We have been here before and it was great. However, we came this time and it was charred and overcooked. We left disappointed and they discounted the drinks and service charge but to be honest it was not enough. Not worth the price.

Wonderful experience, didn’t feel rushed for time. The servers will tentative. The meat was tender and tasting. The salad bar wasn’t just vegetables, also included cheeses, meats, fish. Thank you Theo and Fabio for making our experience so good.

Me and my partner have been huge fans of Fazenda since 2021. We have been plenty of times over the last few years and have always recommended Fazenda to everyone. After last nights experience, we have come away feeling disappointed. We booked a table of 8 for my partners birthday with our friends for 4.45. It started off well, we were seated, given glasses of Prosecco with the complimentary package. The original waitress seemed to only take drinks for part of the table and a few of us were missed off. It took around 15 mins to finally order our drinks to be told that they no longer do the Jambu Jardín. We were rudely told if it wasn’t on the menu, then they no longer do it at which point we explained we didn’t have a drinks menu. The meat had already started coming round to the table despite the majority of us having not touched our placards, we had to ask to order sides and sauces and we had to chase these up TWICE and the meat had been on our plates for a considerable amount of time, when it did finally come out, our meat was cold. We didn’t wish to complain at this point with it being my partners birthday and we didn’t want to spoil the evening. Usually the sauce and sides are ordered right in the beginning, before the meats are brought around. It seemed for the entire night, it was difficult to get the waitresses attention. Our table waiter did change half way through service, the second waitress that served us wearing a light brown top was much much nicer and genuinely saved our evening - she really tried her best. The first waitress was rude, cold and was our very first experience of bad service in this restaurant after over 5 visits. Ultimately, the food was lovely as always, despite the first round being cold. The drinks were lovely and the touch of a birthday cake for my partner was really appreciated. The second waitress honestly made our night. It’s just a shame that we’ve walked away feeling that we may not return after this experience.

Great place for an all you can eat meal. Also has a very good vegetarian menu. Pricey but worth it for the fantastic quality (including great quality salad bar)

It’s a lovely place and the staff are friendly and attentive. A wide selection of salad options at the market table and a good selection of sides offering hot options also. The meat was high quality, well cooked and came out in quick succession. Though not somewhere one would likely go regularly as it’s quite excessive, it’s definitely an experience - consider wearing trousers with an elasticated waist. It’s the place to be for a solid meat injection.

Very good service from the ladies at reception and those that have served us. We initially had 2 separate bookings and requested to sit together last minute. they have managed to grant this and gave us an excellent service. Background music was slightly too loud and we strugled to hear the servers at some point especially considering we had a big table. but will definitely recommend and come back.

So, ended up in Fazenda in Manchester by accident a few years back, and absolutely loved it. SInce then I have dined with them in Leeds, but this was my first visit in Birmingham, and had been eagerly awaited. I was not disappointed. This is a restaurant with serious pedigree and exceptional standards. Spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, excellent service and wonderful food. I have visited a couple of similar concept restaurants, but Fazenda is clearly the market leader. I can't wait to go back.

Worth every penny! The meat was perfectly cooked, the sides were delicious, they are small but it's an appropriate amount considering you're there for all you can eat food. The salad bar is also great with delicious cheeses, meats, veggies. The additionals are delicious too (scallops photographed) Also the servers were very attentive and professional. We felt very comfortable there thanks to them! I would suggest going around 7, as we went a little later and the salad bar was not restocked, which was understandable as they were coming towards the end of the night.

A great restaurant with fantastic food and atmosphere, perfect for a special occasion. I'm a vegetarian and I love coming here so that says a lot. Their salad bar is off the chart and the veggie/vegan options are fabulous.

We’ve been here many times and each time we come, it reminds us why. We’re always welcomed by our names, we always feel so at home. This time, the manager (I believe her name is Megan) personally brought over a complimentary bottle of champagne on the house and handwritten cards for mine and Ellie’s birthday, along with a range of desserts. They brought over four different types of red wine for us to try. The food as always did not disappoint, as two meat eaters, one pescatarian and one vegetarian, we are always spoilt for choice. I highly recommend the picanha and fillet steak, for sides the truffle and Parmesan fries and provoleta are incredible. Thank you for making my entire family feel so special, and our birthdays so special. A special thank you to the manager for her attention to detail, kindness and compliments on my dress. This place feels like a family to us now.

The food at Fazenda is very very good, no doubt, but what is even more impressive is the service provided. Lem very kindly hosted over 100 of our guests and every single member of staff was incredible. Guests were constantly served meats and sides and offered drinks, inc. tea and coffee. They helped to distribute the cut up cake and really accommodated for our needs. Nothing was too big of a task for them, despite our guests taking us so much space at times. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Lem is a huge asset to the team and was such a pleasure to work with. Her team, from meat servers to other servers to all other staff, were incredible. Can't think of any other restaurant that deserves the service charge more than this place. Many of our guests said this was the best wedding reception food they have ever had!

Attended a corporate event last week. Couldn't fault the service. Big shout out to Eduardo and his team who had to cater for a lot of people all at the same time. Oh, and the food was excellent!

Fantastic meal at Fazenda today. 2 of us chose the pescatarian menu, which was excellent value for money. We loved the salmon and risotto. Although the food was excellent, I have to say I'd give a special mention to the standard of the service. The menu was clearly explained, and staff were attentive throughout, making sure we had everything we needed. And indeed we were extremely full by the time we left! Highly recommended.

Loved it. I personally prefer the lunch menu. Pleasant staff and beautiful experience every time.
