Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill in Birmingham

We had the churrasco experience to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday! All the meats are deliciously cooked, the market table as some amazing options (very upmarket feel than just a standard "salad/buffet bar") and the unlimited hot sides are perfect! (The Sweet Potato is to die for!) Saarah was an excellent server and a credit to the team. The complimentary anniversary prosecco and the mini birthday cake really topped it all off! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and we'll be back again for a 3rd visit soon!

We had an amazing experience at Fazenda for an anniversary dinner. The food was spectacular and we also received complimentary champagne which was lovely. We are excited to return and always recommend.

10/10 In my opinion best restaurant in Birmingham. Staff are really nice and attentive. Food is delightful. From the starters salad bar and most importantly the meat, everything is fresh scrumptious and delicious!

Food was great. Took son as a treat/experience. Very glad we paid the lunch time prices. Can’t help but feel some of the waiting staff hate their jobs/lives, which sort of detracts from overall enjoyment of eating there.

It was outstanding! Fantastic high quality food. Wonderful attentive service from all the staff. We had opportunity to enjoy the private dining experience too and our server was brilliant - A very lovely person! We all had a thoroughly great time and would highly recommend Fazenda!!!

Very slow service on the occasion, not asked to replenish sides or drinks, meat slow to come around, been multiple times and worse experience so far.

Saarah was our server. She was incredible and all the staff were also accomodating. This is our second time visiting this restaurant, we really enjoyed our first time as the food was amazing however this time around it did not meet our expectations at all. Most of the meats served were undercooked, to the point that they were not chewable. Again, the service was good but would not visit again due to the quality of the food. Sorry to see the significant decline in quality of a place that we enjoyed so much.

The experience was very pleasant, but since we are from the pampas of Rio Grande do Sul, we thought it lacked the flavor of the barbecue, as the meat is not grilled so it did not have the flavor of smoked meat, and we would add potato salad with mayonnaise.

This place is lovely the signature steak is juicy and tender. The buffet bar is well stocked and lovely to be fair I'm not a picky eater but the food is great.

The food is incredible. I would recommend a couple of sides and the unlimited meat service. Service is also very good. Depending on your seat the atmosphere can be a bit lacking though. Not to mention the buffet section which is way too good for somewhere that isn't a buffet! Booking is required for your usual busy days.

So good. Been to plenty steak houses of this type, but this sets the bar. Cuts of meat were perfect. Plenty of availability, and the creme de la creme was when they asked at the end if we'd like a repeat of whatever was our favourite cut. That was a nice little touch.

After years of good experiences today went to see if something had changed for the better and nooo got so much worse in service…manager is 5* the men serving the meat are 5* but the ladys taking the drinks orders and giving the bill before we ask were an absolute disappointment Had to complain on the end and manager sorted out everything more less on the end so we wouldnt leave absolutely disappointed on our anniversary

Raw meat covered in blood, food poisoning don’t recommend this restaurant £200 could be spend somewhere much better quality food customer service was ok hard to get a hold of them when requesting some more meat or a side.

Saarah was brilliant with service, so kind and attentive, even bought a cupcake out as it was my birthday!!

This was our 3rd time here and it never gets old. The food was absolutely impeccable- the best cooked meats and most beautiful buffet table of spreads, deli meats and fruit. Our waitress was amazing and accommodated our every need; requesting our favourite meat selection and also getting us a spicy margarita even when it wasn’t on the menu! We’ll be back for our 4th visit soon!

Our experience at Fazenda was superb from start to finish. Saarah’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were truly outstanding — she made us feel genuinely valued. Helder who was serving the meats displayed impeccable timing and expertise, enhancing the entire experience. The food was exquisite, the service flawless. Bravo, Saarah — you were exceptional. Great place for a meal, one of the best options in town

Tuve una buena experiencia aquí, la comida era un sólido 9 / 10. El personal es muy atento y amable. Lo único negativo era que la iluminación era demasiado tenue, así que estaba luchando para ver qué estaba comiendo. También la música era demasiado alta, así que mi grupo y yo estábamos luchando por escucharnos. Aparte de esos dos aspectos negativos, tuve una buena experiencia en general.

Comida increíble, tomamos una copa en el bar... unos cócteles encantadores y una buena selección de bebidas. Gran ambiente en restaurante, nuestro camarero solo había trabajado allí unas semanas, pero era brillante. Los niños menores de 7 años comen gratis y a ambos les encantó el bar de ensaladas y les pareció muy emocionante y diferente tener su propia carne cortada en la mesa. Carne todo delicioso y a los niños les encantó absolutamente que favorito era la piña de canela! No puedo esperar a visitar de nuevo.

Pure quality... You get a full salad bar, lots to choose from and all you can eat meat for 2 hours, outstanding. Oh and sides to choose from. Pudding is extra but absolute quality too and worth it if you have room

What a place for any meat lovers! It's really a meat-fest. You are given a Green or Red coaster on the table. Green means the server will keep on coming to you for all the varieties cut of meat. Red if you are taking a break or want to stop eating! Love the all you can eat selection at the cold meat section which was included in the price! Couldn't stopped eating the Wakame salad among other things!

Food quality, both the meat and salad bars are impeccable There are also many choices at the salad bar Beef is exceptional Very good atmosphere Service overall is good But the lady in charge of my area really lacks smile and patience. The service at this price should be better When paying the bill, I asked the two waiters for the checkout. But I don’t know why I waited more than 30 minutes to send the receipt. Services need to be reviewed.

The food was mediocre at best and the portions were not what I expected. Seemed like they were reliant on the salad bar and the sides to fill you up. Don’t really know what the hype is about. Plus, it was pretty obvious that the passadores were instructed not to rotate as much as I would have expected. I went to other rodizios before and had a much better experience. Plus, it was my wife’s birthday and despite asking for something special, nothing was done and nothing was acknowledged. Very poor!

Amazing experience while dining at Fazenda. Staff were attentive and the meats just kept on flowing. Everything was absolutely delicious. We went for the full churrasco experience but could have easily just had food from the market table and been full. Everything was exquisite, high quality food and the ambience was just perfect. 10/10 would recommend.

Firstly, Lauren, our server was amazing. Friendly, polite, professional and engaging. She worked really hard! The food was so good i could not believe it and everything was freshly cut and made. All the staff were nice and welcoming and the salad bar was a buffet itself. There was so much variety and special meats. I would definitely recommend coming for a special event (like my son’s Birthday today!)

The only reason I would return is because of the amazing service I was given by Saraah. Amazing Hostess and very knowledgeable on all cuts of steak. Thanks Saraah!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fazenda, and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between cozy and upscale, making it an ideal spot for relaxed dinning. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Saraah that looked of us from start to the end. Sunny as well has been very welcoming and making sure out evening was spot on. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious meal in a warm, inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning!

Saarah gave great service, quick and helpful

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Fazenda in Birmingham. We spent over £220 expecting a high-quality dining experience, but instead, I left feeling ill and ended up with food poisoning. The beef I was served was almost raw! Cold in the middle and clearly undercooked. I started feeling unwell while still at the restaurant, and a few hours later, I was sick with stomach pain and vomiting at home. I had eaten nothing else following the meal, so it was definitely caused by what I was served here. This is completely unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone one charging premium prices. I expected much better food safety standards and customer care.

We were here celebrating our wedding anniversary and oh my goodness it did not disappoint.. the food was absolutely delicious and every single piece of meat served to us, was cooked to perfection.. all of our servers were extremely polite and our hostess Hamda was fantastic.. 10/10 all round.. we were even given a complimentary glass of Prosecco each which made us feel even more special. If you’ve never been, you have to give it a try!!

To be honest, my experience was very disappointing. The meat was of good quality, but for the price you would expect everything else to be as well. The side dishes weren't good and there was no variety, as we were expecting in a restaurant like this. What really improved the experience was Helder and George, who were very friendly and took good care of us. I can't say the same about the rest of the staff.

The staff was great especially Saarah! Will definitely be returning.

Go to spot for a special occasion, its pricey but worth it

Paige was excellent serving us our sides and drinks. Fabio was incredibly polite, charming and friendly. He always remembers us from our previous visits, and is an asset to your organisation.

Went for dinner with my friend and was served by Lauren. Very professional, attentive and good sense of humour. Amazing service provided by Lauren, good knowledge about the menu and wine. She suggested the Catena Paraje Malbed which paired amazingly with the churrasco experience. Loved it.

We used to love this place, but the meat quality has gone down an awful lot. The churrascaria experience is now only pork sausages and cheap cuts being brought to your table every 5 mins. The rib-eye cut was chewy and terribly cooked. We waited for 2 hours for a cut of fillet but that too was chewy. Service is still good but needs a wake up call for the food quality!

Attended the restaurant with my Family on Saturday we were very impressed with the service. The meats were being brought round consistently, Staff are very professional and kind. We were served by Hamda (forgive me if I got the name wrong) but she was great and made us feel comfortable at our table with her amazing customer service skills. I would advise people to get their sides ordered first before they have any meat as them can go cold.

Food is always top quality. Looks expensive, but the food is top quality for what you pay, really worth it. Paige was a highlight of our trip.

This was a Mother's Day meal for my mum. It was her first time at this restaurant and she is a fussy eater. But my mum had a wonderful time and it was made even more special by our server Jorge. Well done Jorge and everyone for your smiles and courteous manner.

We went to celebrate Mothers Day. George our server was great! I have an unusual allergy but they did there best to give us access to all the sides. Our 12 yo absolutely loved it!! Thanks again We will be back!

Excellent meal, top service no complaints.

Ordered a tomahawk steak medium rare and unfortunately it was well done, very tragic, but flavours were good, the service was very variable, some staff very polite and helpful, but some seemed disinterested. They kindly agreed that the steak was well done and offered the churasco experience, I found the meats to be lacking flavour. Great variety on the market place buffet option. They brought out the seasonal sides so early whilst we waited over 25 mins so they were cold before our steak, but they did offer to replace these. We ordered king prawns and mock tails and these were delicious, would consider going back for these only.

We were served by Saarah, and I can honestly say, with my hand on my heart, that I have been to many excellent establishments in my life and have been served by many great waitresses, but Saarah was one of the very best. A great restaurant! Service was continuous & they did not skimp out on the portions. On the more expensive side but definitely worth the money for the service and abundance of food provided. Servers are more than willing to give you more & extra portions, and everything was cooked nicely and very flavourful. Salad bar was also very nice and would make a great meal alone.

We had Sara as our main host and honestly her and the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing! The food was immaculate down to every cut of meat, salad and fresh fruit! Even the complementary brownie cake they gave us for my girlfriend’s birthday was to die for! Couldn’t recommend more, straight 10/10, no exaggeration.

We just came back from dinner here, and were taken care of by the lovely Dijonaé who was super warm + went above and beyond for us! We’ve been visiting Fazenda for a few years now, so if you haven’t been in the past year, be prepared for some changes. Since they’ve restructured their menu, there has clearly been a lot of work to make it as customer-oriented as possible since the initial changes, which I really appreciate – especially as I’m quite particular! We went for the churrasco experience, and the cuts were, as always, high quality and well flavoured + delivered at a good pace. Slow enough to let you enjoy your meal and each cut while hot, but fast enough to make sure your plate never stays empty for long. I was also happy to find a new single cut churrasco option on the menu that’s priced lower than the full churrasco experience – I only eat rump, so that worked perfectly for me while my husband got the full works 😂 The market table has some lovely new additions, including a good variety of fruit like watermelon, figs, and kiwi which were lovely to snack on in between rounds of meat. The Pao de Queijo breads are a must have, though I am sorry to see the truffle sauce that accompanied them has left the menu! Overall, very happy with the new changes they’ve made, and this remains one of our favourite places to have dinner.

We came out for a 10 year anniversary meal and were really let down by our server. When you are paying these prices you expect 10/10 service but we had to remind our server about drinks and sides we had ordered. By the time the sides arrived we were full and I was disappointed in this as I was looking forward to trying the sides. The meat and market stall was great and delicious and tasty. But I really left with a disappointed taste due to the service. There seems to be a lot of staff but not a lot of work being done. I wouldn't rush back to the Birmingham Fazenda at all.

Cannot fault anything. The food and service was fantastic. Definitely will Be returning. Not badly price considering how much food you have.

The worst service ever, party of 12 on sat night rlto celebrate a special 30th. Pre dinner drinks at bar, poor service waited 30 mins for drinks after chasing a few times and bar wasn't even busy. Table service just as slow with serving meats and drinks again. Constantly harrassed to be ready to leave however waited over 1 hour for ice cream to be served and birthday cake to come out. Would not recommend.

Excellent food and service to match

We celebrated a momentous birthday 🎂 and were given the side room, which allowed for an intimate family experience. The food was terrific, and the service was excellent. There are limited choices for the cocktails 🍸 mostly sour and bitter, not for a sweet lover like me. The time allowed was limited, but the overall dining experience was fantastic 👌 Only pictures of the sides due to forgetting to take pictures of the steak was paraded in and served per person...

We visited Fazenda for my partners birthday. We hadn’t been there before and the whole process of how it worked could have been explained better as we weren’t shown exactly where the salad bits were and we ended up having the same steak cut coming to us and the service being extremely slow. Part of this was because we didn’t understand that certain cards needed to be placed at the end of the table to receive different meats, but regardless of that we ordered sides at the beginning which didn’t come until we asked again. After about half an hour of service we were not happy with, we approached a staff member Faridah who turned our whole experience round. She spoke to the rest of the staff, explained the service to us thoroughly, got our sides ordered again and had the meat coming much quicker to us. We want to say thank you to Faridah as we would’ve walked away with a negative experience of this restaurant if it wasn’t for her. The salad and sides were nicely done, the steak was nice however a lot of it we found was too salty. As it was a birthday occasion, they gave us a mini cupcake at the end with a candle on which was a nice touch.

It was so rushed we kept getting told you have 30 mins, you gave 20 mins. Considering half of it’s a buffet and we had 2 drinks the service charge was disgusting. Felt like we were in the way couldn’t relax and enjoy our meal.
