Turul Project in Haringey

We were super excited to see the Turul Project open just down the road from us and we’re not disappointed when we got to try it out. The staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the food and wine. We had little understanding about Hungarian produce but had everything explained clearly and enjoyed an amazing meal. All three courses were delicious, with the beef cheek main course a stand-out. Would definitely recommend trying this out!

Excellent from start to finish, really great, well presented food and very good wine to go with it. Staff were very knowledgeable and happy to explain anything I was unsure of in an unpatronising way. Im not familiar with Hungarian food but felt that these guys really wanted tell me about - and with enthusiasm. Will definitely be returning. The hare main course is the excellent!

The staff was super informative and attentive, food is modern Hungarian bistro with fine wines and great lively atmosphere.
