Excellent little place tucked away on Markfield Road, not hard to find. You'll smell the meat grilling. He does wonderful grilled meats, roast potatoes, chips, fantastic salad, wine and a nice glass of raki at the end. Thanks to my mate who found it. Can't fault it. Really hospitable as well as a great cook. Will return.

Delicious and hearty food, the dish was served quickly and will be in my dreams tonight, it really was excellent "Lamb eat in plate". Good chips, great salad, fresh tomatoes and feta, top notch meal! Ice coffee greek - divine, tasty, COLD, and strong. If I lived close this would be my go to coffee place. Best £3 well spent ever Overall just cosy, clean, and warm, a true family restaurant that London needs more of, come and enjoy, give Acropolis the love they deserve 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My favourite local place to sit down and enjoy a lunch or dinner with friends. Great atmosphere and Leo treats us well every time! Big portions. Definitely try Greek salad, halloumi, their wraps and a mixed grill if it's many of you.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this modest and authentic Greek restaurant! Despite our intention for takeout, the owner's insistence to stay was a heartwarming gesture. We were treated to complimentary fresh tea, adding to the warm hospitality. The souvlaki's were generously sized, bursting with flavor, and reasonably priced. Perfect post-walk filler! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this gem!

This is a fantastic spot, perfect to sit in or take away. We get our food here on our lunch break regularly. Leo the owner is exceptionally kind, and the food is always great, and lots of it. Recommend the chicken soup and also the grill plates.

Hidden gem in Tottenham! The restaurant has amazing food and the atmosphere makes you feel like you are Greece. We ordered mixed grill meat selection and the meat was tender and soft. They also have authentic greek beer selection. In addition, the host is extremely welcoming and passionate about the food they are serving. All in all it is one of the best greek restaurants in London!

Woah, this place is a gem! Homemade souvlaki wrap. You can taste the homemade chips in the wrap, the pork melts into the bread. The prices are amazing as well. Come and get a souvlaki and a cold beer. You won't be disappointed.

This place is great. It has a large menu of Greek dishes and has such a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I had the lamb with potatoes, and salad with feta cheese. The ingredients were so fresh and everything was really well cooked. The guy (Leo) was so friendly and offered me free bread and drinks. The bread was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended.

Walked in one day and discovered this hidden gem - with an incredibly warm welcome from Leo who proudly showed me the kitchen and bar. He really cares about the food, drink and experience you get, and I felt like I'd been transported abroad. The fact so many Greek people come here to eat shows it's the real deal. I recommend coming for a big delicious Mykonos style breakfast with excellent freshly baked bread, really nice espresso, and some great ouzo if you like too. Highly recommended if you want an authentic and friendly meal!

A group of us were looking for somewhere that we could all enjoy, and we certainly found it with the Acropolis1 Grill! The welcome was fantastic, the food was phenomenal! Even the fussy eaters in our group absolutely LOVED every item that got dished up at our table... The selection was good, and the portions were superb, - fantastic value for money!! We couldn't finish everything, because we kept getting served an extra portion of tasty fresh bread etc as soon as we had finished the first!! We all enjoyed it so much, we are travelling back down to London today, all the way from Shropshire, that's how great the place, and the people at the Acropolis1 are!!

I had the best time at the Acropolis grill! As someone who has lived in Greece for many years, I was impressed with the authenticity of Acropolis grill. Leonard and the other staff are very friendly and all the products are imported from Greece! Prices are great considering the quality of the food and the location is perfect for anyone living or working in the Tottenham Hale/seven sisters area. All in all, I will be sure to come here regularly!

Incredible hidden gem! Great food and service. It felt like being transported to Greece with a relaxed, casual vibe.

I ordered the lamb box - lamb, pita bread, Greek salad, tzatziki and fresh homemade chips. The portion was huge, enough for two people and the quality is brilliant. The owner even invited me into the kitchen to see the whole lamb slowly roasting on a spit. The lamb was tender and fell apart. Would recommend!

We stumbled across this hidden gem on Markfield road. The food is cooked freshly (yes, they showed us inside the kitchen) . Lamb and pork are grilled over charcoal, we have tasted the lamb and the meat was very succulent. Their menu includes seafood, vegetarian dishes and mezzes. The restaurant is licensed and prices are really reasonable. We would definitely visit this place again.
